We love and enjoy a smoking free environment even in the balconies (we hope that doesn´t bother you :)). Although this is a noisy city, our neighbors and ourselves need to rest so parties are not allowed (we promise you will have lots of them out there though!). We love pets but they are not allowed in the building, sorry :( The apartment is located just one flight up but it is NOT handicap accesible. Upon check in, photo ID/passport will be requested. Remember: only people listed in the reservation can enter/access the apartment.
