The apartment is very clean and quiet. Ideal for a couple or a small family (2 adults 2 children), you will be comfortable for a wonderful holiday visiting the city, or even a temporary room in Montreal while your looking for an apartment. We also have a beautiful garden, and a large wood deck or enjoy the evenings of late summer!

We offer our living space which includes a large double room, an office with a sofa bed and a private bathroom. The apartment is very clean and quiet. Ideal for a couple or a small family (2 adults 2 children), you will be comfortable for a wonderful holiday visiting the city, or even a temporary room in Montreal while your looking for an apartment. We also have a beautiful garden, and a large wood deck or enjoy the evenings of late summer! Everything is located in a beautiful and spacious flat, shared with our 4 other nice roomates. Enjoy our large airy space in the basement, including the principal room with a large double bed, a office with a sofa bed, as well as your own private bathroom. The roomates can pass in the principal room to acces on the washing room. You could access to the kitchen, the living room, the garden, and all the common space! We are open to any kind of trade, or simply share a drink, a meal if we cross paths, or even share our homes in the longer term? Hopefu

Neighborhood Overview

Within 5 minutes walk you will find the Jarry Park to share a picnic under the willow trees by the lake, or cool off in the swimming pool! Within one block you will find the metro and bus (20 minutes to downtown), several shops and many restaurants and cafes... Very close to visit the neighborhood of Little Italy and the famous Jean-Talon Market!

Notes

The house is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. There may be opportunities to borrow bicycles for trips.

Rules

Respectful behavior at the level of noise and cleanliness. The house is generally calm and respect of sleep is important. We remain discrete between 10pm and 9-10am, unless special occasion. When we cook, wash the dishes and tidy right after.

    La maison est vraiment très charmante avec un petit jardin et une belle terrasse dont nous avons bien profité. La chambre et le bureau/chambre sont spacieux mais en demi sous sol, ce qui est très fréquent à Montréal mais qui peut surprendre les français que nous sommes. Il s'agit d'une colocation, avec plusieurs colocataires locaux, sympa pour les échanges mais cela demande une certaine discrétion. Le quartier est très chouette près du grand parc Jarry... idéal pour apprécier la vie montréalaise.
