Hello! my apartment is clean, young, cool, spacious and well situated. I offer a lovely and clean private bedroom with bed sheets, pillows, blankets, towels and 200MB Wi-Fi. We are walking distance to Sagrada Familia, Encants Market, Hospital Sant Pau and Agbar Tower. Has many supermarkets and 24 hours markets very near. The main metro lines L1-L2 are just on the corner (El Clot station), also many bus and night bus lines. The neighborhood is very safe, full of every kind of comercies around.

I offer a comfortable bedroom for 2 people, with double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. It is possible to add a spare mattress on the floor to accommodate an third person, but this make the bedroom become small! The living room, kitchen and bathroom are common areas, WE DO THE CLEANING EVERY SINGLE DAY to make it comfortable for the guests. Guests are free to come and go as they please. This bedroom in special is to front of the street, so can be a kind noisy, not so recommendable for who have a sensitive sleep. I have another bedroom on the same flat, look on my profile.

My neighborhood is very nice, there are every kind of comercies around, several parks and you can walk to as well as attractions like the Sagrada Familia, Hospital Sant Pau, Encants Market and Agbar Tower. There are many supermarkets very nearby such as Dia, Mercadona, Carrefour, Consum as well as a number of 24hr shops.
