Jun 27, 2019The apartment is in a good neighborhood and location is good as well - it takes around 30minutes to get to the Time Square. The place has a high speed hotspot which was very important for us while working remotely. There are a lot of nice restaurants, bars and groceries around. Thanks for hosting us, Domenick!

Jun 27, 2019Domenick's place was located very close to the R line, extremely convenient going to and from Manhattan! It was also very close to the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, which was phenomenal. It is also located near a grocery store should you need anything. Furthermore, Domenick was a very hospitable and friendly host, and I had a very great time in New York as his guest. Highly recommended to other travelers intending to visit NYC.

Jun 27, 2019O apartamento fica no porão do prédio. Não é ruim, mas saibam que não há janelas. Talvez no verão isso faça falta. É espaçoso e tudo novo, porém a cama não é tão confortável para os padrões americanos. A roupa de cama é algo que pode melhorar muiiiiiito. Duas quadras para o metro. O Expresso te leva em meia hora a Manhattan, linha D. A linha R local demora uns 50 minutos, vc tem que fazer baldeação pra linha D. Tem um café a uma quadra (use o (Hidden by Airbnb) maps) Bagel Factory 1 (orgânicos) e um pub incrível pra jantar, comida farta, cerveja boa, Freddy's. Tem um mercado em frente ao Bagel. Vc pode pedir comida a noite no Muscle Maker, pelo app Seamless. O bairro é recheado de cafés, bares, restaurantes. Tem um Starbucks a 15 minutos a pé com uma estação de metrô colada a ele. Usem o (Hidden by Airbnb) maps. Chip de celular na T Mobile 30usd para um mês com 4g, plano turista. Otimo. O apartamento não tem lavanderia, infelizmente, mas tem uma a duas quadras próxima ao metro. O bairro é residencial e muito bonito e tranquilo. Tem Internet. Mais dicas estamos a disposição.
Jun 27, 2019We stayed at Domenick's apartment for almost two weeks while in town for work. The space is very large and everything as you see in the photos. We stayed during an extremely cold period and the closed off bedroom area stayed very warm the entire time. The kitchen has the basics but with so much good food around you'll probably be eating out every time anyway. The wifi was super fast (21 Mbps down, 12 Mbps up). Easy walk to the train and lots of cafes, bars, restaurants. You can't beat this apartment and location for the price. Highly recommended.

Jun 27, 2019Lovely place, open space which I loved. All the basic amenities is there besides an oven or microwave. Location is perfect, great bars and restaurants near by. Beautiful local places to go for a walk. Dominick’s communication was admirable. I will say, if you aren’t familiar with NY parking etiquette, keep in mind for the street cleaning signs.
Jun 27, 2019Place was awesome and clean! It was my first airbnb experience and Domenick was great with communication and very quick to respond! THE BATHROOM HAS HEATED FLOORS, I loved it! The only thing that made this stay 4 stars rather than 5 was the loud noises and footsteps from the rooms above, but I'm also a light sleeper. However the room is located in the basement, so the noise was expected. Lastly, the location was great, it's right next to 5th Ave, which has plenty of bars and cool cafes.

Jun 27, 2019Nice place with all the basics. Location is great with nice restaurants and bars in the vicinity, 5 min walk to R train and then 25 min to Manhattan. Domenick is very responsive and keeps the place very clean.
Jun 27, 2019La communication avec Domenick est simple et rapide. C’est très appréciable. Lors de la reservation, je me suis trompée de dates. Domenick aurait pu refuser ma demande de changement de date et empocher la totalité du paiement, nous avons apprécier son honnêteté remarquable. L’appartement a des points forts et points faibles. Pour les points forts : Proche des transports et commerces, grands et spacieux et à 20 min de downtown Manhattan. Pour les points faibles : Un seul majoritairement, Le bruit ! L’appartement se situant dans le sous sol, nous pouvions entendre tous les bruits de pas des personnes au dessus, nous étions même réveillés parfois très tôt le matin. C’est vraiment le gros point faible de cette appartement.
