Jun 27, 2019We are three have spent two weeks in Eva's flat. The neighborhood is charming, and the flat had everything we needed for a convenient life, especially if you like the live place, which doesn't look like hotel. It has two bedrooms and a table-room, and a full collection of facilities. The host wasn't obtrusive and we spent all the time on our own. I would definitely recommend it again.

Jun 27, 2019El piso está muy bien. La localizacion es muy buena y el piso no es nada ruidoso. Las instalaciones son antiguas pero se está a gusto. Eva fue muy buena anfitriona y nos hizo sentir como en casa.

Jun 27, 2019Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Eva. Elle laisse son appartement à disposition, ce qui vous fait sentir comme à la maison. Le coin véranda est très agréable ainsi que l'ensemble du logement. Il est idéalement situé, dans un quartier animé mais il donne dans une rue plus calme, à 5 min du métro. Je vous recommande ce logement sans hésiter!
Jun 27, 2019Location is perfect. It is in a lively square in Gracia which is like a small village inside of Barcelona. Apartment was lovely, antique and very cozy. Eva was very kind and flexible with our checkout time when our travel plans changed. Muchas gracias Eva!!
Jun 27, 2019Die Wohnung von Eva liegt zentral im Stadtteil Gracia und ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar (ca. 5 Gehminuten zur Metrostation). Gracia ist ein Stadtteil, in dem viele verschiedene Menschen anzutreffen sind. Die Wohnung hat den Flair einer Wohngemeinschaft und ist alternativ mit gebrauchten Möbel ausgestattet. Das Wesentliche war für unseren 14-tägigen Aufenthalt knapp bemessen, so dass wir „nachrüsten“ mussten. Unsere Gastgeberin haben wir leider nicht kennen gelernt, die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte durch ihre Freundin. Bedauerlicherweise war es nicht möglich, in dem Mehrfamilienhaus die Wohnungstür abzuschließen, wir konnten sie lediglich ins Schloss ziehen. Die Wohnung hat unsere bisherigen guten Erfahrungen mit Airbnb nicht erfüllt, ebenfalls sehen wir kein positives Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Jun 27, 2019Eva è stata molto disponibile ad accoglierci anche la sera dopo cena ! La sua è una casa "vissuta", per niente anonima,piacevole e molto comoda come posizione per raggiungere ogni parte della città. Il quartiere ti offre ogni servizio e ti senti avvolto da una bella atmosfera, genuina e non troppo turistica.
Jun 27, 2019Eva was just perfect, flexible and so kind. She gave us some excellent adresses of restaurants around the appartment. The appartment is simple, rustic, simple but spacious, so cosy and very quiet. The flat is the same as decribed in the pictures We felt at home and really appreciated this "vintage atmosphere". We highly recommend if you do not search for modern style Moreover it is really well placed in Barcelona: close from metro (5mn walk) and is just at the perfect place in Gracia (lovely Playa del sol)
Jun 27, 2019Eva greeted us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving us. The neighborhood was very lively and perfectly situated near many restaurants. 5-10 minute walk to metro station. Elevator in the building that is small, but maneuverable . We had a stroller for our son that just barely fit , but it wasn't impossible. Overall a comfortable stay, felt like we were staying at a friends place!

Jun 27, 2019Accueil très sympa d'Eva. Bonne location dans un quartier Catalan typique. Appartement très rustique avec des beaux livres d'artistes. Pas idéal en hiver car il n'y a qu'un chauffage d'appoint dans le salon. Problème de pression d'eau dans la douche.

Jun 27, 2019Casa simpatica e vissuta, anzi vivente. Comodissima per visitare la città sia a piedi che utilizzando i mezzi pubblici, vivo e caratteristico il quartiere. Si dorme benissimo nonostante sia in placa del Sol frequentatissima fino a notte fonda. Grazie ad Eva per la flessibilità e la disponibilità.
Jun 27, 2019Appartement très bien placé dans Barcelone. Par contre, pas de chauffage donc il peut faire froid si le soleil n'est pas au rendez vous, et manque de pression dans la douche.
Jun 27, 2019This was my 3rd trip to Barcelona and I can honestly confirm the best one, including the place where we stayed. The area, the building and the appartment itself were exactly what I was looking for - like my grandma's appartment but with Catalunian flavor:)
Jun 27, 2019Appartement typique. Bien situé pour vister Barcelone. La Plaça del Sol est agréable et très animée le soir. Eva est très sympathique tout en restant discrète.
Jun 27, 2019Accueil plus qu'agréable, appartement spacieux et fonctionnel situé idéalement dans Barcelone. Pour les grincheux qui ne supportent pas le bruit, attention...nous sommes en Espagne, et les nuits espagnoles sont animées. Merci eva, et au plaisir.
Jun 27, 2019Una casa veramente accogliente, ce ne siamo innamorate subito appena entrate. La zona è vivace e comoda. Eva è stata veramente gentile e disponibile con noi....siamo state molto bene.
