Jun 27, 2019숙소위치는 MTR이랑 아주 가까워서 편했어요. 저희는 아기까지 세명이서 써서 편하게 지냈습니다. 그러나 만약 인원이많아서 창가쪽 룸을 쓰면 잘때 시끄러울꺼같긴 합니다. 건물은 오래됬으나 내부는 새로했는지 깔끔한편이었어요. 저는많이 깐깐한 편인데 지낼만 했습니다. :)
Jun 27, 2019The apartment is in a great location surrounded by many good restaurants and shops. Just next to Prince Edward MTR station. The apartment is clean with all the necessities and well maintained. Lulu has been very accommodating to allow early check in and quick to respond to our questions. Was met my Mr. Leung on arrival and he has been very kind and explained what needed to be explained. Overall a good experience and would highly recommend this place.

Jun 27, 2019Very good location! 50 meters from Taizi subway C2 exit! Super clean and tidy. 3 separate rooms but not soundproof and two of them has no door but curtains. Recommend to group of close friends and family going to HK.
Jun 27, 2019It was a wonderful stay. Our host has provided directions to get to the apartment from the airport and someone was there to pick us up when we reached. They have showed us how to use the facilities. Location was very accessible, 40 seconds to the nearest mtr exit and many eateries around the apartment.
Jun 27, 2019Lulu met us at the metro to show us to the unit which was very nice and made my family feel welcome. The unit looked like the pictures and met the discription. The unit presents well and was very close to the metro and amenities. Hong Kong was an exciting city to visit. Lulu's plcace made it affordable for my family to stay and play. Thanks lulu.

Jun 27, 20192051.5.2-5.3 다녀왔습니다. 전혀 추천하고 싶지 않습니다. 이유는 1. 수소 준비가 되지 않은 상태에서 예약을 접수하였습니다. - 도착해 보니 완전 엉망이된 숙소 상태에서 한 2시간후에 오면 정리해 놓겠다 하더군요! 2. 인근 지하철역에 도착하니 아무도 픽업을 나오지 않고 2시간 가까이를 밖에서 기다려야했습니다. 3. 우리를 마중나온 사람은 영어가 전혀되지 않고 주인과 어떤 관계인지도 몰랐습니다. 4. 숙소는 가격대비 매우 허름한 아파트였고 차라리 호텔을 이용하는게 나을뻔 했습니다. 5. 수건, 비누는 단1장도 없었고 요구하니 추가요금을 달라고 하더군요. 6. 전화통화하려니 전화도 거의 받지않습니다. 7.체크아웃에대한 설명도 없습니다.
Jun 27, 2019Pros: - Lulu was very accommodating and allowed us to check in very early at 8:30am. - Even though we did not manage to meet Lulu, a very nice helpful man came and met us at the MTR exit and brought us to the house. Communication was good but it is recommended that travellers can speak some basic Mandarin or Cantonese. - The house is very convenient and very near the MTR exits, about 1-2 min away from exit C2 of Prince Edward MTR Station. - Beds are comfortable and the pillows are the curved kinds which were very comfortable. Air-conditioning works well. - Neighbourhood is very good. Lots of shops with good food, and there is also a supermarket nearby other exits of the MTR station. - The place looks exactly like what is presented in the picture. - Cleanliness is about 7/10. Acceptable. Cons: - One of the rooms, nearest to the kitchen, is quite stuffy as the air-conditioning does not really circulate there. There is no fan provided as well. - Clock is spoilt.

Jun 27, 2019This listing is very near the Prince Edward C2 exit station, very accessible. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, you'll never go hungry. The place is perfect for 4 to 6 people (but just 1 bathroom). When we arrived, we were communicating with Simon through SMS (he can speak English). However, the one who welcomed us doesn't speak nor understands English. It was a challenge (for us and for him) to communicate, but he tried his best to explain some reminders. Overall experience was great, would recommend this listing to my friends.
Jun 27, 2019房子布置得很温馨,环境干净,而且房东很贴心的提供了一些生活必需品(洗发水,肥皂,牙膏,吹风机,厕纸,热水壶等等),位置真的很靠近地铁站,下楼左转就是了,蛮方便的就是楼下有很多食肆,药房和7-11,位于闹区的小小缺点就是晚上有点吵,不过还算可以接受的程度啦,值得推荐

Feel very welcome as the host was very reassuring prior to arrival by replying to (Hidden by Airbnb) about the booking, location to wait and phone number to call, upon reaching HK. Met with Mr Leung on arrival at MTR. He brought us promptly to the place. Place is clean, things are in order and Mr Leung explained things slowly and clearly. Bedding and toilet is clean. comes with a washing machine, which is very useful when travelling. Place is convenient to travel around.
Jun 27, 2019She was super quick to respond at a time of need. She doesn't speak English but makes arrangements for communications. Place is small but works. There's a 7-eleven close by for any needs because you'll need to buy towels & toiletries. Overall, it was great if you need a quick place to stay.
Jun 27, 2019The room was same as shown in picture. Location is really good which is just few steps to MTR station. House is clean but there is some of the mattress has dust. While the heater becomes cold very fast if use too much of water and needs to wait for it to reboil. The owner is very nice and friendly. He also let us to keep our luggage at his place despite our check out time.

Location wise it was great since it's only 1min away from the MTR station. It's very convenient and there's a lot of great food nearby too !

Jun 27, 2019房子离地铁太子站很近,不怕迷路,周边吃东西很方便｡三间房住一家六口还有富余,有点像日式榻榻米,蛮舒服的｡房东Lulu很nice, 亲自到地铁口接我们,房子也收拾得很干净｡我们发现没有转换插头,打给Lulu,专门买了送过来｡走的那天因为在周边买东西,耽搁到下午3点多,Lulu也很好商量,完全没有催促｡总之,一家人都很满意｡

Jun 27, 2019I stayed at Lulu home stay with 3 Adult's 2 Children's. The home size exactly as per photo and the location very near to Prince Edwards MRT Station Exit C2. Down stair got a lot of restaurant which you no need to worried for curving...hahaha Lulu was very friendly & nice, she even intro us her friend of the transportation to airport :) But before to book on Airbnb , please try to text the host confirm the location instead of seeing on the MAP Location. For my case i saw the home stay actually near to Mongkok MRT Station on the Map from Airbnb provided but after i received the confirmation just found out the area is near to Prince Edward MRT so PLEASE must check with host before make booking ya~

Jun 27, 2019房東的回應非常迅速,也非常配合~ 交通真的非常方便,但是地點標示有誤建議可以改一下,應該是在382號,鄰近太子站C2出口 另外,可能電熱水器較小,需要洗快些､人多的話也需要等久些,不然到後面會是洗冷水 地點真的很好,附近很多餐廳､小吃營業到很晚,整體來說,是很好的住宿體驗~

Jun 27, 2019The best thing of this place is the location. Just one minute from Prince Edward Station to this place as the owner mentioned. The owner is superb. Lulu and Simon are great. They can help you anytime as you want. Because of my schedule was changed, they still could solve my problem. Outstanding!!!!! Restaurants and grocery shops are nearby. So, it is very easy to find some food when you get room late. I recommended "One Dim Sum" It is pretty near like 5 minutes walking. You guys should make a reservation before you go. However, the place seems to be old. Time to clean the A/C and some accessories such as the shower, hair dryer and so on. My friend got sicked because of his allergy. He always has a problem with dust.

Jun 27, 2019Pros: - Location is super convenient and 1 min walk to MTR Prince Edward. Security is good. There are lot of eateries downstair. - Water pressure is very good for showering. - Almost all ammenties are provided except towel. - Owner is super friendly and introduction to the house was swift and fast. Cons: - House is at street level. Noise are constantly heard from moving vehicles and people talking throughout the night. - Each invidually room are not partition with no door for 2 room. - Heater mechanic is weird as the water need to be store in tank before discharging out for warm water. Overall, this house is recommend to traveler which does not mind the noise at street and for people who seek a super convenient transport.

Lots of food restaurants nearby. Overall was good , the owner was kind enough to let us check in early and clean up later. Worth the price!

Jun 27, 2019sophie很热心,本来该14点入住,可是我们到早了,老板很贴心提前把钥匙给我们放行李,然后轻松出行,很感谢的｡ 房间有三间榻榻米,其中一间有高低床,住6人满轻松的,每个房间有空调,卫生间有干湿分区淋雨,毛巾拖鞋洗发水都有准备,只是我们环保出行,有自带没有用,温馨的家离地铁站很近,1分钟到太子站C出口,逛弥敦道很是方便｡
Jul 27, 2019Super Appartement. Etwas kleiner als auf den Fotos aber ausreichend für 6 Personen. Jede Klimaanlage hat funktioniert und Wohnung sehr sauber. Dusche/WC gefliest und Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Klare Empfehlung für Trips nach Hongkong.
