CHECK IN-CHECK OUT: I'll do my best to accommodate check in and check out times outside of normal times but those can be very hard to coordinate and can't be guaranteed. Note: This unit is on the Hilton Hawaiian/Lagoon side. In the evenings, you can hear and see from a distance the show and singing across the street. This can be more fun than annoying but just wanted to mention it. Also, you can see the fireworks every Friday very close from the balcony (it's quite close and can be loud). PARKING: Valet parking that is part of the Ilikai is $28/day or $6/hr. I was told from the front desk there is also parking in the back of the building for $1/hr. I also may be able to get a pass for $18/day but it's not guaranteed.

Walking is easy and great to do in Waikiki. Bus system is also readily available only steps in front of the building.
Access
The pool is available for my guests. Though, the beach and the lagoon are amazing alternatives!

Annie was very welcoming and helpful from the very start of my booking process. Within an hour of my reservation she had contacted me and began asking what she could do to make my stay pleasant, she even asked me how many rolls of TP I needed! Annie asked me if I knew the area very well and if she could give me any pointers on food etc. The property was exactly as advertised and the view was even better than I expected, esp. for the Friday night fireworks at the Hilton. The large patio was wonderful and unit itself exceeded my expectations. I have to comment on the bed, so soft and wonderful with a view of the pacific ocean! Thank you Annie!
Jun 27, 2019Annie was an amazing host! We arrived to fresh local flowers, fruit..and a nice bottle of wine! It was incredible. The unit was just as she described it, there were no surprises! She made sure it was very clean and even thought to include beach towels, extra toilet paper and paper towels, sheets etc. Great unit in a prime location.

She had lots of good advice and was very attentive regrading any concerns or questions. Annie was always available with quick responses to our inquiries. I have never enjoyed staying somewhere as much as this and Annie has everything to do with that!
Jun 27, 2019We loved our stay at Annie's place! The apartment was perfect. A beautiful view of the lagoon and beach! The fireworks on Friday night were amazing! The apartment had everything that you needed- the bed was super comfy, aircon was cold, internet worked well, full supply of towels and toiletries... We didn't want to leave! Getting in and out of the apartment was super easy and it was close to everything. Annie was really easy to communicate with and full of helpful information on the best restaurants and shopping! 10/10! A+
Jul 27, 2019We absolutely LOVED staying at Annie's apartment. It was even better than we could have imagined. The apartment was modern and clean with everything you could possibly need, even stocked with fresh fruit, bottled water and a bottle of Moscato as a welcome!! The view from the balcony was incredible, straight out of the lagoon and ocean. We were lucky enough to arrive on a Friday afternoon and see the fireworks, perfect view from the balcony! Annie's communication was absolutely wonderful - she touched base with us a week out from arrival and then the day before with a very detailed message on everything we needed to know about the apartment itself as well as nearby restaurants etc which was very helpful! We can't wait to come back as we will definitely try and stay there again, it was perfect for us! Thanks Annie :)
Jun 27, 2019Annie's accommodations were impeccable. After a long flight we were starving and surprised to find some fruit and water to snack on upon check in! The room was clean and had everything needed to make our vacation memorable and stress free. She checked in throughout the trip to make sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend Annie's condo!
Jun 27, 2019This was my first experience with AirBnb and Annie was a fantastic host. She responded to my messages very quickly and she was always so friendly. When we arrived to our room there were fresh fruits, wine, and box of delicious cookies! The room was clean and just amazing. It exceeded our expectations. There were an abundance of fresh towels, soap, shampoo. The kitchen had a nice big fridge with complimentary water. We had cooking supplies and cleaning supplies. The bed was sooo comfy! The view from the balcony was simply wonderful and on Friday night we had a front row seat to the firework show. The location is great. We were close to many restaurants and shops. There is a big mall called Ala Moana mall that is about 10 minutes walking distance. Also if you are into sushi there is a great sushi carry out restaurant called Aloha Sushi that was so yummy! The price was good too! I could go on for days about how pleasant our experience was. We will only have good memories of Hawaii and we would not have been able to do so with the help and hospitality of Annie. I hope this room is available the next time we travel to Hawaii. If you choose this room you will NOT be disappointed I promise you. Thank you so much Annie!!!!!
Jun 27, 2019Annie was a wonderful host. She did everything she could to make me feel comfortable. Her place is beautiful and has a wonderful view of the beach! The bed was so cozy and comfortable. She was very easy to get in contact with and emailed me with places to eat and things to see while I was in Hawaii. Her personal touches were so sweet too. She left bottled water, fruit and yummy Hawaiian cookies for me in the room as well as nice soaps and shampoo. I really appreciated that after a long day at the conference that I attended. I would recommend Annie's place for a nice and comfortable stay in Honolulu!
Jun 27, 2019Everything about my stay at Annie's unit was perfect! Annie was quick to respond to every question and concern I had and was a very attentive host. She left waters in the fridge and some fruit which my boyfriend loved. The unit itself was just as described if not better. There were plenty of fresh towels, beach towels, snorkeling gear, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. My boyfriend I were lucky enough to be in the unit when the fireworks went off on the beach giving us front and center entertainment.The bed itself was comfortable and the air conditioning in the unit worked like a charm--a dream when dealing with the humidity. I will be returning to Hawaii in March and am already hoping to be able to book my stay with Annie again. Would recommend Annie to anyone wishing to stay in Waikiki while visiting Hawaii. Jun 27, 2019We stayed at this apartment over Christmas 2016. The set up of the apartment is great - sea views from a spacious balcony, full kitchen facilities etc. The air con worked perfectly and the bed was comfortable. Annie provided yummy cookies, water and fruit on our arrival which was great after a long flight. We did have an issue when we first arrived with the cleanliness of the apartment - there was a thin layer of dust over most surfaces (this can be explained by a building site under the hotel so difficult to avoid), and certain areas, e.g. lamps, light fixings, ventilation grills, photo frames etc were quite dusty. Annie rectified this by sending the cleaner around immediately for which we were grateful. Don't get me wrong, the 'important' areas e.g. kitchen counters, fridge, bathroom, bed linen were spotless. The Ilikai itself is centrally located and has all the amenities nearby - food , drink, entertainment, beach etc. Sounds obvious, but just ensure your expectations are set accordingly - this is a condo in an apartment block, not a brand new 5* hotel with all the amenities, services and facilities (and cost!) that go along with it - if you do that I think you'll have an enjoyable experience from the outset. Annie is great as a host - really helpful before hand and while we were staying at her place. Definitely a significant positive point.
Jul 27, 2019Our experience with Annie was flawless and easy and her place was absolutely incredible. Communication was open and instant and she went our of her way to accomodate us. Her extraordinary hospitality made our first trip to Hawaii that much more memorable and enjoyable. Waking up to the sights and sounds of the waves and sun was incredible from the lanai. And you cannot beat the location - West Waikiki is the place to be. Mahalo, Annie!!! We will be back.

Annie checked in a couple times to make sure we were enjoying our time, had what we needed and even gave some suggestions on places to go and things to do. She also gave us our space and made sure not to be intrusive.
Jun 27, 2019Annie was extremely accommodating and welcoming. You can tell that she really strives to be a super host. Her studio is conveniently located (right next to lagoon and beach), well-furnished, and very clean. The view is amazing, bed is more than comfortable for two, balcony is great to relax on, and AC worked really well. She also provided high-end toiletries, snorkel gear, snacks, water, and extra towels. It was easy to communicate with Annie before, during, and after our stay. Can't wait to visit Waikiki again and look forward to staying with Annie again!
Jun 27, 2019Annie was fabulous- from before we got there to during our stay Annie's main aim was to ensure we had the most amazing trip- which we did. There was fruit and cookies in the apartment which was amazing after a long flight. There were plenty of towels and even snorkelling gear for our use. The view was way better than what the photos can represent. We would definently stay at Annie's apartment again!!!

Jun 27, 2019Our trip was busy with a packed schedule, but it was great knowing that we had such a wonderful place to call home base. Annie's studio was an oasis in paradise. The spirit of Aloha was definitely felt throughout our trip. Annie left the most thoughtful touches at her place for our convenience and was readily available if we needed anything. She also checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Very attentive! Oh and the products she left for us very high quality, not your typical hotel type toiletries. Having been famished from our travels it was a welcome sight to see the fruits and snacks she left for us to enjoy. The view from her balcony was great, we could see the ocean and the pool while enjoying our morning breakfast. In the afternoon and evening we could see if pool was busy or not from our room. It was so convenient! Parking in all of Waikiki is cumbersome but there is valet parking that is $28.00 per day, self parking garage next door which was $20.00 per day, and around the marina it was a $1.00 per hour. We will definitely stay at Annie's place on our next visits. Quality, convenience, cleanliness and amenities were top notch for our stay.

Annie was so helpful and answered any questions we had right away. So nice to be able to stay in a home rather than a hotel room. The location was fantastic being so close to the beach and within walking distance of Ala Moana Mall and Ala Moana Park where we watched the 4th of July fireworks. We really appreciated that Annie provided us in advance local info on where to shop and eat. Last but not least were the little touches that is often missed even in top hotels such as the luxurious amenities, yummy cookies and fruit. Thank you Annie for being a great host. we'll definitely come back to stay on our next trip to Hawaii.
Jun 27, 2019Annie's apartment is amazing. It has a stunning view, which the photos don't do justice to! It's located in a great spot slightly away from the main shopping strip but just s short walk away. It's quiet at night, the bed is beyond comfortable and the entire apartment is beautifully appointed. Annie is honestly the best host I've dealt with in my years using Airbnb- she was extremely fast to answer my emails, she made my arrival way, the apartment was extremely clean and she even left me some fruit, bottled water, cookies and beautiful toiletries too. I will definitely stay at this apartment again when I head back to Waikiki in the future. Thanks again so much Annie!
Jun 27, 2019The room was everything as expected and if anything more. Upon arrival there were even chocolates and a bottle of wine, which was a lovely gesture. There is heaps of space, the bed is comfortable, the view is fantastic and all in all it is great walking distance to different attractions. Would definitely recommend staying at this room, you won't be dissapointed.

Annie's place is just as described...and the view...spectacular! Awesome size and very clean:) The location of this unit was fabulous! It is right across from the Waikiki beach and only a short walk to an amazing shopping strip with all the best restaurants. If you head down the beach a short ways there is a great place to rent paddle boards, beach umbrellas/chairs, and other equipment. We were fortunate enough to spend almost a whole day out paddle boarding with sea turtles EVERYWHERE. I can't say enough positive things about Annie and her place...she makes you feel incredibly welcome! Thank you so much and we will definitely be back.
Jun 27, 2019Annie is a fantastic host. Her little details, like the wine and goodies to snack on take her place to another level. The view of the lagoon is beautiful, however we found the walk to the beach not as convenient as we thought. The building itself is at the beginning of the Waikiki stretch, we felt it was a little bit out of the action, it is nice because it's quieter, but we found it a little bit of a hassle to get to the other side of the strip on a daily basis. Overall, Annie is what makes this place somewhere we would want to come back to! She's attentive and gives so many helpful hints and checkins. A great place to stay.

Jun 27, 2019What an amazing host and perfect location we chose for our holiday in Waikiki. My now husband and I came to Hawaii for our wedding with a multitude of tasks on our plate and little time to actually relax (wedding day excepted, hehe). Annie went above and beyond in ensuring we had all we needed and was always ready to answer any questions we had. Extremely helpful, approachable, and friendly, we’ve been blown away by her generosity. The apartment itself was very comfortable with all the facilities you could need, a bed that felt like you were sleeping on clouds, and a beautiful view of the ocean. Located right on the western edge of Waikiki beach, it was easy walking access to the surf, shops, and town centre. The bar/restaurant in the Ilikai courtyard, Cinnamon’s, was a regular meeting place for us with our wedding guests and full of friendly staff, a relaxed atmosphere, and well priced drinks. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday, Waikiki Beach is probably not your go to as it is a city, but for us with all our guests and arranging multiple events it was perfect and can’t wait to return again! Thank you soooo much again, Annie, for everything! You seriously helped eliminate any and all stress that could potentially occur with accommodation (and wedding planning!) and helped make our stay a most enjoyable one :)

Conveniently located and she also left some snacks and drinks which made it feel like I was staying at a resort. Steps from the wikiki beach and restaurants, clubs/bars. Will definitely stay again!
Jun 27, 2019Annie is such a wonderful host. Her communication in the lead up to our trip and in the initial days after our arrival was excellent. Annie made sure that we had all of the information, not only about the apartment, but about the local area to make our arrival as comfortable as possible. Once she knew we had settled in, she went on "quiet mode". The apartment is just as described and the location is ideal. The pictures of the view to the lagoon and Waikiki are EXACTLY what you get. You can even see the beach from the bed. Speaking of the bed, it is probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. I would (and have already) recommend this place to anyone travelling to Honolulu. We will most definitely be back.

She was extremely helpful in her communication before we arrived -- letting us know what to expect and what nearby activities we have to look forward to. The apartment itself was perfect for two people. Everything was very clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the patio view of Waikiki beach was the best part! Annie also had fruit, snacks and a couple beers waiting for us in the fridge. This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had.

Perfect spot to watch the Hilton fireworks on a Friday night. Getting around Waikiki from here is easy - most trolleys and buses stop in front of the Ilikai. Annie was a wonderful hostess. Prompt communication and seamless checkin process. Very comfortable stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back!
Jun 27, 2019It is the best moment to make a few days of Waikiki. All the facilities and locations are exactly the same as description of the host. And indeed the unit you face must be more than that!!! On the first night of the long flight, You can see the super fantastic night view. And You will see the scenery of heaven at the beautiful Lanai in the morning. Everything you want is prepared in this unit. Everything is really ready. The host Annie provides useful information about the lives of Hawaiian. You get a nicer local friend and mentor than anyone else^^ If there is any inconvenience, please request immediately. It will be resolved immediately. It is hard to believe,but this is the real review of my first trip to Hawaii. I always want to use this unit in my trip to Hawaii. And I will recommend my friends who are planning to travel to Hawaii. Are you planning to travel to Hawaii? Don't doubt anything. All that is beyond imagination.

Jun 27, 2019My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. The apartment itself is very nice- the views are unbeatable and we were even able to catch the Friday night fireworks display! The apartment is nicely decorated and furnished, with a super comfy bed and sofa (we slept so well), and also flat screen tv with cable. In addition, the kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were new and updated. Check in and out were a breeze with Annie- she is an amazing host and we would love to stay at her place again if we are back again in Oahu. Not only was Annie super responsive when we were there and had questions, she also put nice welcoming touches when we arrived (snacks and drinks). We were truly impressed by our stay!

Jun 27, 2019This was my second stay at Annie's apartment in Waikiki, and it remains as impressive as it was the first time i visited. The view is absolutely breathtaking and the location is perfect - a little away from the hustle and bustle but still an easy walking distance into the centre of the city, also an easy walk to the Ala Moana. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped with everything you need. It's also extremely clean and tidy. Access is simple and Annie really goes the extra mile to make sure your trip is enjoyable - she's easy to contact and always happy to provide any assistance or answer any questions. I would recommend this apartment to anyone travelling alone or as a couple, it's fantastic.

Jun 27, 2019Annie's place is AMAZING, I can't say enough good things. Views: the views from the balcony are incredibly; ocean, and bay as well as Friday night fireworks and daily sneak peak at Hilton luau. Accommodations: First off and most important to me NO BUGS! I always worry about bed bugs ans other unwelcome pets but Annies place was 100% bug free. In addition to that the home is well appointed and VERY comfortable, absolutely perfect for the two of us. The kitchen was well appointed will all we needed for prepare our own meals for the days we opted to do so. The dark out shades made sleeping in very easy. Extra touches: It was nice Annie has snorkels and other beach goods available. A welcome fruit basket and water was a sweet surprise. The Location: Ideal, we opted to try this trip without a car, no problem. Uber/Lift from airport (which Annie provided discount codes for) Walked to Walmart, future target, the mall and Diamond Headmall. Tons of food right out side. View of ocean and Hilton bay from the bed and balcony. The host: Amazing host very communicative but not intrusive. Provided very clear check-in instructions, as well as a handy list list of local eats and other info. Offered late check out which which gave us basically another whole day on the beach. Very quick responses. The short of it, we highly recommend Annie's place.

Jun 27, 2019I don't usually leave one-sided reviews... I think they're unbalanced. However, with Annie and her unit, there's literally nothing I can say that isn't a glowing endorsement. Annie herself is the epitome of a gracious host....there's nothing she won't do to ensure your stay is perfect. From arranging an airport pickup, to renting out her personal auto (which is a beautiful Lexus SUV you can rent via Turo), to securing a parking garage spot just steps from the unit, our stay was logistically superior and on par with a 5-star hotel. The unit itself is pristine. The decor is upscale, plush hotel-quality towels, designer toiletries, a fully appointed kitchen with complimentary local snacks, gorgeous ocean views, and...oh my, the BED. My husband and I absolutely love the bed. After a long flight from Philadelphia, arriving at Annie's felt like home and a much-needed respite from the business of surrounding Waikiki. Comfortable, extremely clean, design-centric, phenomenal location. Five stars for Annie and her awesome AirBnb.
Jun 27, 2019The Place: very nice place in good location (ocean view from balcony, only minutes waling to beach) very quiet when I stayed which was very good as its next-door neighbor, Hilton Hawaiian Village, is very busy and quite noisy, particularly those on lower floors (I know as I stayed there last December). Furthermore, the price for this place is much lower compared to its neighbors (Hilton Hawaiian, the Modern, the Prince) The Host: Annie is very nice. I had some trouble with the faucet in the bathroom. She promptly came, and worked hard to get a handyman to fix it for me. In summary, this was my first time with Airbnb. I am happy that I used them. I like the place and the host. I enjoyed my time there, and will come again next time.
Jun 27, 2019This was my 1st time ever using Airbnb, so I was very iffy about booking with it. I emailed Annie about how it works and next thing you know i was signed up for a 6 night stay. Annie is a great host. She replies very fast to messages and is very easy to communicate with. This spot is perfect for anyone to come down and have fun. Literally 5 min walk down to the beach and 3 mins to the Hilton Lagoon. The bed was extremely cumfy too. Many fun things to do nearby all walking distance. Definitely gonna be staying here again on my next trip Thank you
Jun 27, 2019This apartment is just as described and even better once you get there. From the ocean view on the porch to easy access to the beach and pool, this place has it all. Everything was very clean and just as described. Annie is the best host I have had on AirBNB to date. She is very accommodating and extremely responsive to all emails and communication. I highly recommend Annie and her apartment for anyone who is visiting Waikiki. You can't beat the price and the location of this place. We will definitely be seeking this place out again when we make a return trip.
Jun 27, 2019Excellent experience all round! The apartment is great, clean and has everything you need. Very comfy king size bed, good kitchen and bathroom, great balcony with both relaxing chairs and also a small table and chairs. The location is perfectly located for Waikiki's attractions. The Lagoon is on your doorstep, Ala Moana is a quick 10min walk, the main Kalakaua Ave shopping strip is about the same, Enterprise car rental across the road, etc etc. We were lucky enough to have fireworks 3 times in one week (!!) and the view from the balcony is fantastic, the fireworks are right in front of you!! Finally Annie (the host) is terrific with fast communication with tips and easy clear instructions for checking in and out (super easy). Would both highly recommend and use again!! Thanks!!
Jun 27, 2019Our expectations were already high given the massive amount of positive reviews for this place. When we arrived, our expectations were easily surpassed. The location of this AirBnB simply cannot be beat. It's centrally located enough to walk along the beach down to Waikiki or up to Ala Moana for food/shopping. Our favorite acai bowl place (Tropical Tribe) is also right across the street which made breakfast really easy. Access to other places is easily done with a car rental or Uber. The balcony has a great view of the beach and also let us enjoy the evening Hilton luau shows every night. The space itself was delightful and perfect for a traveling couple. It was well appointed and had everything we needed for some light cooking and snacking. Annie was so incredibly hospitable and responsive and really set a new bar for us in terms of AirBnB hosts. Annie, Thank you for making our trip so incredible!

This Airbnb came as a recommendation from a friend of mine, and I could not be more happy with the level of service, attention and thought that Annie provided us with during our stay. I would highly recommend this place to all friends and family. Truly a gem, in a great location close to the main Waikiki strip and also Ala Moana!

She truly cares that her guests have an enjoyable time while visiting Waikiki. We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Annie and staying in her condo. Jun 27, 2019Annie’s place was awesome! Booked it last minute to see the fireworks show and she was upfront in telling me I wouldn’t be able to see it. It was ok because I joined other guests downstairs where we gathered and watched the show. She added very special touches - a sort of welcome basket along with water in the fridge. She responded quickly to my questions and was always friendly and polite to talk to. Her place was nicely designed and conveniently located. I hope to stay there again in the future!
Jun 27, 2019This was our second stay at the apartment - 10/10, A++. The apartment was very clean, stylish/modern and host Annie was easily contactable and fast to respond. The apartment is located at the Ilikai Hotel on Ala Moana Blvd. The complex has two great pools (1 pool is relatively brand new). The apartment is located next to the Hilton Hawaiian Village and only a 5 minute walk to the Ala Moana Shopping Centre - in terms of locations, it is situated in a prime position. My wife and I highly recommend staying at this apartment.
Jun 27, 2019A beautiful studio apartment with a nice view of Waikiki beach. It was nice to find a chilled bottle of water in the fridge along with some complimentary snacks. The fact that the kitchen is fully equipped and there are alot of necessary spices was great, we added some ourselves :) We didn’t meet Annie but she was always helpful and responsive in few minutes. Hurricane lane was crossing Hawaii in our last 2 nights stay but that was not anyone’s fault.

Jun 27, 2019Annie proves what a super host should be - honest, sincere, responsive. She was truly a pleasure. Very easy to talk to and always willing to help and offer ideas. I really appreciated how quick she was to respond to my questions. That’s huge from a customer’s perspective. Her place was clean and bug-free. It is a good amount of space for two people. The view was the best! It really added such value to the space. We loved sitting out on the balcony in the mornings looking at the lagoon and ocean and all the beautiful palm trees as well as having dinners out there in the evenings enjoying the amazing Honolulu weather. The place is in a great location, inside a beautiful hotel. I felt like I was walking into a resort. Hotel has a few restaurants right there and a convenience store downstairs which helped when we needed little things like sunscreen, tylenol, etc. Really fast elevators too (which we appreciated after reading reviews for other air bnbs in Honolulu that had really slow elevators). There is a pool available, although a bit small for the amount of people using it. The view, the location, and the comfort level that Annie provides is worth the cost. I would highly recommend!
