Jun 27, 2019I think the apartment is good and clean, and the two bathrooms are very convenient for a group of people. The only bad thing is that no elevators are here and it's really hard for you to take the big luggage upstairs.
Jun 27, 2019Pilar's place is quite large and clean. Its close to the metro station, just underfloor. The flat is newly equipped. I would recommend anyone to Pilar's place in Barcelona.
Jun 27, 2019David (celui qui remet les clés) nous a trés bien accueilli à l'appartement. Il a été très gentil. Il nous a tout expliqué en détails, les commerces à proximités et tous les endroits à visiter dans la ville. De plus, il parlait le français, donc cela a facilité l'echange. Le logement est beaucoup plus petit en vrai que sur les photos.. L'appartement n'était pas au top: vaisselles sales, manque de chaises et de verres pour les six personnes, les chambres mal insonorisés, une salle de bain qui ne se ferme pas à clé et une autre qui se ferme seulement de l'extérieur, pas de ventilateur dans le salon... Cependant nous avons quand meme passez un bon séjour et c'était satisfaisant dans l'ensemble. Le quartier est moyen. Le coté positif est qu'il y a une station de metro à 200métres et des commerces à proximité.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is exactly as described, just perfect for what we needed. The location was great for us, close to public transport and a supermarket. Furthermore, we have a problem with the hired transfer from the airport, Pilar was extremely helpful to solve it, she called the agency in-charged and made sure that we received an explanation and the refund; in the end, we received the transfer to the airport free-of-charge.
Jun 27, 2019Mooi schoon appartement op een fijne locatie. Om de hoek is de ingang van de metro. Als je met de auto komt kun je die parkeren op de carrer de Sants in een parkeergarage die van 08.00 tot 22.00uur open is. De kosten waren in mei 2016 €10 per 24uur. Een paar minpuntjes van het appartement zijn dat er geen tweepersoons bed is, 1 matras waar de veren bijna uitschieten, en het redelijk gehorig is.

Mi Barcelonában élő étteremmel rendelkező házaspár vagyunk akikhez Magyarországról érkezik nagyon sok vendég.Mi nekik szoktunk szállás foglalásban segíteni. Pilarhoz már többedszerre megyünk! Csodás házigazda,csak ajánlani tudjuk mindenkinek aki Barcelonába érkezik.
Jun 27, 2019Appartement agréable pour 6 mais beaucoup plus petit que sur les photos. nous étions 6 adultes donc à l'étroit pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Quelques équipements sont à renouveler. le grille pain ne fonctionne plus et une cafetière électrique serait appréciable. Bon emplacement pour se rendre au Camp Nou à 15 minutes à pied. Métro, bus et parking sont à proximité ainsi que les épiceries. David parle français, il nous a apporté les informations nécessaires. Pour une première visite à Barcelone nous ne sommes pas déçu !

Jun 27, 2019Aunque al final solo pude disfrutar de 1 día en el apartamento de Pilar, todo estaba como en el anuncio. Lo que si debería indicar es que a la llegada hay que pagar la tasa de turista en efectivo. Por lo demás, todo bien!
Jun 27, 2019El piso está muy bien, éramos 4 amigos en un viaje de trabajo. Los fallos que hemos encontrado en este piso son: faltan paños en la cocina, baetas, salvamanteles, cucharas pequeñas, una cafetera nueva, pues la que tenía estaba sin asa. Yo alquilo al menos 5 pisos al año y nunca encontré un piso sin un mínimo de sal, aceite, azúcar, servilleta de papel, papel higiénico al menos un papel higiénico de repuesto en cada baño. Y una de las camas de la 2a HB hace falta cambiar el colchón que está fatal. Lo demás muy bien, ubicación, limpieza y demás servicios un 10. El anfitrión muy educado y atento. Por motivos de trabajo no hemos podido comunicarle estos puntos negativos durante nuestra estada. Saludos.

Jun 27, 2019Casa sporchissima, con infiltrazioni d'acqua in una camera da letto e in cucina, dove l'intonaco del soffitto, a causa dell'infiltrazione stessa, cadeva nel lavello e sul piano di lavoro della cucina. Forno sporchissimo, come tutte le stoviglie. Passando ai bagni, lo scarico delle due docce era intasato e quindi la doccia si faceva col rischio che l'acqua trasbordasse dal piatto doccia. I materassi erano sporchi e con le molle che uscivano. La biancheria vecchia, sporca e strappata. Le foto le ho inviate alla proprietaria subito e sono visibili nella chat. Nessuno ha preso provvedimenti, la biancheria l'ho comprata nuova e in parte ho lavato quella della casa. Con il poco tempo che avevo per la vacanza, tenuto conto del fatto che ho perso già il pomeriggio del 18 aprile a seguire la cameriera che ci é stata mandata senza che nessuno dei proprietari si presentasse, non avevo intenzione di aprire una querelle con Airbnb, che mi avrebbe tolto altro tempo. È chiaro che non userò mai più questo sito, se questo è il livello del servizio

Jun 27, 2019First thing I would like to note is that I wish there would have been something letting guests know there is a 4 floor walk-up and no elevator. If you are traveling with large suitcases that are heavy, this is not fun going or leaving. Overall the apartment was okay. The smell as soon as you enter the building is not good. We soon found out that the building must have a piping problem. We smelled the smell when we first got there to drop off our luggage, but when we came back for actual stay, they cleaned and tried to conceal it. Worked for only a while but smell was there until we left. One night there was a loud noise and when we got up we saw that the plaster from inside the ceiling had fell onto the kitchen counter, right near the pipes. We had an issue with the wifi and asked David for help as well as asking him for the sheets to cover the other beds in each room(they only covered one bed in each room). David replied to me hours later stating that the beds were made for 3 people who were the amount of people we paid for and how he will contact someone about the wifi the next morning. I understand that there were 3 people staying there, but if you go to a hotel, how would you feel if one bed was unmade your entire stay? Also, he never checked on the wifi or checked on us to ask was it working properly, I eventually fixed it myself. One thing I did find quite strange was a woman knocking at our door stating she was "a woman from upstairs". When we opened the door she asked us were we with Airbnb and if our wifi wasn't working and how hers wasn't working either. This was quite bizarre and she then let us know she was staying with one of the guys upstairs. Sure. We later believed that she was someone David knew and was checking to see if we had others in the apartment because it was just TOO WEIRD! Apartment is very close to transportation and we tried to overlook all of the issues to ensure that our stay was a good one.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment was nicely furnished and conveniently located very close to a metro stop and near the Camp Neu football stadium. It was for the most part very clean, except for some mould on the wall in one room. Overall, it fit our needs as a group of students needing a place to stay for a visit to Barcelona. I had some difficulty arranging the key pick-up when I first booked the apartment. The rental appears to be through a third party company that requested I fill out an "arrival form," however, there were technical issues with the online form the prevented me from completely it. Eventually, I got in touch with David, who was our host (we never met or heard from Pilar, the host on the airbnb listing). Once we got in contact with David, we arranged for him to meet us at the apartment when we arrived to let us in. We appreciated that he was flexible with us when our flight was delayed and we arrived about an hour later than planned. However, the apartment was not quite ready when we arrived; it was still being cleaned. The other issue we experienced was that upon arrival, our host, David, requested that we pay a Barcelona tourism tax. The tax worked out to about 30 euros (for five of us staying three nights) and he wanted us to pay it to him on the spot in cash. We were slightly taken aback, as we had already paid for the airbnb, and did not expect any further expenses.

Our trip was in August and we ended up booking a hotel the final 2 nights instead. I had read through previous reviews as well as the description but it was never mentioned. Probably my fault for assuming though. Location isn't the greatest either m

Nice host that were trying to provide us with whatever we may need and also advising for the places to go specially a local bar close to flat for tapas which made one of our best night experience in Barcelona. All in all, really recommendable and will be my first choice in next trip to Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019Although we didn’t meet Pilar, David was great with getting us checked in. We were caught off guard when he asked to take pictures of all our ID’s with his personal phone, but we complied. We didn’t have enough toilet paper, it was four of us for 9 days and we only had one roll in each bathroom. (There’s multiple stores nearby so it wasn’t much of an incovineice to go buy some but still). Other than that, our stay was great! Really close to the metro, and dining places. Communication was great, and they were flexible with our check out time!

However when we were in the apartment we were sweltering without no air con and we were aware that there was no air on before we arrived but it’s just something to consider! Overall we had a great stay and Sol was very nice! There was a nice bakery/cafe just a 2 min walk from the apartment and the Nou Camp was a 10 min walk and easy bus stop location into the city
Jun 27, 2019La ubicación está muy cerca del metro línea 5, es muy cómodo para ir lugares famosos. En el primer piso hay un bar, por la noche es un poco molestia. La ventilación de la casa no es muy agradable, comer en el salón ni tiene ventilador hacer bastante calor.

Jun 27, 2019A nice place to stay, located close to the Metro and Bus Stop. The stairway is wide and has landings at each turn, making it easy to maneuver luggage up. There is a nice Bakery right around the corner.
