This was my first time using airbnb and couldn't ask for a better service! Communications between us and the hosts were very quick and the apartment felt like a second home and was in an amazing location, walking distance to some of Barcelona's historical landmarks and only a short walk to Las Ramblas, Gothic and the beach. Defiantly will be visiting again and staying here, If you are going for a short break/weekend, I would strongly recommend this apartment. Great bakery next door too!
Jun 27, 2019We had a great time! Superb location, apt perfect for our needs, very well kept, very clean! The host was Very attentive to our needs and was flexible and so nice. The apts location could not be better: a yummy bakery downstairs and a 24/7 supermarket across the street, a metro station with 2 central lines less then 1 min, 5min from La Rambla, El Born... And the area itself has it all! From small cafes and resturants to department stores and more. To sum it up, would stay there again, and would reccomend for couples, friends and families! Just to be fair, the cons of the apt: when opening the windows there is noise (was not a big deal for us, just saying) and in some cases a slight feeling of a metro passing was felt, even though we where on the6th floor (agian, fishing for a con ;)).

La description et les photos sont parfaitement conformes et l'appartement est placé à proximité de la place cataluña et a seulement quelques mètres de la station de métro Urquinaona. Très pratique pour découvrir Barcelone à pied ! Même s'ils n'étaient pas présents a notre arrivée le dimanche, les hôtes sont disponible au besoin et la remise de clefs était une formalité. J'y retourne sans hésiter, 5 jours c'était trop court !

Jun 27, 2019Appartement très bien situé, parfaitement équipé, accueil ponctuel et agréable, rien à redire, nous y reviendrons volontiers ! Situé sur une rue passante (donc un peu de bruit fenêtre ouvertes) mais il y a la clim si besoin. 6ème avec ascenseur. Franchement : très bien.
Jun 27, 2019Thank you, we had a great time! I spent a weekend with my husband in Barcelona. The location of the apartment is great. Clean, nicely decorated, everything there you could need. From here you can discover Barcelona on foot well. However, a Metro station is just around the corner. There's a bakery next door and a small supermarket on the opposite of the street. Even the checkin and checkout process was very good and great solved. I would not hesitate to stay there again and recommend the Apartment.
Jun 27, 2019Appartement très central, bien équipé, moderne et accueil ponctuel. Rue un peu bruyante. Pas de gel douche ni de shampoing dans la douche. Douche pas très propre, et poubelles non vidées à l'arrivée. Bref, un peu cher pour 150€/nuit (hors frais de service).

Our host was really helpful and accommodating. When we left a passport in the apartment, the host was quick to help us get back into the apartment.

Nous avons ainsi trouvé votre appartement qui a contribué pour une grande part à la réussite de ce séjour. Il offre toutes les qualités que nous recherchions avec en plus celle de pouvoir acheter ... des croissants chauds le matin à moins de 10 mètres sur le même trottoir. Jun 27, 2019Koni's place was perfect to stay in Barcelona. Walking distance to main sites; Ramblas, Catalunya pl, Gracias st and very close to Urquinaona station. I can feel that Koni tried a lot to make the place comfy and convenient, total 5 people were staying we all satisfied with clean and well organized house. Even she was helpful as help me in any matters such as booking taxi and recommend to eat and drink! For the last but not least, the place was quiet at night, no problem to even light sleepers.

Location is perfect for our needs - the Metro (subway system), bus stop, and taxi area are around (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) meters from the main door. The shopping area, Las Ramblas, is a very pleasant walk (2 blocks) from the apartment. There is a 24 hour convenient store in front of the building, lots of restaurants, a pharmacy, and coffee shops in the neighborhood. Though I did not see either Claudia or Oriol, they were always in touch with me through text message and (Hidden by Airbnb) and were very helpful. The place is worth going back to.

The host was very responsive to all our questions and we got excellent information before check in. Easy check in and check out. Definitely recommend it!
Jun 27, 2019The flat was very nice, very well located in the between to the beach and the city center. At the 6th floor of a beutiful palace, very quiet, clean and modern furnished. Enter in the house is very easy through codes so you don't need to bring keys when you go outside, Just a note on the shower with a few water. SHe is always answering to your question by telephone or sms.
Jun 27, 2019What we liked about the place is that it was clean - it's as if we were the first ones to occupy the unit. It had everything we needed, including towels, plates, utensils, air conditioning etc. The apartment is also located in the heart of Placa Cataluna, so it was easy for us to search for nearby restaurants, churches, and beer joints. Given the chance, we'd be happy to go back to Barcelona and to this appartment!
Jun 27, 2019Μείναμε στο σπίτι για δύο νύχτες στα μέσα Μαΐου και ήμασταν πολύ ικανοποιημένοι. Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό, αρκετά ευρύχωρο για 3 (ακόμα και 4) άτομα και πολύ όμορφο διακοσμημένο. Το καλύτερο πράγμα είναι η τοποθεσία του. Είναι πολύ κεντρικό και σε κοντινή απόσταση με τα πόδια από το ιστορικό κέντρο, την Placa Catalunya και τη Las Ramblas. Το μόνο πρόβλημα ήταν το ασανσέρ, το οποίο μπορούσε να λειτουργήσει μόνο με 2 άτομα κάθε φορά. Συνολικά, είναι σίγουρα μια πολύ καλή επιλογή.
Jun 27, 2019The place is amazing, located in a nice part of Barcelona and close to all touristy areas. Claudia and the Koni team are top notch! Continuous and fast communication and they try to accommodate your needs regardless! The bakery underneath the building is by far the best and the cheapest... Continues queue all day, what does this tell you? My wife and I will definitely go back again to Barcelona and especially this unit. Koni team - thanks again!!!!

Jun 27, 2019A central apartment very close to the metro and bus stops. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and the check in was smooth sailing. Even provided everything including washing liquid for laundry. Communication with the host was easy as well which was a plus. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Jun 27, 2019We had a wonderful experience in Barcelona, due in part to this beautiful apartment. It is well decorated and very spacious, but the best part is how close it is to Placa Catalyuna and Las Rambla! Being on the 6th floor, the small elevator was a great bonus. Our dealings with Claudia & Oriol were very efficient. Although we did not get to meet them, they provided us with all of the information on how to get into the apartment, wifi password, etc. It worked out great! I would not hesitate to book with them again.

The location was PERFECT for what we wanted, within walking distance to the major areas we wanted to visit in our time in Barcelona. The apartment was clean, and had everything we needed in it. On the top floor there is a terrace where a beautiful view of the city. We did not see the owners, but they were very responsive by email and (Hidden by Airbnb) . They prepared for us the map of Barcelona and tourist information. We would like to stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to our friends! Jun 27, 2019It was a great apartment! Clean and tidy with all essentials you will need. Comfortable beds. Nice and elegant interior design, stunning view at the balcony. Great location, less than a minute walk to the metro station Urquinaona, a few supermarkets near the building, many restaurants and cafes in that street and the street behind. Very close to most of the sightseeing points such as Sagrada familia, casa mila and casa batllo, and the central of barcelona.(you can walk if you want, like 10-20 mins) We already loved it on the first day we arrived the apartment. But what makes us love it even more now is that on the second day I made a huge mistake, the door was locked by accident and we were unable to get into the flat. At the same time we were running late to Sagrada familia as we bought the tickets already. After I told Claudia and Oriol what happened, they were not worrying about the difficulty to re-open the door again, but asking if we have left the tickets in the apartment. Thank god tickets were in the bag already. We would love to come back again to barcelona may be after the Sagrada familia is finished haha and if we did, we will definitely book the same apartment again!! Jun 27, 2019Pisos Koni: What a great place to stay in Barcelona! The appartment is situated near the Urquinaona metro station (50 meters) and about 150 from the Placa the Catalunya. Basically the center of Barcelona is at walking distance. All comfort you wish for is in the appartment, great beds, quality furniture, Wifi and airco. Ideal is the 24/7 open small supermarket just opposite of the street The communication with Oriol and Claudia was always nice and their responsetime is fast! We absolutely recommend this appartment for people who want to explore Barcelona with all its beauty: Sun, Beach, History, Parks, Architecture, wonderfull Food and great Football.

Jun 27, 2019We did not see the owners of the flat, only their cleaning lady, who was there finishing tidying up. She was pleasant and helpful with the key-box issue, which I had misunderstood. We did not contact the hosts either, as there was plenty of info inside the flat. The flat itself was well equipped and comfortable, although it would have been nice to find some tea, milk, mineral water, etc., rather than just the single pot of nescafe. A detail but nonetheless in need of fixing: the shower "holder" is broken, so one has to manually hold the shower set, which is a bit annoying if you want to relax in the shower after a day walking around the city. The area was noisy until the early hours of the morning (4-5am), but we were there Friday and Saturday nights, so I think this is quite normal for Barcelona and there are certainly much noisier places and far less well insulated appartments.

Don't miss shopping at and dining at nearby Santa Caterina Market. World class. Even the sofa bed was easy to open and super comfortable. Any questions were resolved on the spot by the host.

The sofa bed also prepared well for us even thought is small thing, Koni also pay the attention about it, we felt so warm & luckily get the good first expression for Barcelona is not that bad as like others saying before that. La rue est un peu bruyante mais ça va car 6 ème étage (avec ascenseur). C'est un très bon rapport qualité prix pour Barcelone. L'hôtesse est très serviable et disponible pour nous accueillir. Elle nous a trouvé un parking en face du logement pour 45€ les trois jours, ce qui est bon marché.

Jun 27, 2019We had good communication with host prior and during our stay. They gave us good instructions on how to get to the apartment. We were not met by the host in person. They gave us instructions on how to access the building and apartment which worked out fine. Apartment was on the sixth floor with elevator. Apartment was spacious, clean, and well furnished. Comfortable enough for four persons. Bed was very comfortable. There is also a sofa bed in living room, but we did not use. Kitchen was well equipped and had washing machine, but we did not use. Bathroom had a walk in stall shower. Unfortunately, the hand shower holder was broken which was an inconvenience since we could not shower hands free. Ran out of liquid hand soap for the sink and a box of tissue would have been appreciated. Towels could have softer. They were rather hard/stiff. Otherwise, the apartment was very good. The only other drawback is the traffic noise even though we were on the 6th floor. The window doors shut out most of the noise and the shutters blocked any bright sunlight. The air conditioner worked fine, but was hardly needed. Location was great - near bus stops, metro station, shopping, and eating places. Would recommend staying here.

Jun 27, 2019We had a fantastic time at this apartment for my husband's 40th birthday. Claudia was the perfect host, she was so helpful and answered all my questions promptly and even booked us a table at a lovely restaurant and left a bottle of Cava for us in the fridge. The apartment itself is very central, only a 10 minute walk from the Aerobus stop In Placa Catalunya and had all the amenities we needed for our stay, it was really well furnished and the bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to be able to walk to just about everything. There is a supermarket straight across the road and plenty of bars for drinks and tapas within a few minutes. It was perfect for our weekend break! Thanks for everything!

And a great location handy to the sights I wanted to take in, surrounded by great restaurants and coffee shops. Catalunya and few steps away from the metro. Communication by the hosts was excellent as they answer very quickly to our request. Very good experience.

Jun 27, 2019The location is fantastic. Everything was within a walking distance and we didn't even use metro/bus throughout our stay in Barcelona. Lovely cafes and market nearby the flat (nomad cafe for excellent coffee) The flat has a relatively modern design and comfortable for the 3 of us. For those with big heavy luggage, the building has lift! Great place to rest after a long day exploring the city. Also very accommodative host, always trying to make our stay better. Recommended!

Frente tiene un Mercado para cualquier necesidad de último momento. Las instrucciones de la lavadora fácil de entender. Algo que me encanto!: es que tiene una canasta llena de información de todos los lugares turísticos a visitar y mapas para poder conocer más el Metro. La comunicación con Claudia es excelente. La recomiendo 100%
Jun 27, 2019가족 셋이 2박3일간 머물렀습니다. 카탈루냐 광장과도 가깝고 숙소 바로 옆에 urquinaona역이 있어 교통이 편리합니다. 더블 베드와 소파베드가 있어 4명까지 머물 수 있으며 기본적인 모든 물품이 갖추져 있습니다. 관광가이드북 할인쿠폰까지 구비되어 있습니다. 바로 길건너에 24시간 운영되는 샵과 바로 옆에 아침마다 붐비는 빵집도 있습니다. 다만 길가이기에 약간의 소음이 있는 점과 침대가 호텔만큼 편하지 않은 점이 아쉽습니다. 하지만 크게 예민하지 않으면 큰 문제가 되지는 않을 것입니다.
Jun 27, 2019Altought we havn't meet any of the staff in person they have been always easy to reach by phone and keen to deal with any problems we could have had during our stay. The apartment is located at the sixth floor and the noises from outside can be barely heard.That's guarantee a very good sleep through the night. Everything is just as shown in the pictures and we had a great stay at the apartment. Definitely a good option for those willing to spend a few days in the fantastic city of Barcellona

Jun 27, 2019Jättefin lägenhet som ligger centralt och nära till det mesta i Barcelona. Närmaste metrostation ligger alldeles intill och mitt emot lägenheten finns en butik som är öppen 24h. Ägarna svarar snabbt på mail och sms och in- och utcheckning gick mycket smidigt. Vi hade en mycket trevlig vistelse i Barcelona och jag kan rekommendera boendet.

Si bien esta en una zona céntrica es súper silencioso por lo que el dormir ah sido un placer! Tanto el check inn como el check out han sido fácil y prácticos! Para recomendar! Volvería sin pensarlo!
Jun 27, 2019The apartment was nice. Very convenient location with good cafes around. The host was very responsive and flexible. A little cold in the apartment so bring slippers and an extra layer. There is a night club across the street, when it let out on Sunday & Monday at 5 AM there were a lot of loud people but they cleared out in 15 minutes. The TV didn't work and we wanted to watch the FC Barcelona match one night. Comparable to a 3 star hotel.

The apartment is exactly what the pictures portrait (small, clean, pretty and good for a small group). Whenever we go back to Barcelona I won't even look into other places!

Some overnight noise from the street but this is to be expected in any lively city. It is not a problem and the central location more than makes up for it! We would recommend to anyone and would like to come back in the future!

Jun 27, 2019따로 주인과 만나지는 않았고 비밀번호 코드와 키박스 비밀번호를 받아서 체크인했어요! 시간 맞춰서 연락하지 않아도 돼서 개인적으로는 이렇게 체크인하는게 더 편한 것 같아요. 집은 정말 깨끗했고 사진으로 보는 것과 같았어요. 그치만 제일 중요한 와이파이가 됐다가 안됐다가해서 약간.. 아니 조금 많이 불편했어요. 메세지로 잘 안된다고 했더니 이런 경우가 제가 처음이었는지 다른여행자는 작동안된다고 말하지 않았다.라고 말하고 따로 조치는 취해주지 않았어요. 안그래도 3명다 유심이 없이 여행하는 거라 숙소 와이파이가 중요했는데..! 세탁기가 있는 것과 다리미, 에어컨, 부엌 등은 편리했고 숙소 위치도 카탈루냐 광장에서 걸어서 5분이라 좋았네요 :> 비싼 가격대비 좋은지는 잘모르겠어요 다른 지역에서는 훨씬 저렴한 가격에 더 좋은 숙소를 경험해서 그런지 ㅎㅎㅎ

Jun 27, 2019The apartment has one bedroom, a kitchenette and living space. It is exactly as pictured. It was very clean and attractive. As there were five of us the living space was taken up with pull out beds but we knew to expect this, it would be more suited to 2 or even 4 people. Location was great! It was less than a five minute walk to Plaza Catalunya. We were extremely close to a metro stop. There was a bakery, convenience stores, pharmacies and a couple wine bars/pubs very close by. We contacted the host via (Hidden by Airbnb) which was great. The host responded to any questions/queries we had in a matter of minutes.
Jun 27, 2019Du côté de la localisation, rien à redire : l'appartement est très bien situé, juste en haut des Ramblas, à 5 minutes de l'aérobus, des métros à gogo aux alentours. Bien sûr, situé sur une avenue à passage, il faut s'attendre à un peu de bruit la nuit. Le seul défaut de celui-ci a été le lit convertible : il grince au moindre mouvement, et il grince tellement fort que ça en vient à nous réveiller et même réveiller les gens dormant dans la chambre… Et bien sûr, il n'est pas très confortable. D'un point de vue personnel, les oreillers sont fins et durs, ce qui n'a plu a aucun des 4 personnes dans le logement.

The location of the apartment is very central and close to all of the major sites/areas of Barcelona. Also, a metro station is literally on the corner should you need to get to a further part of the city. Apartment/building was very secure and has everything you need. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to spend time in the Barrio Gothic/Las Ramblas/Barceloneta areas of Barcelona.
Jun 27, 2019Nos alojamos en Barcelona durante 4 dias, 4 personas mayores y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente. El departamento tiene lo necesario para la estadía. Su ubicación a sólo 200 metros de la plaza de Catalunya hace que sea la ideal para quienes visitan Barcelona. Sus ventanas dan sobre una avenida de mucho transito, con el ruido propio, pero si se cierran las ventanas se consigue una buena aislacion. Oriol estuvo permanentemente en contacto con nosotros y disponible para nuestros requerimientos. Recomiendo este alojamiento.

Great location (The Bunker didn't disturb our weekend). Shop across the road and bakery/cafe/restaurant by the front door. Fantastic to be 5 minute walk from where the airport bus drops you off.

However, the wi-if was very slow and the elevator was broken most of the time we were there, which was inconvenient considering that we were on the 6th floor and we had luggage. At one point a group of people was stuck in the elevator and we had to call someone to get them out.

Jun 27, 2019Great apartment, walkable to everything. 5 minute walk to Placa de Catalunya (and Aerobus to/from airport) and Las Ramblas. Very close to the gothic quarter and other sights. Couldn't get the heater to work (broken ac/heater wall unit) and the small space heater provided was inadequate to heat the entire apartment, so it was cold. Also the elevator was not working the last day of our stay and we had to carry our luggage down 6 flights of stairs.

L'emplacement est idéal à 30 secondes du métro Et à 5minutes de la place Catalunya. La ubicación idónea, mini super enfrente 24 hrs, y la plaza catalunya a 200 metros que de ahí te puedes mover en bus metro o lo que desees a cualquier lugar! Por la ubicación es un diamante! Con respecto a la atencíon y el servicio fue de 5 estrellas, muy serviciales y repondieron a mis consultas casi de inmediato, haciendo que la experiencia fuera muy tranquila. Nos ayudaron con la hora de entrada ya que llegamos antes y fueron sumamente comprensivos y preocupados que llegaramos bien. La señora que hizo la limpieza antes de entrar muy amable y buena gente de igual forma nos ayudo con lo que ocuparamos! Por último, con respecto al lugar propiamente, bonito, acojedor limpio y con todo lo que uno necesita, hasta para cocinar. Totalmente recomendado y espero que este disponible cuando pueda volver a Barcelona!

Le wifi marchait bien, l'emplacement est idéal pour pouvoir tout visiter à pied et sortir le soir, tout en ayant un accès facile en voiture. Et nous avons même pu avoir une réduction sur le parking à proximité. Oriol et Claudia qui gère le logement ont été toujours disponibles et à l'écoute. Je recommanderai ce logement sans hésiter !
Jun 27, 2019This is an amazing apartment in a great location. The metro is 45 seconds away. There is a parking garage around the corner. 24-hour shop across the street. Restaurants all around. Simply perfect location. The elevator is small, but it worked. You will need it since you are on the 6th floor. There is plenty of space and the decoration is great. I needed to print some documents and a print shop (Workcenter) was right next to the parking garage 2 minutes away. Oriol answered all of my questions right away and I had plenty of them. I will definitely stay here again if I am back in Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019This place is very centrally located in Barcelona. As a result, it can be a bit noisy in the evenings. We were only in Barcelona for 2 days, so the trade-off between location and noise was well worth it. If I were returning to Barcelona for a longer visit, I would likely stay a bit further out. However, if I return for a short visit, I would definitely stay here again. The host stayed in touch from the time we booked through our departure and the check-in/check-out process could not have been easier. Here's a hint if the elevator doesn't appear to be working during your visit: it may just be stuck on a particular floor. When we arrived with 2 large bags and discovered the elevator remained at the 6th floor, my son walked up the stairs (minus the bags, of course) and just sent the elevator down to the ground floor - so no hauling heavy bags up six flights of stairs. Incidentally, after reporting this to the host, it was immediately corrected and the elevator worked fine for the rest of the trip.

El inodoro se daño y estuvimos nuestras 2 ultimas noches con este inconveniente. Claudia se mostro amable en resolverlo pero al ser findesemana no pudo conseguir quien lo repare,cosa que entendemos. Igualmente dado que abonamos la estancia con anterioridad y por un servicio,nos hubiera gustado se nos haga un reembolso o reitegro por dicho inconveniente.

If you have problems with small spaces I'd suggest sticking to the stairs in the building as the lift is made for 1-2 people. Lovely apartment, everything we were looking for.

Metro and bus stations are one block from this property. Cleanliness was great! Nothing to complain. Towels provided were fluffy, very new and smelling good. Better than several hotels! I surely recommend this property.

Location is within easy walking distance to most of the tourist sights in the centre of town, and is also close to a metro station. Having a lift was great, being on the top floor. Jun 27, 2019O apartamento em si é bom e tem uma localização top. Mas a sujidade é muita foi impossivel utilizar qualquer coisa na cozinha. Lençois sujos etc etc. A cama é muito mole sente-se as traves da cama.
Jun 27, 2019very pleased with the location! tons of restaurants nearby and a cheap bakery just outside of the apartment. the place is very clean and definly big enough for 4-5 people. Lots of local info and helpful guidebooks to use as well! Although I never met the host, they reply to my request promptly and was able to.answer all of my concerns. Highly recommended! Thank you
Jun 27, 2019El piso está ubicado muy céntrico a pasos de la Plaza Cataluña. Es cómodo, luminoso, seguro y posee ascensor. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar vacaciones en Barcelona. La atención vía telefónica es inmediata y eso hace la estancia más cómoda y agradable.

Jun 27, 2019Apartament jest bardzo śliczny, ma super widok z balkonu, wyposażony jest we wszelkie potrzebne rzeczy. Lokalizacja tez bardzo dobra, a dodatkowo sklep całodobowy na przeciw apartamentu. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo szybki, wskazówki bardzo dokładne. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

Jun 27, 2019Great little apartment, we stayed here after staying on Las Ramblas and liked it better, as it's off that touristy strip and closer to the Born district. Close to the metro, nice shower, nice furnishings. Elevator is narrow and limited to 1 person with luggage. Place was very clean and host was responsive to our last-minute booking.

Jun 27, 2019The places was really good. The check-in was very easy and the owner was very helpful and also had baby bed in the apartment which was useful. The location was very close to metro and other local transport. There is a night club in front of the apartment which might be noisy at night, but overall it was a nice stay. I would definitely recommend Koni’s apartment.

Host was extremely responsive whenever a mesaage was sent, there was a small glitch with the wifi but they resolved quickly. Place is small for american standards but who wants to stay indoors all the time in barcelona! I thought it was in perfect walking distance to everything, we walked most of barcelona. They were great enough to accommodate my family and my almost 2 year old! I really would stay in the same unit in my next visit to barcelona!

Jun 27, 2019Estuvo todo excelente salvo lo del wifi que funcionaba mal y era importante para nosotros. Lo demás, perfecto. Cómodo, limpio, con toooodo lo que podíamos necesitar. Nos dejaron mapas de la ciudad y del metro para que pudiéramos pasear. La ubicación es inmejorable. A pasos de una estación de metro y menos de 300m de Plaza Cataluña, nos permitió caminar a la mayoría de los lugares turísticos. El departamento es exactamente como se ve en la foto!

Jun 27, 2019El lugar es lo que necesitamos si estamos de vacaciones, cerca de todo, tres pasos el metro, buses en todas las direcciones, y lo mejor, lo usarán pocas veces porque todo esta solo por abrir la puerta, restaurantes El Barrio gótico y todas las atracciones Cultura se puede alcanzar caminando por museos , sala de conciertos y mucho más Y la mejor parte es la atención que han puesto para que seamos bienvenido Todos los pequeños detalles que hacen lo cotidiano lo tienes y esto hace como esta en casa, incluso hilo y aguja, y juegos, simplemente delicioso Tuve una equivocación en la fecha, y tuve una noche que no estuve seguro donde íbamos a estar, Oriol y julia lo han solucionado, y no nos han cobrado esta noch No puedo decir cuanto hemos disfrutado este lugar y cuán agradecidos estamos cuando volvemos a casa los recuerdos con gente es lo que traemos y ha sido grato Gracias, volveremos pronto David

Jun 27, 2019Koni's place was great for our short stopover in Barcelona. Check-in instructions and communication was top-notch! The location couldn't have been better! So handy to so many Barcelona highlights. Wifi was great, elevator was wonderful since the unit was on the 6th floor. Very nice balconies overlooking the street. Overall, very tidy and clean, however, shower could have used a scrub down to get it online with the rest of the unit. That being said, I would stay here again!

The check-in process was smooth with very clear details provided. The apartment was well-equipped, and very comfortable. We would stay there again and would definitely recommend it to our friends.

Jun 27, 2019We stayed in 3 different Airbnb’s during our week long trip and this flat was our absolute favorite. It was very clean and had two balcony’s to enjoy a nice view. The location is as great and we felt safe.The booklet of tips and tricks he left us was so helpful. We wish we had stayed there to begin with. What a great way to end he trip. Thanks Koni!

Jun 27, 2019La cama de la habitacion principal estaba sucia,la ropa de cama tenia manchas sospechosas.En la cama habia algun tipo de insecto que nos ha dejado unas picaduras dolorosas.El sofa cama tiene una lado que esta hundido ,y para colmo nos ha tocado un vecino roncando a decibelios (Website hidden by Airbnb) ubicacion es perfecta,y la comunicacion por parte de anfitrion es buena.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is just on the edge of the old part of town, so easy to walk to those districts and also very handy for El Corte Ingles. We walked back from the Sagrada Família, which took about 20 minutes. It’s nice to be so high up on the sixth floor, as it was quiet for a city location, and the lift takes the slog out of getting up there. We had a great stay.

I could walk to the bus stop, the subway station, to the grocery store and to tons of restaurant options. I would gladly stay here again for that reason alone. Koni was very responsive when I reached out to him during my stay.

Lo unico es que tuvimos problemas con el wifi que se cortaba y no dejaba trabajar ni comunicarse con la familia por (Hidden by Airbnb) . Todo lo demas bien!
Jun 27, 2019Excellent appartement situé au 6eme étage, à côté de la place Urquinaona. Emplacement idéal pour balader . Très bien équipé, cosy avec 2 balcons. Il faut savoir que la Ronda Sant Pere est une rue très passante et du coup, bien que l’on soit au 6e étage, on entend le bruit des voitures. Pour les touristes, un petit guide est à votre disposition avec les lieux à visiter ainsi que quelques adresses sympas à proximité. Une belle expérience.

Jun 27, 2019All in all, the place was exactly what we expected! Amazing location, very clean and comfortable! It is perfect for a short stay. The only reason why we decided to rate it 4 stars is the fact that it feels more like a hotel suite rather than an Airbnb. If you are there for an extended period and want to cook, there is no oven (there is a stove though). However, I would definitely recommend this place! Great communication during our stay.

Highly recommended for tourists who want easy access to Las Ramblas and other sites by foot.
