The roomates can pass in the principal room to acces on the washing room. You could access to the kitchen, the living room, the garden, and all the common space! Within 5 minutes walk you will find the Jarry Park to share a picnic under the willow trees by the lake, or cool off in the swimming pool! Within one block you will find the metro and bus (20 minutes to downtown), several shops and many restaurants and cafes... Very close to visit the neighborhood of Little Italy and the famous Jean-Talon Market!

The house is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. There may be opportunities to borrow bicycles for trips.
