The main bedroom has a queen size bed, the living room sofa folds into a full size bed, and there is a sectional in the small bedroom which folds into a full bed.

Guests will have access to the whole apartment. Both bedroom dressers are empty so there is plenty of room for clothes. The kitchen cabinets have dry spices, olive oil, etc and the refrigerator is empty for the exception of a water filter and condiments which you may use. I will meet the guest at the apartment to give them the keys or ask the guest to pick up the keys at my lock box. There are many great restaurants and coffee shops (The Red Rooster, Chez Lucienne, Double Dutch, Lido, Patisserie des ambassades, Silvana). The apartment is two blocks from Morningside Park and 8 blocks north of Central Park. St. John the Divine and Columbia University are within walking distance.

Each room has their own air conditioner. Please turn off the air conditioning before you leave the apartment!

The apartment is two blocks from the 116 street crosstown bus and local subway (C & B train). If you are planning on going downtown, you can take a 5 minute walk north to 125 and take the express trains downtown (A & D trains). If you are renting or own a car, there is plenty of street parking along Manhattan avenue. With four train lines and multiple buses in walking distance, you can go virtually anywhere. A taxi from la guardia airport should cost around 35-40 dollars.
