Our apartment is modern, clean and simple. We have paintings hung on the walls that will be changed from time to time. In the apartment we provide clean beddings and towels to every guest (not including toothbrushes and slippers). There is cable TV in the living room and Wi-Fi access for our guests. The access to the lift in the building is easy and direct. Big luggage and baby stroller are fine. The size of the whole apartment is around 750 Sqf. This apartment has just been renovated in Aug 2017. We do NOT recommend groups of over 5 people stay in this apartment. An extra fee of HKD500 per head will apply for any extra guest. Please contact us before booking if you have more than 5 people in your group. General check in/out rule: check out before 12noon and check in after 1pm.

Jun 27, 2019(This review is for Carina who co-manages this apartment with Lamia.) On my recent trip to Hong Kong, I stayed at Carina's place. The place is small (as all Hong Kong apartments are), but efficiently uses it's space and adequately accommodated the four of us. There were three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, tv, and sofa couch. The place had a few A/C units to keep us cool. We really enjoyed the location, as it was convenient to get to the MTR and walking distance to food, shops, and Times Square. Carina was very helpful and friendly, even providing us with a USP charger and helping us hail a taxi on our departure. She was quick with responding and good with answering questions. I would highly recommend this place, as it is a very relaxing and clean apartment - great after a long day in the city.

Jun 27, 2019I booked Lamia's place for 10 nights while my family were visiting me in Hong Kong. It was their first time in Hong Kong so I wanted them to have a memorable stay in comfort. Lamia's place is very impressive and spacious and looks just like the photos. It was a very comfortable stay for four adults and would be for five, too (if two share the double bed). It is located on Lockhart Road around 10 minutes walk to the bar area so you we always had a quiet night's sleep. Security is also very tight in the building. We never actually met Lamia but were greeted her friend and her domestic helper who were both friendly and very helpful. Carina had my mobile number and was easily reachable, checking up on us regularly. Little complimentary extras like fruit, bread, toiletries and alcohol were in the flat which were very well received. I would recommend this listing to a friend without hesitation.
Jun 27, 2019My friends and I stayed at the apartment for 5 days during our visit to HK. We absolutely love the place! Carina was so nice and helpful. Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet in person but she helped us with all our questions. The place was nice, clean and cozy just like the pictures. Carina was even nice enough to offer us her eom personal items for us to use. The location is wonderful because the train station is only a block or two (5-7 minutes walk) and there's 7elevens, k circle and other stores nearby. There's a really famous chinese restaurant around the corner from our place. There's 24/7 security so you know it's safe plus the guard will ask you where you're going before letting you up so double safety. We are really pleased with the apartment and Carina's hospitality. If you guys want to LKF or the IFC area it's super close. Overall, we are pleased with Carina's services and the apartment. We are looking forward to future visits!
Jun 27, 2019My family and I stayed at the apartment for 6 days during their visit to HK and the apartment is super cool! The apartment is very cozy and clean, and the location is only 5-min walk to Wai Chai station and 10-min walk to Causeway Bay station, which is very convenient for us to shop and go to some famous tourism sites such as the Ocean Part, the peak, and the Disney Land. Although it is in the downtown center, it is very quite. The apartment is fully equipped. All the stuffs you need (like the shampoo, towels, the washing machine, etc.) are there. I would highly recommend this apartment for a whole family who want to have a vacation in HK.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is lovely and impeccably clean and from other travel experiences in Hong Kong, this place is as spacious as it gets for the budget friendly. Further, the amenities, including a kitchen and washing machine, makes living here really convenient, especially for those looking for a longer stay. Location wise, it is located directly opposite Novotel, which makes it quite an easy place to find when taking a taxi back. Oh, and did I mention it is just a short taxi/MTR ride from Lan Kwai Fong? Add that to the fact there is no shortage of food options and convenience stores within a 10 minute walking radius, I would really consider this apartment again when I do head back to Hong Kong!
Jun 27, 2019Lamia's unit was perfect for us. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen and building has a lift. It has a bigger space than expected, considering HK has mostly small units. Really well maintained, very clean and accessible to Wan Chai MTR. It was easy to communicate to Lamia and she accommodated our request for a frying pan. We cooked breakfast at the unit which was very convenient and there are several shops nearby. Highly commend this place. Great for families, groups of friends who want to enjoy HK. Really a great place to come back after a whole day of walking. Thanks a lot Lamia for letting us stay.
Jun 27, 2019Very peaceful and quiet place in Wan Chai.(fyi just opposite Novotel (Website hidden by Airbnb) quite easy to inform taxi drivers of address)..3 rooms fits nicely for the 5 of us..all the amenities mentioned was given.from cooking place to free wifi and washing machine..5mins walk to Wan Chai MTR. Bustop to Ocean Park is just 10mins walk!10mins walk to Islamic Centre for some good halal food..will recommend friends to this apartment.

Jun 27, 2019Everything was perfect - location, standard and the security of the apartment. We (4 women, 1 man) stayed there in Sept for 3 days. There is MTR station closeby, the whole area of HK Island is very nice and you can easly walk to Victoria Peak (about 25 min walk). The taxi from to apartment to Airport costs around 330 HKD. I recomend this place to everyone who stays in HK.

It is in a very convenient location, MTR station is just 5mins away and there are many food options in the vicinity. The tiles at doorstep of the toilet came off. After informing Carina in the morning, Natie came down in the afternoon to fix it. Really pleased with the prompt action. Overall it has been a pleasant stay.
Jun 27, 2019Lamia was always checking in with us. Great communication. The listing itself was spacious and very comfortable for 4 people (three bedrooms and two bathrooms). It's one of the most spacious homes I have seen in Hong Kong! The listing was on a street full of home hardware shops but just a block or couple blocks away were some restaurants and it was a 6 minute walk to the MTR.
Jun 27, 2019Both Lamia and Carina were prompt in replying to my queries. They were also concerned about our itinerary as we were arriving in the middle of the Occupy Central movement. Their helper Natie was there to guide us through the secure locks for the main door. The toilets were clean, the beds were comfortable, the bedsheets were really modern. Amenities were sufficient for our 3N stay. Thoughtful touches like an iron and a portable vacuum cleaner were wonderful. It was also rather easy to find the apartment along Lockhart Road as directed by the hosts.
Jun 27, 2019Lamia's apartment was perfect for our group of 5 adults. It was a breeze locating it. Proximity to the MTR was an absolute bonus as we travelled a fair bit between the island and Kowloon during the 3 nights we spent there. There wasn't any need to cook as we were spoilt for choices with the number of eateries. At the end of each day, it was a pleasant relief to come back to a warm cosy place. Lamia responded quickly and efficiently to our queries and concerns. Thanks Lamia!

Jun 27, 2019Unfortunately we cannot honestly share the same opinion as the previous review. We stayed for 7 nights and had problems with the hot water in the main shower room and kitchen for 4 nights. The only supply of hot water is in the tiny bathroom in the single room. We ended up queuing up for shower between the 5 of us. It was difficult as weather was cold. Host and helper could only get help (weekend) until on the day we depart. We decline having it fixed as we would appreciate no disturbance whilst we packed to leave. Cleanliness is not as what we expected. Maybe it was because someone checkout before we check in. We have to request for bed sheet and duvet cover to be changed in the single room as it felt very dusty.

Jun 27, 2019这是我第一次用这个软件订房,真的很棒!房子非常干净,而且四人住正好呢(不用沙发,三个房间已足够哦)｡地理位置十分便捷,也许是之前都是在铜锣湾附近行动,所以这次住宿更觉得方便｡走很短路程就到湾仔地铁站,也可以走着去逛铜锣湾,好吃的基本也都在附近｡房东Lamia很耐心,很多问题都及时电话与信息联系｡最后搭飞机可以把行李在IFC提前托运,但是小伙伴们注意,不是每一家航空都可以喔!(至少春秋是肯定不行的,那如果无法托运,寄存行李就50港币左右一件,所以慎重选择哈)anyway,这是一家交通便利､干净整洁的公寓｡赞!
Jun 27, 2019It was a perfect place for our trip. Enough space for 4ppl and beds were comfy. Very close to Wanchai station and also walkable to Wanchai ferry terminal which was good to reach TST. We did not have a chance to meet Lamia but a lady named Natie was there to say hello and goodbye. Meanwhile, the only small downside is, it would be better if the hot water tank was bigger. The temperature of hot water was not high enuf for the last showered person. Thank you!

Elle nous a bcp aidé via plusieurs emails, à nous adapter à son très petit appartement qui nous a un peu déçu au premier abord. Bien situé, dans un quartier animé, mais assez populaire,l'imeuble est ancien, vétuste,sale,odeur de cuisine et l'asseusceur souvent en panne. L'entrée est gardée jour et nuit par un gardien et la porte de l'appart. est double, sécurisée et blindée. Bruit de trafic côté rue et de voisinage. Fort bruit de foreuse et autres à cause de travaux ds l'immeuble pour lequel Lamia nous a dédomagé. Sa femme de ménage,nous a acceuillie et nous a bcp aidé, pour nous fournir ce qui manquait, faire du nettoyage suplémentaire et pour monter et descendre nos lourdes valises.Le jour de notre départ,l'assenceur était en panne. Le salon est bien éclairé malgré le manque de fenêtre.Une chambre et sdb correcte, les 2 autres chambres et la 2 eme sdb minuscules.L'appartement est basic et conviendrait mieux à des jeunes gens qu'à deux dammes de 60 ans qui s'attendait à être mieux logées pour le prix qu'elles ont payé.

Jun 27, 2019We had a good stay at Lamia's apartment. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: 1. Very prompt communication with both Lamia and Natie. We did not have any problems checking-in or checking out. 2. One of the very few places that I could find with 2 bathrooms. Mostly in Hong Kong, I could only find apartments with 1 bathroom even for a 3 BR unit. 3. The place was clean upon check-in. 4. The location is very convenient. There is 7-11 and a grocery store very close to the apartment. We could even get food delivered at the place until 11 pm. 5. The place was spacious for 5 of us (4 adults and 1 kid) Cons: 1. The metro station is very close for young and active people. However, since we had a kid and my parents who are a bit old, we would have loved it to be a shorter walk than 5 minutes. 2. The building is located next to all the hardware/construction stores. The more happening area of Wan-Chai is closer to the metro station (so about 6-7 minutes walk). 3. The apartment is neat but nothing fancy. I guess still reasonable for the price.

Jun 27, 2019we stayed for 3 nights here. Lamia gave us the proper information to get to her place. It is very near the city express bus stand to and from the airport. The location is perfect. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Rooms are small - 50 sq ft to 120 sq ft. Two persons could not sleep comfortably on the 4 feet bed, the double decker is not comfy for one of my 6' son. So he had to sleep at the sofa and left the next day. Mahjong sound from next neighbor. Sound also from up stairs. Kitchen is simple. washing machine is not working well; very noisy when spinning. Can hang the clothes only inside the apartment.

We had 3 happy nights in Lamia's house. Lamia and Natie are very nice, considerate people. they gave details of transportation. Probably will recommend lamia's house to my friend who will travel HK.
Jun 27, 2019Lamia was great. Always concerend if all was OK and very helpful. Location was absolutely perfect for us. Eventhough the apartment faces on the street, it was quiet at night for a good sleep. Pictures of apartment as you get it. Lamia has a useful map to get to some critical places like dim sum for breakfast, a speactacular roof top bar, and of course an art material supplier. Utilised all the suggestions. Close to the MTR, taxis, ferry across the bay. Hopefully will be able to stay here the next time I am in HK.

Everything was clean and spotless upon our arrival, and we settled in right away. Delicious food and convenient transport MTR/Bus right on our doorstep!! Check-in and check-out was a breeze with Natie helping us. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to HK. Thanks for the enjoyable stay Lamia!!

Lamia was a great host and checked in via email to make sure we were enjoying the apartment. Natie welcomed us and helped us settle in. I would HIGHLY recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment in HK. It was also so quiet, especially for being so centrally located in the city. It was neat and clean, and everything was perfect.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment was clean and The location is a short walk from the exciting nightlife in Wan Chai and the MRT. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (each with air-con) and 1 of them has bunk beds. There is a washer and TV in the unit, but we did not use these. Recommended!
Jun 27, 2019The place is considered spacious by HK standards. Host's prompt communication is very reassuring. Her helper is also very helpful. Good environment to stay in - 3 modes of transport (bus, MTR and tram), lots of eateries nearby, and local shops. Water pressure and heater works well. When taking bus A11 from airport, when referring to the screen at the front of the bus, no. 11 bus stop is Luard Road. Look out for Steward Road to alight.

Jun 27, 2019We had a great stay! Lamia was very responsive before we checked in and gave us detailed instructions on how to find the place. It is just a few blocks from the MTR as well as close to the E11 and A11 airport shuttle stops, so very conveniently located. The apartment is pretty spacious for Hong Kong, with a large living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. It was very clean and tidy, with a security guard downstairs. Overall, this is a great place for a group to stay in Hong Kong.

Its the second year in a row that we have stayed in this apartment and is our first choice if we are coming through Hong Kong. Highly recommend!

Jul 27, 2019Carina is an incredible host. She was extremely accommodating, kind, understanding, and helpful. She is an incredibly kind and caring person as well, and helped me through a really difficult roommate situation. I would recommend this airbnb so many times over just because of Carina, but that's only the start. The apartment is extremely spacious and comfortable for the location and price. It is extremely close to the MTR (only two blocks, quite literally a 5 minute walk), is close to multiple michelin starred restaurants (a few of which I visited during my stay for a really cheap price), is next to so many delicious and famous bakeries, and is in between causeway bay and central. If you're unsure of where to live during your stay in hong kong, I would highly recommend this apartment in wan chai. Carina is amazing and the location and amenities of the apartment are perfect for both long and short stays.

Nice neighborhood in Wan Chai with plenty of things to do and eat within walking distance. A few minutes away on foot to the Wan Chai station as well, which is a great way to get over to Kowloon. Jun 27, 2019Carina's place is beautiful, modern, clean, and super comfortable. This is so important in a city like Hong Kong, as we have to walk a lot as tourists. My siblings and family had a wonderful stay at this home away from home crib. Communication is fast and often proactive from the host. Would love to stay again in future visit. Thanks for being such wonderful host.

Jun 27, 2019Carina is reliable and trustworthy. She provided prompt responses to our messages and checking in and out was very smooth. This is the first time we stayed at Wanchai. It's further from the maddening crowd compared to Tsim Sha Tsui, less touristy but yet within walking distance to many amazing Michelin star / guide eateries. It was a nice change staying in a more "local" neighborhood. The apartment itself is clean and cozy with a homely feel. We had everything we needed.
Jun 27, 2019We didn't have the pleasure of meeting Carina. However we met her associate, Natie, who was quite helpful. There is quite a bit of noise at night during the weekend, and street noise during the day, as would be expected in such a location (very good location for access to MTR, and fine parts of HK island). The beds are comfortable. The apartment was clean, however the fridge, the bathroom cabinet, and soap trays should have been cleaned before our arrival. Thank you for the fruit bowl. It was a nice touch.

My flight was delayed and arrived at a crazy hour (4 am), but there was still someone there to help us check-in to her place. When we arrived everything was spotless and there was fruit and some much needed water waiting for us! I would gladly stay here again! Thank you Carina!!!!
Jun 27, 2019We spent 4 nights and 3 days to Carina' s place.The unit is so clean and complete from blanket to slippers, extra towels and utensils for cooking and including soap for laundry.Natie the caretaker is very friendly she came on first day with welcome fruits and chocolates in the table.Carina is very easy to communicate.She reply right away when i tried to message her. The place were near to Central government office where we celebrated our wedding. Many restaurants nearby and Novotel Hotel was located infront her apartment where we ate after our wedding. Over all i give her 5 stars rating because we were very happy during our stay in her place in hong kong .We will surely recommend her place to my friends and relatives if they visit hong kong.

Jun 27, 2019Carina’s apartment is just nice to accommodate 5-6 travellers. It doesn’t feel pack that what we would imagine of HK’s typical apartment space. Location is convenient. Close to public transport (eg MTR, tram and buses), various choices for food, convenient store, shopping area.If you don’t mind walking, walking to Central’s direction or to Causeway Bay that direction is within 30 mins. If you are traveling to/from the airport, there is a hotel shuttle bus that you could take from HK station and get off at Novotel Century. Carina’s apartment is less than 5 mins walk from the hotel’s stop.
Jun 27, 2019Great location as a launch pad, just a few minutes walk to train/tram/bus/ferry and on good days we just walked around a lot to reach Causeway Bay and the busier part of Wan Chai. Carina's place is nice to come home to after a busy day sightseeing and shopping. Lots of bottled water and fruit and sweets upon arriving. Good bed, linens, water pressure. Good space for 4 of us. TV was problematic sometimes, switching on and off without warning (could be a defective remote controller?). Clean. Fast wifi. Responsive to questions before and during our stay. Secure door with digital keypad. Easy check in assisted by Natie, even if we arrived late around 8-9 pm and our request for late check out at 4 pm was accommodated so we didn't have to bother with luggage and got a few hours extra to shop before heading out to the airport. Recommended for a group of 4-5.
Jun 27, 2019Nice apartment in a great location. It was perfect for our family of 5. The apartment was clean, quiet, and comfortable, a nice retreat from the busy HK pace at the end of the day. It is close to transport links and an easy walk to the Happy Valley race track. Carina was excellent to deal with; she responded quickly to all communication and easily accommodated our late arrival.
Jun 27, 2019The location is superb for getting around HK. The flat has been laid out to maximise the space so we fitted our family of 5 with teenage kids very comfortably. The flat is decorated to a good standard and everything is very clean and tidy. Carina is very quick to respond - but there were no issies for the entire week. Would recommend this to anyone.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is close to many shops and food options and less than 10 mins walk to the Wanchai MTR station. The unit is well maintained and clean. My family of 4 had a comfortable time staying at Carina’s place and will highly recommend her place to anyone who are travelling as a group of 4. When we next return to HK, Carina’s apartment will definitely be our choice of accommodation.

Jun 27, 2019Located in a very accessible part of Wanchai, there are great restaurants nearby. Carina is very thoughtful of all the little touches necessary at her place including a fruit basket when we arrived. There's extras like umbrella's, bottled water and coffee and tea. The places is especially large and roomy for Hong Kong and is newly renovated.

Jun 27, 2019Carina place is spacious for 2 adults and 3 kids,which is hard to find it in Hong Kong. The location is just a few minutes from MTR station make our trips was easier to everywhere. Carina is superhost, althought I didn't met her but she was very responsive and warm, she was welcoming us with a basket fresh fruits , fresh cold water which was perfect against the hot HK weather. The only thing is there is a bit noisy of traffic. But it is the real heart of HongKong, so won’t be a big issue. I will surly book again when family trip. Thanks Carina and Natie’s host.

Apartment is very spacious for what we have had in Asia, and well stocked. The kitchen worked well for our family and was well stocked. It was a great stay.

Jun 27, 2019Our stay here was very good. I like the amount of air conditioning there was, even when it was super hot I can come home to a comfortable place. I also really enjoyed the washer/dryer. It was my first time seeing a machine that does both washing and dry! Very convenient and I appreciate that. There was plenty of lighting and the whole place was clean and comforting. Great place!

Jun 27, 2019Carina's place is at the perfect location to go around in HK, in the middle of Wan Chai and also very close to the subway station. The room was very clean, with everything needed. We were 5 people, and having the two bathrooms were very convenient. Carina was an amazing host, always very quick at responding, and also gave us many tips to go around HK. I would highly recommend this place for any group of people willing to explore HK.

Jun 27, 2019Carina's apartment is spacious enough, we were a family of 5. The location is great too, not far away from the Ding Ding trams, MTR, markets and restaurants. It has everything you need within the apartment and is clean. The main shower may need to be upgraded in the future but it's not a show stopper. Carina was quick with response times and was accommodating, particularly with our bag drop before check in. Overall, I would recommend Carina's apartment to any future travellers.

Jun 27, 2019Carina's accommodation is very functional for groups and families. Location is really convenient, walking distance to wanchai mtr and lots of delicious and famous eateries within walking distance. The building is dated but the interior is renovated and most of all safe with a security guard at the lobby. Carina is a great communicator and we did experience an issue which she was really apologetic for and tried her best to resolve. Each bedroom has air conditioning units and we really love the washer/dryer .
