About the Neighborhood - East Village There are many restaurants, shops, a playhouse, live music, and laundromats in the nearby vicinity. I believe that the East Village is the best neighborhood in New York City and I created a blog to provide guests with info on restaurants, pubs, local attractions, etc. There is so much to do in this neighborhood. Guests basically have free run of the apartment, with the exception of my bedroom. Many of the items available for guests to use during their stay have been listed under "The Space." There are some limitations such as certain kitchen appliances (which may difficult to operate and/or clean). My house manual details the specifics.
