    We had a great experience staying at Ted's place. He made getting the key a simple process and everything was clean, tidy, and ready for us when we got there. The room is small, but not for NYC standards. Don't expect to have someone sleep on the couch if they need a lot of room. If you want to sleep on the couch and can handle NYC living, however, it should be no problem. The neighborhood is the best part of this apartment, as it is 2 blocks away from some of the best dining (especially brunch, try beauty and Essex or Hotel Chantelle!) the city has to offer.

    Edward's apartment was great for my girlfriend and I to stay in while in NY for New Years Eve. The area is great and the apartment really gives you the real feeling of living in the city, with all the aspects that come with that. The location is superb and we were able to walk easily to great bars and restaurants. 10/10, would stay again.
