No noise between 10:00 pm to 08;00 am and 24 hours on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. No parties, no drugs, no smoking inside of the apartment. The keys will be given in the check-in and shall be returned in the checkout. Towels are not for the beach and avoid seating with sand . Check-in after 1:00 pm and checkout till 11:00 am, unless won't be other guests arriving or departuring on the same days. After booking send all complete names, passports numbers or ID's cards (if Brazilians) and the flights schedules to Rio.

Jun 27, 2019We had a good time in Rio, in this apartment that is very well located in Ipanema. Ipanema is a safe area, the apartment is 1 block away the metro station and 2 blocks from the beach. Levy assisted us when we had a problem with the hot water, and recommended a lot of places to go, including a quick sightseeing around the neighbourood in order to show supermarket, restaurant, bus stations... Recommended for your stay in Rio
Jun 27, 2019We had the luck and pleasure to spend 4 nights in Levy's amazing apartment at Ipanema. The place has everything one can need: fully equipped kitchen, living room area, very confortable huge bed, big closet and nice bathrooms; everything decorated in a very stylish modern way, with brand new furniture and topped up with flat screen TV's in pretty much every room and AC :)! However, the best part of the whole experience was Levy himself, one of the most helpfull and dedicated hosts I have ever met. FIrst of all he really help us out at the time of finding accomodation since we only started looking for it one day before our arrival to Rio. When we did the chek-in at his place he gave us a full master class about Rio, the different areas and things we could do to make the most out of our stay. He filled us up with all kinds of info about buses, metro, prices and so on. Also, he was kind enough to take us out for a walk around the neighbourhood, including a really interesting visit to a nearby favela. To anyone thinking about staying at this one or any other of Levy's appartments I would suggest not to hesitate too much and book it at once, before it's too late and somebody else does ;)
Jun 27, 2019Apartment was clean, well equipped and perfectly located for my work-trip-but-I-still-want-know-Rio plans. However, if you're visiting Rio for the first time, the best reason to get this apartment is the host. Senhor Levy is extremely nice and helpful, showing around and recommending plans.

Jun 27, 2019I travel to Brazil with some frequency and rent apartments there. If you are going to Rio you should be prepared to receive less for your money than you might expect. This apartment is definitely well above average. The location is excellent in terms of access to the beach, the metro, groceries, and restaurants, bars, etc. The little park across the street hosts a number of interesting fairs during the week as well. It is in Ipanema proper, not Copa or Arpoador, and should command a higher price. The furnishings are well above average for Brazil. There is relatively a lot of space, and the bedroom is separate and has a nice AC. The kitchen/living room is well equipped as well. This area cannot be cooled well because the windows cannot be closed. Levy says this is a Brazilian regulation because of the gas water heater and stove, and this sounds about right for Brazil. There is a washer, and a small clothes drying rack above, and a second toilet. Everything works well in the kitchen. All this is very good. On the downside the sofa is possibly the most uncomfortable I have ever sat in. It is hard and if you lean back it wants to unfold into a bed. The TV receives no English channels, although occasionally you might find one show in English. No sports either. There is no outside view, but the windows allow good light. Levy himself is very helpful and ready to provide you with helpful advice and guidance for the area. He wants you to enjoy your stay. Believe me, this is a rarity. I also recommend the BnB structure which allows you to pay by credit card. Almost all apartment owners in Rio want you to pay in cash in advance with American dollars or Euros. You have little recourse if you have problems, and the rental agencies will almost always side with the owners because that is how they make money. Be very careful! Scams are common. All in all, I would say this is one of the best values I have received in Rio in my many travels. I would stay there again, and I recommend this owner highly. 4 stars is a high rating for me. I don't think I have ever experienced "excellence" in Brazil in terms of lodging, even at much higher prices or in hotels. This apartment is pretty close to as good as it gets, at least in anything remotely close to this price.
Jun 27, 2019Apartamento ótimo, com móveis novos, cama e sofá cama muito confortaveis e espaçosos, roupa de cama e toalhas limpos e em perfeita condição, banheiro excelente, wifi e TVs muito bons e tudo funcionando. Tivemos pequenos problemas, que foram prontamente resolvidos pelo proprietário (cortina e cheiro de cigarro), que nos apresentou a cidade, deu diversas dicas e respondeu sempre de imediato quando contactado. O bairro é excelente e o apartamento é muito bem localizado (próximo a mercados, metrô, ponto de táxi, bares, e a 2 quadras da praia). O apartamento fica bastante próximo à entrada da favela do cantagalo, mas como ela está pacificada é muito tranquilo (andamos, inclusive, durante a madrugada). Um problema é que as janelas dos banheiros ficam viradas para dentro da casa, e não para (Website hidden by Airbnb) certeza ficarei no apartamento novamente quando voltar ao Rio.
Jun 27, 2019When we arrived from the airport it was raining cats and dogs in Rio. The landlord was waiting for us and helped us with an umbrella to get our luggage into the house and the appartment which is on the first floor (the house has an elevator). The appartment has about 40 sqm with a double bed bedroom and another small room with a sofa which can be converted to an additional bed for 1 (exceptionally 2) persons. There are 2 toilets, a bathroom, a kitchen and a washing machine in the appartment (all seems to be very new). The airbnb process with the landlord was very friendly and reliable. The price is fair for Rio because the hotels in Rio have a very bad price/service relation. Only the view out of the appartment was not very attractive but this is not important if you are out all day long. ---> recommandable

Jun 27, 2019Minha sogra esteve hospedada com sua mãe no apartamento do Sr Levy. Primeiramente, o Sr Levy é uma pessoa maravilhosa, muito atencioso e solícito. Não tivemos problema algum com checkin ou checkout. O apartamento é ótimo, conservado, praticamente novo, a internet funciona perfeitamente e tudo estava exatamente como nas fotos! Pertíssimo da praia e bem estruturado, não temos do que reclamar! Obrigada Sr Levy! The apartment is fantastic, clean, well equiped, with internet, close to the beach, exactly like the pictures showed. Mr Levy is a very nice person and we did'nt have any problem with the check in and check out!
Jul 27, 2019Me and my boyfriend had to stay in Rio for business and the apartment was perfect for that. Wash Machine, Wi-Fi that works perfectly, very comfortable bed.. everything works like in a new house. And the location is so perfect that sometimes we forgot the business and enjoyed the city as tourists. That's also because Levy was such a great host that provided us an incredible list of to do's and to go's list!!
Jun 27, 2019This is a fantastic location in Ipanema. It is safe. It is close to public transport - buses and the metro (when it re-opens after renovations). There are many places to eat nearby - many of them are of good quality. Also, there are 2 super-markets within a stone's throw and 24hr juice and salgado bars. The beach is slightly further away but still an easy walk. The apartment itself comfortably fit the two of us. There are two toilets which is handy. Having a clothes washing machine is handy for longer stays. You can hear the neighbours talking as the apartments are set closely together but we did not have any troubles sleeping. The place is more utilitarian rather than luxurious but you are saving money compared to the hotels. The plumbing is older so you can't flush toilet paper down the toilet. Levy was there to check us in and check us out. He has a wealth of information for visitors, bus routes, places to eat and even took us on a mini tour of the local area.
Jun 27, 2019Levy was a wonderful host! He waited to let us in an hour later due to a delayed flight (at 10pm). Upon arrival he gave us a very thorough description of the apartment. The apartment is very well located (2 blocks from the beach, great juice bars on every corner, bars nearby, Starbucks down the street for the occasional guilty pleasure). He was an incredible host and always replied to our questions within 24 hours. Would definitely recommend to others that are looking for an apartment to rent in this area. Some things to note: make sure to ask for the safe code so that you can put your valuables in it. The closest subway stop is currently under construction and it's a bit inconvenient, but the busses are super cheap and reliable. The outside room doesn't have air conditioning so if you have people staying out there, keep the master room open to get the air flowing.
Jun 27, 2019As the previous reviews have stated the location of this apartment is fantastic, right in the heart of Ipanema and only 2 blocks from the beach. We stayed for 5 nights and found it very easy to get around and loved being so close to so many restaurants, cafes, juice bars and supermarkets. The apartment is a good size for 2 people, with 1.5 bathrooms, but i can imagine it would be a bit tight if you had extra people staying in the living room. The building and apartment feels secure and we did not feel unsafe at all when walking around the area, even at night. Probably the only downside to the apartment is that since there is only one window (in the bedroom) that opens onto the neighbouring apartment's balcony there is not much natural light in the rest of the apartment. The AC and fans work well but we found it a bit difficult to dry clothes and towels during the day, as we did not want to leave the windows open when we left the apartment. Levy is an incredibly friendly host who went out of his way to give us a tour when we first arrived and also lots of advice on restaurants, buses, sights and other useful information. This personal touch was really valuable and is one of the reasons we were attracted to this apartment and continue to book through airbnb. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend staying here.
Jun 27, 2019Our flight to Rio arrived 4 hours late but there was no problem, Levy waited for us at the apartment. The place is super nice and extremely well located. There are 2 supermarkets, a fancy one across the street and another bigger one at the corner. Restaurants, bars and the most beautiful beach are just a couple blocks away. Copacabana is also close-by, you can either walk 20 mins or take public transportation. The subway is just half a block away but at the moment the Ipanema/osorio station is closed for expansion. The apartment is fully equipped with everything. You only need to bring soap, shampoo, and food. I will definitely come back to rio and (hopefully) find this apartment available for rent.

Jun 27, 2019The flat is well furnished and well situated and we really enjoyed our stay in Ipanema, two grownups and our baby daughter. We stayed for five days, very comfortably, enough space, practical layout though the space is quite snug, very nice bathroom, clean surfaces, equiped kitchenette, good wifi. Very centrally located in Ipanema, Lots of shops and cafes and beach close by. And Levy was very helpful, responded very quickly to our enquiry, and helped us around!

Jun 27, 2019Levy has been an incredibly helpful and friendly host. He was perfectly on time picking us up, explained everything in the flat in great detail and gave us some great sightseeing tips, for example which buses to take to the various attractions, which saved us a lot of money. We originally had some problems with the pillows, which we emailed him about and it took not even an hour for him to call us and replace the pillows the same day. He even walked us and our luggage to the hotel from which we were picked up for our onward trip and offered us to leave our luggage at his private place on our last day which would have been very helpful due to our late night flight departure. The flat in Ipanema was very central to everything. Only minor thing to note was that it is in a short one way street, that many taxis don't bother driving into and rather drop you at the corner with the main street. Since there is a favela in the near vicinity that made us a little uncomfortable at night sometimes.
Jul 27, 2019The apt is at a great spot if you like to stay in ipanema. The buses towards downtown (the subway on plaza osorio still under construction), pao azucar, christ statue is 30sec from the door, 2min walking down to the beach, 10min walk to aporador and on the other side copacabana beach. You can even walk to cantagalo metrostation (closest which is running) in 15-20min to take the metro to centre (which with the traffic in rio is suggested). Quiet apartment, Leyv answered quickly, no problems with the organisation. GREAT bed!!better then mine at home!clean apartment, but as always smaller than the pictures would suggest.but fitted our family of 2 adults and 2 kids perfect (they slept in a bed for babies we brought and a inflate madress Levy left for us since the kids like to sleep in our room-thank you levy.) otherwise the sofa is possible to make a bed-but the area in the livingroom will then be very cramped if the sofa is folded out-would need to stow it away every day if you want to use the table etc.) never used the TV, but stove, fridge and washmachine worked fine. Small kitchen, but regular as always abroad... Good hot water! The only downside is no balcony (for us parents who would love to soak in the air/athmosphere 'at home' even after the kids gone to sleep)! /märta
Jun 27, 2019La experiencia con Levy fue muy buena. El departamento esta increiblemente ubicado, y Levy fue muy atento y de mucha ayuda para moverme en rio. Recomendaría plenamente el departamento. Un solo punto en contra: por momentos salían olores feos de las alcantarillas del departamento (como si hubiera estado mucho tiempo sin uso). Mas allá de todo volvería nuevamente al departamento de Levy ya que fue todo muy bueno.---- The experience in Levy's apartment was excellent. The apartment was incredible located and Levy was there all the time for everything that we need. I would totally come back to this place, was really clean and comfortable. The only negative point was that sometimes some weird smell come from the pipes (aparently because the apartment was not in use at the time of our arrival). Nevertheless I would totally come back to this apartment as the location was amazing, levy was supportive and the apartment was super super beautiful.

Jun 27, 2019Levy es un excelente anfitrión! Estuvo para recibirnos en el departamento a las 2 de la mañana, nos ayudó a instalarnos y luego nos brindó información de utilidad para disfrutar de Rio. El apartamento cumplió plenamente nuestras expectativas y se encuentra en una excelente ubicación. Cerca de todo! Si bien el edificio no es nuevo, los baños, la cocina, sábanas, toallas y utensillos de cocina parecían a estrenar. La relación precio/calidad-comodidad, es inmejorable! Jun 27, 2019Thank you so much for our stay in your wonderful apartment. The location is absolutely brilliant - in the heart of Ipanema less than a 5 minute walk to the beach front. Levy was a wonderful host, making us feel welcome and safe in the bright lights of Rio, even giving us a tour of the local area and supermarkets, making sure we knew where everything was. He gave us advice on where to go / what to do and even book our taxi for the return to the airport. Jun 27, 2019as the headline says - it's definetly surrounded with everything! great location, almost next to metro station and general Osrio square. less than 10 min walking to the beach. a lot of shops, bars, supermarkets, restaurantes. It's perfect for 2 and vey suitable for up 4 people. very good bed and bathroom. good wifi. Levy himself is great host. he was waiting for me about 2 hours after my landing (due to terrible traffic). He showed everything in the apartment. and then Levy showed to me all places worth to visit at Ipanema and Copacabana. and also helped me to buy local sim-card. so i definetely recommend this apartment. or ask Levy for another options he has. looking forward to return back to Rio

Mostrou-nos o bairro e inclusive alguns locais ode poderíamos comer e fazer compras. Durante estadia contactou por diversas vezes, com sugestões e esteve sempre disponível para apoiar em qualquer duvida. Apartamento corresponde a descrição limpo e bem equipado. Perto da praia ( 2cruzamentos(3 minutos a pé)). Foi uma excelente experiencia.

He welcomed us with all the information we needed for the local area and gave us loads of tips that saved us money by being able to use public transport for visiting the major tourist spots. Great location, lovely clean apartment.

Jun 27, 2019Estuvimos alojados por seis noches en el apartamento del Sr. Levy de la calle Teixeira de Melo en Ipanema. Llegamos en el horario previsto y Levy estaba esperándonos en la puerta del edificio. Nos mostró el deparamento y nos dio muchas sugerencias acerca de los lugares que podíamos visitar y cómo llegar a cada uno de ellos. Muy cordial y dispuesto, nos llevó al “Mirante da Paz” que está a 50 mts del departamento, una construcción nueva que provee una vista privilegiada de la zona de Ipanema. El edificio tiene un encargado (portero) y está ubicado a media cuadra de la Plaza Gral Osorio, que es el nodo de transporte de Ipanema por dónde pasa el 50% de los buses de Rio; además tiene la cabecera de la Línea 1 de metro; y próximamente la de la Línea 4 que irá hasta Barra de Tijuca; lo cual lo pone en una situación privilegiada con respecto al transporte. En cada una de las esquinas hay un supermercado (Zona Sul y Hortifruti) y al estar a 50 mts de Vizconde de Pirayá (el eje comercial de Ipanema) existe una infinita variedad de lugares para comer, asi como comercios en general. La playa de Ipanema está a dos cuadras y a un máximo de seis cuadras la de Copacabana. En cuanto al equipamiento, el departamento consta de un dormitorio grande con una cama matrimonial; dos baños; comedor diario y cocina completa. Todos los ambientes con aire acondicionado y ventilador de techo; conexión wifi inalámbrica; dos Smart TV con cable básico de Sky; vajilla, utensillos y cubiertos en perfecto estado. Todos los electrodomésticos necesarios para una estadía de vacaciones (cafetera, sandwichera, tostadora, microondas, dispenser de agua, etc). la única mejora que haría sería la de agregar sillas de playa y una sombrilla para lelvara la playa. La comunicación con Levy fue excelente durante toda la estadía. Un anfitrión para recomendar y volver a visitar nuevamente.

Check in was seamless, he provided helpful information and suggestions for my stay, gave me a brief tour of the neighbourhood on arrival and was easily contactable throughout. The apartment was comfortable and well located. Importantly, the wifi was excellent. Would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Jun 27, 2019Sou polonesa e estive pela primeira vez no Brasil no final de agosto. Visitei o Rio no final de semana do feriado de 7 de setembro e tive o prazer de me hospedar no apartamento do Levy! Fui com uma amiga brasileira e tivemos uma excelente impressão do lugar, muito bem localizado, com acesso a metrô e ônibus que passam por vários pontos turísticos da cidade, enfim... Uma experiência e tanto. Me senti segura todo o tempo que estive lá. E o Levy, muito gentil, nos indicou vários restaurantes bacanas, todos bem próximos ao apartamento. Pretendo voltar muito em breve e não tenho dúvidas de onde vou ficar! Recomendo a todos que procuram um local calmo, com excelente localização e um apartamento super confortável, onde se sintam como se estivessem em casa.

Te explica de todo y hasta te lleva a conocer rapido restaurantes y supermecados para que todo sea más fácil! También te aconseja sobre que lugares conocer y como manejarse en Rio!! Jun 27, 2019Levy was a terrific host. He arranged to meet me at the entrance to the apartment and arrived on time. He not only showed me the apartment, but took the additional time to provide a tour of the local area and pointed out some places to eat, where the safe ATMs were located, pointers about the culture, and details on how I could explore the local attractions economically. He also arranged for a taxi to take me to the airport on my return, which was very convenient. The apartment was quite clean and as described on AirBnb. The pictures are accurate. The shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure, and there is filtered water for drinking as well. The wifi worked great. I felt safe in the neighborhood, and enjoyed feeling like I was a part of the local culture moreso than if I had stayed in a hotel. For my first time in Rio, this was a great place to stay for an affordable price. I would definitely recommend!
Jun 27, 2019Levy was a great introduction to Rio de Janeiro and Brazil. He had many local tips and suggestions and probably could create a brochure or guide for visitors. The suite was in a secure building on a safe street. It provided everything we needed as guests: a comfortable bed, hot water, refrigerator, dishes, and wifi. The location was nearly perfect. Within two blocks, everything you need is available, including cafes, restaurants, bars, markets, and shopping. Ipanema beach was within a quick and safe three block walk. With the bus and metro one block from the suite, rest of the city was quickly accessible.
Jun 27, 2019Mr. Levy was the perfect host!!! He was willing to let me check in early although I ended up checking much later because my flight was delayed. However, he was very patient with me and very accomodating. So much so that he allowed to me do a late check out. During my stay he advised me where I should eat, where I should go, and where I should stay away from. He even advised me that I should wait to get to Rio before I took out money for my trip because the currency exchange in Rio would be much better. He was so on the money and I am glad I listened to him. The apartment was perfect! It was clean and in the perfect location. It was about 2 blocks away from the beach and very close to restaurants and supermarkets and the bank. I really enjoyed my stay and will be staying in the apartment again. Jun 27, 2019Before booking I sent a message to Levy and he replied quickly with good English. He will give you all the information and he will be waiting for you in front of the apartment. This apartment is on one of the best spots in Rio, surrounded with restaurants/bars and a couple of minutes walkaway to the wonderful Ipanema beach. Levy will give you good tips on where to eat/drink and about transportation as well.
Jun 27, 2019Levy was a great host. Very accommodating of my schedule and sat down with me to point out points of interest on a map, and the best ways to see popular tourist sites. The apartment was very nice. Aircon and wifi worked a treat. Good location, very close to Ipanema beach and a short walk to Copacabana. Close to the action during Carnavale, but with no noise reaching the room. Great for a couple, or a few friends who don't mind sharing some space. There was a little snafu when checking out, but that was on me for not following the house rules closely enough. Great place, I'd recommend it.

Jun 27, 2019I stayed at Levy's apartment just this past weekend and had a great time. Prior to the stay, Levy was very responsive to messages and provided very detailed information about Rio and his apartment in Ipanema. I chose to rent a car and Levy provided great directions to his place and actually got me discounted parking for my stay. Upon arrival, we met Levy at the apartment for a checkin, and he actually took us on a nice walking tour of the immediate area, and provided his advice of things to do in Rio. Apartment location is great - maybe 3 blocks or so in from the water and on the same block as grocery stores, bars, and restaurants. Apartment had all the basic amenities, including filtered water. AC worked wonderfully. Only negative - the walls are pretty thin, so the loud neighbors were a bit annoying at times. Even though there weren't any screens on the Windows, there were no mosquitos at all.

He met us at the apartment the morning we arrived, he drew on a map great things to see in Rio and he even took us on a walking tour of the neighborhood, explaining great deals on dining, and where to shop and what events were taking place when we were there. Levy is very concerned with your safety and was very helpful with everything we needed to know.

Jun 27, 2019As soon as I booked (about 9 months in advance, since it was during the Olympics) Levy began sending me tips for Rio. He gave me an option for earlier arrival & on leaving he was prompt for our departure and booked a taxi for us. The apartment has all the basics needed & even a convenient water filter. The best is the location. One half block from the metro station General Osorio and a few blocks from the beach. Plenty of taxis and busses. The Ipanema neighborhood was desirable too. Not crazily loud & conjested like Copacabana. Surrounded by all the ammentities needed: banks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and shopping. Thanks Levy for helping to make out stay in Rio during the Olympics so enjoyable. Karl & Raul

The apartment was nice and clean and exactly what we needed for our trip. We honestly didn't spend too much time in the apartment because there is so much to do in Rio. Thank you!

La situation de l'appartement est idéale dans un quartier agréable et animé de Ipanema, proche de la plage des restaurants du métro et de tous les commerces. L'appartement est calme très bien équipé, rien ne manque. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Fue muy atento en TODO!! Se mantuvo en contacto con nosotras y nos ayudó a evacuar cualquier cantidad de dudas, el apartamento es precioso, super cómodo, limpio y adecuado para cuatro personas adultas! Muy bien equipado, con todas las comodidades, tanto la cama como el sofá cama son super cómodos, la cocina tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar lo que quieras. Está en una ubicación excelente próximo a ipanema y Copacabana, una zona llena de restaurantes, bares y supermercados! Levy nos recibió muy bien explicándonos todo sobre el lugar y como llegar a los centros turísticos. Sin dudas volveremos

Jun 27, 2019Tive necessidade de ir ao Rio para realizar e me recuperar de uma cirurgia. Assim, necessitava de um espaço que me oferecesse conforto, tranquilidade e comodidades. O atendimento do Levy foi fantástico, pois respondeu a todas as dúvidas e indicou o melhor apartamento que seria adequado ao meu caso. O apartamento é muito bem localizado, próximo a metrô, ponto de táxi, paradas de ônibus, restaurantes, supermercados, farmácias e bancos. Tudo isso e a dois quarteirões da praia. Entretanto, é muito sossegado, pois fica num trecho de rua sem muito movimento e é de fundos. A cama é confortável, o banheiro é espaçoso, o apartamento possui Internet de boa velocidade, TV a cabo com os canais principais. Durante todo o tempo o Levy esteve disponível por telefone/mensagens e, inclusive, permitiu realizar o checkout tardiamente, para que aguardasse a liberação de outro imóvel. Certamente voltarei a me hospedar, dessa vez para aproveitar melhor a localização.
Jun 27, 2019Localização perfeita, muito próximo a praia, estação Ipanema/Gal Osório, Supermercado Zona Sul, Starbucks, (Website hidden by Airbnb) elevador, portaria, chuveiro a gás excelente, ar condicionado em dois ambientes, área segura.. enfim, tudo o necessário para ficar numa localização privilegiada, com conforto, gastando um valor justo. O local eh pequeno porém confortável e aconchegante, dá com sobra pra 2 pessoas e acomoda bem até 4. O Levy eh um excelente anfitrião, muito engraçado e organizado, responde rapidamente as mensagens, e tem dicas para todos os aspectos da sua estadia. Recomendo.

Jun 27, 2019Levy was a very welcoming host : he did not just hand the key and wish us a good stay instead he sat with us and gave us a lot of tips of how to enjoy our stay in Rio. After that he even showed us around in the neighborhood. The apartment is quite nice : a super Italian shower and closets with hangers to store our clothes. The only drawbacks were : the neighbor's AC (that was on litterally 24/7) was a bit noisy and the kitchen + living room part was quite dark even in the middle of the day. The location was perfect : we recommend!!

Jun 27, 2019El departamento de Levy es exactamente lo que se puede ver en las fotos: cómodo, bien iluminado, excelente ubicación y todo funciona a la perfección. Pero además del excelente departamento de Levy, no se puede dejar de resaltar su increíble hospitalidad como anfitrión. Nos ayudó en todo momento desde nuestra llegada hasta nuestra partida. Desde sugerencias sobre qué hacer y dónde ir en Rio hasta darnos una mano con el transporte al aeropuerto. En conclusion: totalmente recomendable y sin duda volveré a alojarme en alguno de los departamentos de Levy cuando vuelva a Río.
Jun 27, 2019Levy es muy atento. Nos esperó exactamente a la hora para el check-in y check-out. Nos explicó como llegar a los puntos turísticos mas importantes, como manejarnos en colectivo y metro. Nos dió sugerencias para realizar compras, ya sea en ferias, supermercados, etc. El departamento es exactamente como lo muestra. No hemos tenido inconveniente alguno, todo funcionó perfectamente. Está muy bien ubicado, a 2 cuadras de la playa, a media de la plaza Osorio (donde pasan colectivos, hay una estación de metro y también una parada de taxis, además se hacen ferias). 100% recomendable para una pareja o familia pequeña. Gracias por todo Levy!

Jun 27, 2019Excelente departamento. Ubicado estratégicamente a la vuelta de la estación de metro y a media cuadra de las paradas de buses, cuestión que hace mucho más fácil manejarse en la ciudad. La playa está sólo a dos cuadras en la hermosa zona de Ipanema. Hay dos supermercados grandes, uno en cada esquina, bien completos y con horario de atención extendido. A media cuadra corre una avenida donde hay muchos lugares para comer y es una zona donde hay movimiento por la noche. El departamento por dentro es cómodo y completo. Levy como anfitrión es Excelente, en todo momento nos asistió y nos dio consejos y sugerencias. Absolutamente recomendable el alojamiento.

La ubicación es excelente, cerca de playa, restaurants, zonas comerciales y transporte hacia cualquier parte de Río. Excelente anfitrión. Levy estuvo siempre atento a todo, respondiendo rápidamente a cualquier consulta con toda amabilidad. Hospedaje absolutamente recomendable, y con seguridad volveré.

O ap estava bem limpo, com cozinha bem equipada, sem barulho. Bom chuveiro, boa cama, boa internet. Anfitrião bem atencioso. Voltarei com certeza. Obg Levy.
Jun 27, 2019El departamento es tal cual como se ve en las fotos. Está en una ubicación excelente, cerca de la playa, la laguna y muchos bares. Además tiene un supermercado en una esquina, el hortifrutti la otra y a una cuadra del subte que comunica con todoas los sectores de la ciudad. Levy es muy hospitalario, y predispuesto a asesorar en todo tipo de consultas turísticas. La cocina está muy bien equipada y algo importante para mi la ducha, es abundante y caliente.

The apartment is exactly as advertised in the photos. Comfortable place in a good location less than 10 minutes from the beach on foot. Would definitely stay here again next time!

Jun 27, 2019Appartement tout à fait conforme à la description. très bien placé près des commerces et des transports. le plus de cet appartement est l accueil exceptionnel de Mr Lévy. Il nous a donné une carte de Rio et nous a expliqué ce qu il y avait à voir et comment le voir, comment se déplacer dans Rio. Nous nous sommes sentis pris en charge et bien conseillés pour profiter de notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette place autant pour le lieu que pour l hôte d une gentillesse rare. Jun 27, 2019Anfitrión, atento a todas las consultas y necesidades, en todo momento. Departamento cuidado y limpio. La habitación es grande y cómoda. Mucho espacio para guardar ropa. El aire acondicionado funciona correctamente. El wi fi funciona bien. La cocina es pequeña, muy poco espacio para cocinar, pero con todo lo necesario. Sin horno. Lavadero muy pequeño también, pero completo. Dos baños, el más grande, completo y amplio. LCD en habitación y comedor, funciona correctamente el servicio de cable. Es un dpto interno, por lo tanto, con poca iluminación en el comedor. La ubicación del dpto es perfecta. El subte a media cuadra, al igual que el supermercado. A la noche no es muy seguro salir. Conviene pedir uber en la puerta del edificio. La entrada al edificio es segura. Recomendable, volvería.
