- From 22h00 to 08h00 is the period of night rest. Please respect the night wuiet so as to avoid unpleasant situation with the neighbours. - Keep in mind that the hot water is supplied by a water heater with 80 liters capacity. Hence, hot water is not infinite supply. It takes 2 hours to warm again. - Leave the dishes washed as you found them. - Take away your trash. There is a map indicating the place on the closet door. - The heater is not suitable for drying clothes. That will ruin it. - The host is not responsible for the guest’s belongings. CHECK-IN Oraganize your check-in is realy important for me! All details are important to help me and explain you how will you arrive into the apartment. So you don't have to wait for me to you get in. This is an accommodation without a reception desk. Flat is in a perfect condition, clean and bright. We got everything we need also for our baby girl. Good location. Maria helped us with information about the town, and gave us some tips. Recommend.
Jun 27, 2019We had a great time staying in Maria’s appartment in Porto. It’s very well located, full equiped and perfectly clean. You can visit Porto easily by walk from there. Maria is available and gives great tips on Porto’s restaurants and nice bars. We’d recommend for sure!

Jun 27, 2019La casa es preciosa, tal y como se muestra en la fotos,muy céntrica y cómoda. Nos hemos sentido como en casa. Un acierto 100%. La anfitriona de 10, nos ha recibido y enseñado lo más emblemático de la ciudad para que visitásemos. Sin duda lo volvería a elegir si vuelvo a Oporto.

Jun 27, 2019the flat is very new and clean. It is well equipped. It is excellently situated in the very centre of old town of Porto. Most attractions are at 10' walks. We felt very well during the week. Porto is lovely also in wintertime. We have been warmly received by Maria. We can highly recommend Purys offer.

Jun 27, 2019We spent a wonderful 5 nights at the apartment and loved every minute. It is a beautiful place, stylish and very clean, and best of all in a fantastic locations. Towels and bed linen were lovely quality, excellent shower and there were some nice touches like a couple mornings' worth of coffee and cooking essentials provided - very well stocked kitchen too. Maria was a great host, communicating with her before arrival to set up the transfer was quick and easy and she was on hand via (Hidden by Airbnb) if needed anything after check-in which she did in person, another nice touch. Would thoroughly recommend!

Jun 27, 2019Great place close to the water in Porto. Maria is an amazing host who made sure we were set to have a great stay in Porto. I also liked the private taxi they arranged for us upon request. The driver was timely on pickup and drop off.
