Jun 27, 2019很赞的房子,地理位置很好,交通便利,也很安全｡周边小吃超多,夜里1､2点还有大排档宵夜之类的｡房间干净整洁,性价比很高哦!适合几个年轻人或者家庭入住,很有大学宿舍的氛围｡房东超nice,信息回复很及时,而且还让我们提前入住放行李,超赞~在香港这几天入住的非常愉快,谢谢~

Jun 27, 2019位置超级方便,佐敦站就在楼下五十米之内,下楼就是两家牛奶公司,步行到西九龙高铁站也不到20min,双卫生间,解决了多人入住的紧张,清净不嘈杂,港珠澳大桥香港口岸坐车过来的落车点上海街也很近,比以前住的重庆大厦及油麻地那边好很多｡

Jun 27, 2019정말 제발 가지마세요. 제가 에어비앤비 후기에 가지말라는 글들 보면 ' 뭐 얼마나 안좋아서 저러는거지? 그냥 개인차이이겠지~'하며 반신반의 했었는데 그 분들이 후기를 왜 쓰셨는지 이제야 이해가 가네요. 진짜 나쁜 후기들 걸러내지 마시고 꼭 읽으세요!! 이 숙소 후기를 보니 굉장히 깨끗하고 좋았다는 후기들이 많아서 사진으로 보기에 엄청 좋다는 느낌은 받지 못했지만 그래도 '괜찮겠지?'라는 생각으로 여행 전날 결제를 했습니다. 2/20일 저녁 비행기여서 호스트에게 양해를 구하고 저녁에 아주 조용히 들어갔습니다. 체크인을 21일 오전12시30분에 했는데 들어가는 순간 흠칫 놀랐습니다. 신발을 놓아야 할 곳에 먼지들이 많고 머리카락이 먼저 보이더군요. 한가닥 한가닥이 아니라 그냥 누가봐도 청소 안한 것 같은 그런 느낌이요. 심지어 냄새도 칙칙한 냄새가 났구요. 그래도 저는 이 부분만 그러려니 하고 불을 켰는데 와...정말 사진과 다르더라구요. 사진보다 더욱 칙칙하고 구조는 같아도 물건은 오래되어있구요. 바닥은 그냥 청소를 아예 안했어요. 제가 가족여행이어서 부모님과 함께 있을 숙소를 알아봤었는데 처음에 이 숙소를 보시고 엄마는 "음...우리가 청소하면 되지."라는 말씀을 하셨고 아빠도 동의하셨습니다. 그래서 저희가 청소라도 하려고 봤는데 물걸레 두개는 아스팔트 닦은 것처럼 정말 너무 더러워서 아예 쓰지도 못하게 생겼고 먼지가 다껴있는 상태였구요. 제가 그래서 호스트에게 연락을 하려고 핸드폰을 봤는데 핸드폰에 개미가 올라와있었어요. 2마리가 제 핸드폰에서 돌아다니고 있어서 얼른 죽였는데 바닥을 보니 개미가 돌아다니고 있었어요. 그래서 어디에서 오는 건지 보려고 바닥 상태를 보니까....조명이 어둡고 바닥 자체가 나무처럼 되어있는 바닥이어서 몰랐는데 자세히 보니 라면 부스러기, 머리카락, 먼지, 음식물이 바닥에 붙어서 찐득해져 있는 것 그대로 있었어요. 그러니까 청소가 안되어있는거죠. 그리고 그 찐득한 음식물들 위에 개미들이 몰렸던거고요. 동생은 너무 싫다며 소파 위에 서서 내려오지도 못했고 엄마는 방이라도 보겠다며 들어가셨는데 이불이 어디있는지 보시려다가 곰팡이 냄새와 창고냄새가 너무 심하게 나서 방 안에 있는 간이 옷장(천)을 여시니 진짜 그 냄새는...잊을 수가 없습니다. 정말 최악이죠. 저희는 이 곳을 3박에 42만원이 넘는 돈을 주고 예약을 했고 사실 호텔도 이보다 더 저렴하고 좋은 곳들이 많았습니다. 하지만 주방이 있어서 에어비앤비를 이용해 이 숙소를 예약한 건데 정말 최악이더군요. 이 호스트가 체크인 전 메시지로 얘기하기로는 자신의 집은 싼 편이며 좋은 편이라고, 이보다 더 좋은 서비스를 누리려면 한박에 2000달러인가 그 정도는 되어야한다고 얘기했었는데 그게 무슨 말인지 싶더라구요. 이 방은 여관수준인데요ㅋㅋ아, 그리고 저희가 너무 예민하다 생각하시는 분들도 있으실 것 같아요. 저희는 거의 10년동안 동남아와 중국에서 살았구요, 그래서 위생에 관해서는 관대하다고 자신할 수 있습니다. 그래서 저희는 호스트에게 연락을 했고 전액환불을 요청했습니다. 이런 곳에서 3박을 자야한다니...못하겠단 생각이 들어서 저희는 그 날 다른 호텔을 잡지 못해도 무조건 밖으로 나가야겠다는 생각을 하고 메시지를 보냈습니다. 호스트는 그 다음날 청소를 해주거나 우리 스스로 청소를 하고 홍콩달러 100달러를 주겠다고 얘기하며 둘 중 어떤 것이 좋냐고 물어봤습니다. 전 이 부분에서도 이해가 안된게 청소도구가 정말정말 더러워서 사용할 수가 없었는데 어떻게 우리가 청소를 하란말이며 그 값이 홍콩달러 100원밖에 안되고, 다른 방안으로 그 다음날 방을 청소해주겠다고 한다는 건 벌레가 돌아다니는 이 방에서 하룻밤을 자라는 건데 정말 호스트가 책임감이 없다는 걸로 느껴졌습니다. 심지어 우리가 예민하다는 듯 얘기하더라구요. 저희는 홍콩 문화가 신발 신고 들어와서 자는 곳인줄 알았습니다. 그 정도로 더러웠거든요...이 문제가 해결되지 않았는데 호스트는 답장이 없었고 결국 저희는 전액환불을 받지 못한 채로 1시간 뒤 쯤 체크아웃을 하고 나와 다른 호텔을 잡으려 돌아다녔습니다. 그렇게 새벽 3시 반이 넘어가는 시간에 호텔을 잡았구요. 최종적으로 저희는 전액환불을 받지 못했어요. 이 호스트는 저희에게 돈을 줄 수 없다고 얘기를 했고 다행히도 좋은 상담사님을 만나 최대한을 받았지만 호스트가 부담하는 건 그저 제가 한 예약취소에서 자동으로 환불되는 부분일 뿐이었구요. 에어비앤비는 사람대 사람으로 소통을 하는 곳인데 이 호스트는 아니더군요. 여러분 절대 가지마세요. 이 돈 주고 차라리 호텔을 가세요. 제가 에어비앤비 처음 이용하는 것도 아니니 정말 제 말을 믿으시길 바랄게요. Please don't go. When I read the postscript on Airbnb, I thought "How bad is that? It's just a personal difference.". I thought it'd be a personal difference. But now I understand why they wrote the latter part. Don't filter out the really bad reviews and be sure to read them!! When I saw the riviews of this dorm, there were a lot of comments saying that it was very clean and nice. I didn't get the feeling that it was really good to see from the pictures, but I paid the bill the day before the trip. It was a flight on the evening of February 20th, so I asked my host to excuse me and went in the dorm very quietly in the night. I checked in at 12:30 a.m. on the 21st. I was surprised when I came in. Where I had to put my shoes, there was a lot of dust and I could see hair first. It's not a single thing. It's just that I don't think anyone has cleaned it. Even the smell smelled dull. But I though it's ok. And turned on the light (Website hidden by Airbnb) really different from the picture. Even though it's more dull and has the same structure, it's older. Anyone didn't clean the floor at all. I was looking for a place to stay with my parents because it was a family trip, and when we first looked at this place, my mom said, "Well...We can clean it up." And my dad also agreed. So we tried to clean it up. The two dregs were so dirty that they couldn't be used at all. They were all covered in dust. So I looked at my phone to contact the host and there was an ant on my cell phone. Two of them were walking around on my cell phone, so I killed them quickly. But when I looked at the floor, there are ants. So I looked at the floor to see where it came from.I didn't know because the light was dark and the floor was like flooring with spots on it. But when I looked closely, I found that the ramen crumbs, hair, dust, and food were stuck on the floor and it was That's why it's not cleaned. And there were ants on top of the food. After my yougersister saw that, she couldn't get down on the couch. And my mom went in to see where the blanket was, but the smell of mold and the warehouse was so bad that he opened the closet in the room, and it really smelled like...I can't forget it. It's the worst. We paid more than $2900 for a three-night reservation, and in fact, the hotel was cheaper and there were many better places. But I wanted to...
