Great stay, exactly as described! Frederic is a great host, the apartment is perfect, and the location is amazing! Super convenient to the mtr, Hollywood, and central areas. Hope to enjoy a stay at Frederic's again someday soon!

Jun 27, 2019Frederic's place is great! Located well with good access to public transit and in the center of Hong Kong's Central district. The room is well-appointed and the bed is very comfortable. All-in-all, Frederic's room is perfect for a pleasant stay in Hong Kong.
Jun 27, 2019If you like the pictures you'll love staying at this apartment. The apartment itself is wonderful and fully equipped with everything you might need. There is a supermarket right next to the building, a nice coffee shop 20 steps away and the MRT is 5 minutes by foot. Frederic will provide you with all information you need before you arrive. Nice place. Really.
Jun 27, 2019Brilliant apartment, great location, super convenient with nearby supermarket and coffee shop. Excellent bet! We couldn't meet Frederic because he was away but he had someone else give us the keys and arranged for everything to be as easy as possible. We would highly recommend this flat.
Jun 27, 2019This is a stylish apartment that looks just like the photos! The location in Sheung Wan was excellent, a short walk to the metro station; a short taxi ride to the Hong Kong airport train. Great WIFI and coffee machine. A big shower with lovely hot water (don't forget to turn on the switch just outside the bathroom though!) We didn't meet Frederic, but all correspondence was received quickly. The arrival instructions were very easy to follow. We were met by a friend of Frederic's (who lives in the same building) who even gave us a few tips for the area! An excellent place to stay, highly recommended.

Jun 27, 2019Fred's apartment is just as decribed in the pics and it's in a perfect location. If you're looking for an affordable, clean, conveniently located place to stay in HK with plenty of room for 2, this is your place. Everything worked out very smoothly during our 4-day stay in HK during March with the apt: his friend Simon met us in front of the building and showed us the apt. Everything we needed was provided in the apt (including an umbrella, which we unfortunately needed more than we liked to). When back in Hongkong, I would stay at Fred's apartment again.
Jun 27, 2019I booked Frederic's apartment for my parents to stay in and it was a fabulous find. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the photos and is very clean. It's in a great location, easy to get a taxi or bus to get around HK Island and is less than a 10minute walk to Central and SOHO. The only thing i would say, and this is not necessarily a problem, but the bed, while very comfy, is low to the ground.

Full kitchen, shower and comfortable bed even shower gel and shampoo sample, you won't be disappointed! We will be back Frederic thanks for everything!
Jun 27, 2019Frederics apartment was perfect for my trip to HK! He was very helpful with my arrival schedule, keys were delivered by his friend who was waiting the moment I arrived. The apartment is great and in a great location. I would definitely stay here again during my next visit!
Jun 27, 2019This was my second trip to Hong Kong and yet another fantastic and memorable trip made even better by Frederics hospitality. He is a really nice guy and was very accomodating. His apartment is beautiful, spacious and very clean and the concierge is very helpful. From the moment I booked our stay with Frederic he was in constant communication and very helpful with details and directions of the area and how to get to the apartment and made us very welcome on our arrival. I highly recommend staying at Frederics to anyone looking to stay in Hong Kong, you certainly won't be dissapointed.
Jul 27, 2019Very good, light, roomy and clean apartament. The kitchen, hot water, the AC and the washing mashine are available. 10-15 mins to HK Central by foot, 5 mins to bus and tram stops, 20-25 mins to the tram station to Victoria Peak. Close to night activities, bars, restraunts and shopping areas. Good place to start in HK. Frederic was very friendly and there was not any problem with our late (or early - 3:00 am) check in.
Jun 27, 2019Frederic's apartment was wonderful. It was our first time using Airbnb and it was more than we had hoped for. It's a typical small Hong Kong apartment but Frederic has decorated so that we two did not feel cramped at all. Much more spacious than a hotel room. The bed is low but very comfortable. The shower is great. Frederic has photo guides for all the appliances and outlets. The location couldn't be better for central and surprisingly quiet for being on Queen's Road Central. You can easily walk to the Sheung Wan or Central Stations. Hollywood Rd is just up the steps and Soho a few minutes walk down Hollywood Rd. There is a market right next to the building entrance and good restaurants a block away. The best thing is Frederic has arranged for his friend Simon to let you in. Simon orients you to the apartment and the neighborhood. Both Frederic and Simon want to make sure you enjoy the apartment, neighborhood and Hong Kong. And we did. Finally Frederic is great at responding to your emails. Thanks Frederic.
Jun 27, 2019We had a most pleasant stay at Frederic apartment. Everything was as described on airbnb. The location is terrific, with the MTR station a short stroll away. We did not have a chance to meet Frederic in person but communicating was fast and easy and receiving the keys a breeze. We will definitely stay again when next in Hong Kong on a private visit.
Jun 27, 2019We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well appointed with a lovely natural light. All necessary amenities and equipment were thoughtfully provided. The location was excellent, right above a supermarket and minutes for the MTR. We would definitely stay here again.
Jun 27, 2019Die Wohnung von Frederic liegt sehr zentral und zu Fuss ist man in 3 Minuten auf der MTR. Die Wohnung ist äusserst sauber und bietet tollen Komfort für ein Paar. Die Küche ist top eingerichtet und lädt zum Kochen ein - im gleichen Haus befindet sich ein Supermarkt und um die Ecke sind gute Restis. Ebenfalls hat es in der Wohnung eine Waschmaschine und eine Kaffeemaschine. Die Nachbarin ist eine Kollegin von Frederic und weiss sehr gut über Hong Kong Bescheid. Wir habens genossen und würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
Jun 27, 2019I stayed almost 3 weeks in this appartment and I felt like home! Super clean and well organized, everything was made to feel you're home. Quite, close to MTR, taxis, buses and supermarket downstairs. Great area if you want to explore the city: many lunch/dinner options around. Special thanks to Guillaume who gave me the keys and was really helpful.

Jun 27, 2019The owner promptly responsive and responsible. We met a friend of the owner. All liked it. The apartment is bright and very comfortable. The apartment is close to the subway. We did not have a problem to get to the Central by foot. I can recommend the owner and an apartment.
