My place is at Tsim Sha Tsui busy area. there are many restaurants and bars surrounding. Close to all sights in TST. 5-10 mins to go Jordan/Tsim Sha Tsui/ Hung Hom MTR Station. Easy to go Hung Hom Coliseum for concert and HK Island. Other things to note, there are bars and restaurants nearby. It maybe a little concern to whose are sentive to the noise when sleeping.
