Notes
There is hot water all time. Satellite tv and wi-fi provided. Drinking water, coffee and tea available for our guests. Washing machine with detergent and softener is ready for all guests. We can arrange laundry, dry cleaner and ironing service additionally. You can contact with me if required.
Transit
If you can reach subway system, get off in Şişhane station. You can use İstiklal Caddesi exit from there. Apartment is around 600 meters distance to that exit. If you have a car or rentals, it is available to find some free parking spots around the apartment. Genarally this is not very easy to find Taksim area but we have advantage to park in this place. Also there is a parking spot 50 meters away which has 24 hours security personnel.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The location was perfect and the house itself was comfortable but what I liked the most was the hospitality and friendliness of the host. Also important to me was that he was easy to reach and quickly responded to any of my questions. Being the first guest ever to stay at his place, I did give him some (small) tips on how to improve the place and he was very thankful for that - another indication that he is a wonderful host.

Jun 27, 2019Bora’s apartment is an excellent value because it is so large and so close to the nightlife around Taksim. The apartment has all the essentials and has two really long comfortable couches perfect for lounging after a day walking around the city. It is a short walk from this area but feels very untouristy. The local bakery, restaurants and grocery market are excellent. Bora was a really gracious host who met us at the apartment, gave us shopping recommendations, and checked in via text during our stay to make sure all was well. I would definitely stay here again!
Jun 27, 2019Ideal, wonderful, location. 3,4 minute walk from Istiklal, about 7 minutes from Taksim. Grocery store just a walk of 30 seconds away. The wifi wasn't working for the first two days of my stay but Bora was on his feet about getting it fixed immediately and I couldn't have appreciated it more. It was out of his control as well. Not recommended for those who can't walk much or uphill. The entire downtown, in fact much of Istanbul is hilly with steep roads. He waited for almost two hours after my decided check in to receive me, and he was also accommodating to keep my extra luggage safe with him while I tour the rest of Turkey. These little things matter the most to me. I wish I'd gotten to spend time with the host and gotten to know him but I know it's not the last I will see of him and his place. Can't thank Bora enough. He's a wonderful, wonderful host with unparalleled hospitality and I absolutely love his place! :)

Apartman biraz yokuşun aşağısında fakat yürüyerek istiklal caddesi tarafına gitmek çok zorlamadı sadece sırt çantası olsa bile:) Daireye asansör bulunmamakta, spor severler için yine sorun yok bence. Evde hemen hemen herşey mevcut. Ayrıca apartman yakınlarında marketler mevcut. Tşkler

Jun 27, 2019bora is such a nice and helfull host , fast respond , the flat is so strategic , just walking distance to Taksim square , just few step from the flat there is 2 supermarket which is we can buy everything so easy and near, flat is quite big with kitchen and living room, so nice and me and my wife really enjoy stay in ur place ,thank u
Jun 27, 2019Very good location, quiet and calm, but really close to Istiklal street and Taksim where life doesn't stop for a minute. You can use shuttle to arrive from the both airports. Apartment offers good value, it is small but roomy (we lived five together), clean and comfortable enough, wi-fi works. Keep in mind that there can be a bit cold in winter. Bora is very friendly host, he was always on the line and helped us with all issues we had.

Jun 27, 2019Great location and was greeted by Bora to check in. Issue with kitchen light was dealt with. Apartment had everything needed for my 2 week stay. Only downside for me was the lift not working (I’m so unfit) would recommend and stay there again :)
