The 3d room is our baby's room, equipped with a crib. Full access to the whole apartment, with it's 2 balconies, bedrooms, office space, et al. Plus the washing machine. Although we have no dryer, there is no need for one, as on a sunny day your clothes will dry within an hour when set out on the extremely sunlit back balcony. You will have the entire place to yourselves, therefore complete privacy. You might run into our very friendly neighbours once in awhile. As stated before, everything you'll need or want is within a few blocks. Grocery stores of many sorts (large, fruit + veggie stand, organic, health food), restaurants (french, sushi, asian fusion, pho, etc. Plus the bonus of best poutine in town!), and bars. It is located on a side street off Masson street, so while still being in the heart of the action, the apartment is very quiet.

We would very much appreciate our guests to water our plants (this will take literally 3 minutes out of your day).

There is the 47 bus 1 minute walk from the front door, which will take you to Laurier Metro station (heart of the Plateau Mt-Royal) in 15 minutes. But for summer, I'd go with a Bixi (Bike sharing), which will take you anywhere you want to be very quickly.
