We had a great stay in Julia's apartment. It is very small (as expected with NYC studios) but has everything you need and is in a fantastic location in the heart of LES. Julia was lovely to deal with and made the whole process of moving in and out very easy.
Jun 27, 2019The Lower East Side apartment was in a great location with a busy street life both day and night. Traveling alone in all hours of the day I never once felt unsafe in the neighbourhood. The apartment itself was well furnished, small and cosy - Great for someone traveling alone or as a couple. Julia was a great host, very quick and nice to respond to any questions and problems I had during my stay. I would recommend a stay at this apartment.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment was just as shown in the pictures. It's small but has everything we needed and in a perfect location for visiting NYC. Julia was also an amazing and responsive host (even at some inconvenient hours)! Great experience overall.
Jun 27, 2019Great location and cosy apartment for one. Close to subway and lots of places to eat. Be aware will need to walk up three flights of stairs but this is expected with NYC apartments. Julia was a great host. Always responsive. Check in and check out was easy. I was able to stay until my late night flight which was very helpful.
Jul 27, 2019Julia was very friendly and quick and efficient with communication. The location was convenient to walk to everything in the East Village and Lower East Side, so that was a major plus for us. However, the studio itself was pretty funky. EVERYTHING needs a good cleaning. We are not that picky when it comes to accommodations usually, but the place should at the very least be clean. Scrub the toilet, buy a new shower curtain, clean the mirrors, buy a new shower mat, dust and vacuum, clean out the fridge (their was something rotten in there)...pretty basic stuff if you are putting your place on Airbnb. The place could be a great stay if it gets a thorough cleaning.
