Appartement tout nouveau et très propre, situé juste en face d'un supermarché et pas loin du centre (5 euros en taxi du centre ville). L'environnement est calme et l'accès en transport en commun est facile. Nous y avons fait un bon séjour !
Jun 27, 2019Logement bien situé à proximité du métro et 10mm du quartier historique. Intérieur très confortable et agréable .Propreté irréprochable et calme assuré. Clarence a aussi été très attentionnée et arrangeante tout au long de notre séjour. Adresse que nous recommandons.
Jun 27, 2019Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Porto, l'appartement était spacieux et fonctionnels. Le centre historique se trouve à 15min en métro. La chambre était un peu bruyante.
Jun 27, 2019Appartement conforme à la description. Très agréable à vivre, style "ikea". Facile à trouver. Quartier tranquille, métro, bus à proximité pour atteindre le coeur de la ville et le bord de mer... Bien pratique... La chambre donne sur la rue, et donc un peu bruyant en soirée. Grand salon clair et ensoleillé. Superbe séjour à Porto ! Le plus : la superette face à la résidence, ouverte tous les jours et qui ferme tard le soir.

Clarence n'était pas sur place mais Diana(une voisine) s'est occupée de tout et à été dispo bien que ne parlant pas un mot de français ou d'anglais . appartement situé a 5 min a pied du metro , et arret de bus au pied de l'immeuble.

Jun 27, 2019Appartement tres agreable car bien équipé et spacieu, style ikea. la proximité du métro et du bus permet de se rendre rapidement dans le centre ville et vers la plage. Par contre, nous sommes tombés sur une semaine tres bruyante car il y a un immeuble en construction coté salon (avec marteau piqueur des 8h du matin) et la chambre coté rue l est aussi. Enfin, nous sommes encore mal tombé car l appartement ne semblait pas avoir été préparé entre les dernieres personnes et nous. Nous ne sommes pas maniaques mais les serviettes quasi toutes dépliées avec deux encore humides, de nombreuses miettes au sol ds la cuisine, taches dans la salle de bain et surtout, le pire, linge de lit pas propre. Illogique quand en plus on paie obligatoirement un forfait ménage. Conclusion, cet appartement a un fort potentiel mais j espere qu il ny aura pas de ratés pour vous

Jun 27, 2019It was a very pleasent experience. Clarence was very friendly and ready to help us before the arrive in Porto. In the day we arrived Filipa, who speaks portuguese, was waiting for in her appartment that is in the same building us and was very helpful too. The appartment was even better than we thought, because the room with the sofa bed is sepparate from the rest of the appartment, so it looks like two rooms. The place is very spacious, clean and well equipped. The location of the appartment is good too, not very far from the downtown and easy to get there by bus. The neighborhood is also good. We recommend the appartment and Clarence too.
Jun 27, 2019Nous avons noté de nombreux points négatifs concernant l'appartement. En effet, nous déplorons le fait que l'annonce ne reflète pas la réalité sur certains points. Gros chantier au pied de l'appartement dès 7h30 du matin (marteaux-piqueurs, camions...). Accueil très froid de la part de Diana, l'hôte n'étant pas disponible sur place (impression de la déranger). Aucun effort pour nous intégrer dans l'appartement (peu d'explications). Appartement très froid le soir, les deux radiateurs d'appoint ont provoqué des coupures de courant. Malgré avoir payé les frais de ménages nous avons eu de nombreuses surprises à notre arrivée: poignées et petites fenêtres cassées, produits périmés (lait ouvert) dans le frigo, vaisselle sale et j'en passe... Impression que l'appartement n'a pas été préparé entre les anciens locataires et nous. Les lits sont plus petits que dans la description. Chambre bruyante dans un quartier isolé. Cependant nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Porto, le plus possible hors de l'appartement. Porto est une ville au patrimoine très attrayant et très festive. En espérant que ces quelques détails pourront être améliorés pour les prochains locataires, car cet appartement reste spacieux et bien équipé.
Jun 27, 2019Je recommande cet appartement plutôt et spacieux et propre. Il est exactement comme sur les photos. Il y a une petite supérette juste en face. Et aussi un arrêt de bus. La station de taxis est une minute à pied. Le métro est plus loin (15 min à pied).l'hôte est très réactive et répond rapidement aux messages. Un logement conseillé pour visiter Porto. Bon voyage!!!
Jun 27, 2019Mes amis et moi avons été agréablement surpris par l'appartement, beau, spacieux, lumineux, bien équipé et bien placé si l'on considère les 10-15 minutes à pieds vers le centre ville comme une ballade. Clarence n'était pas sur place et c'est une dame ne parlant pas français mais très sympathique qui nous a accueilli. Nous avons tous adoré Porto qui est une ville magnifique et l'appartement a véritablement été un point fort pendant le séjour.
Jun 27, 2019Great place - neat, in a fairly quiet neighborhood. A supermarket just in the front and a 15-20 minute public transport ride to the historical center of Porto. Parking spot was always available for free just in front of the building (on a safe street). We didn't get to meet Clarence, but all went smoothly communicating over Airbnb and through her neighbor, who handed us the keys. I recommend this place especially if you are coming to Porto by car.

Jun 27, 2019Appartement suffisamment spacieux pour 4personnes, très propre et bien agencé. Nous avions une voiture que nous avons utilisé pour nous rendre dans le centre. Je recommande cet appartement pour un séjour de 2 jours à 1semaine. L ' échange des clefs s ' est fait sans pb.
Jun 27, 2019This apartment was a perfect base for our two days exploring Porto. We came by car and found free parking space all around. The neighbourhood is safe, apartment is on one of the main streets. It took us 20 minutes walk to main square, with bus stop right next to the apartment building. The apartment itself is fully equiped, very spacious and bright, and everything was clean.

Jun 27, 2019Logement qui correspond aux photos, spacieux et propre ! Le salon est certes bruyant en journée (travaux à côté mentionné dans un autre commentaire) mais de la chambre ça allait. Clarence n'était pas là (une voisine nous a accueillies) mais est très réactive par messages et compréhensive.

We spent a few days in Porto and this apartment was perfect for our stay: clean, nice and spacious, with everything you would need, in a quiet area and close to the city center (you can walk, but there is also public transport close to the apt.). Clarence has been very communicative and helpful providing us plenty of information about places to visit in Porto, where to park, etc. We would definitely come back to Porto and to Clarence's apartment. Thank you for all, Clarence!
Jun 27, 2019L'appartement de Clarence est propre, lumineux, spacieux et très bien équipé mais un petit peu bruyant. Prévoir environ 40 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le centre historique. Je n'ai pas rencontré Clarence mais si vous avez besoin de conseils, elle vous en donnera avec plaisir. Je recommande !
Jun 27, 2019Super séjour à Porto chez Clarence : nous avons été bien accueillies, et Clarence a été très disponible pour répondre à nos questions par mail. L'appartement est grand, lumineux, très propre et bien équipé. Compte tenu de la météo pluvieuse, nous avons bien apprécié les couettes et les radiateurs ! Petit détail très pratique : il y a un supermarché juste en face de l'immeuble.
Jun 27, 2019Nous avons passez un séjour très agréable. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé et situé à quelques minutes à pied du métro. Mais le coeur historique de Porto peut tout à fait être rejoint à pied également (environ 25 mn). La présence d'un supermarché et d'un arrêt de bus en bas de l'immeuble sont un plus. Bien que Clarence était absente lors de notre séjour, elle a été joignable et très réactive pour répondre à nos questions. Je recommande!
Jun 27, 2019Clarence's apartment was large ,clean, well equipped, and modern (IKEA). A quiet neighborhood with access to public transportation. The metro -Marques- is quite a distance so consider driving and parking nearby. Free parking at the apt was great. Porto is a must see city

Jun 27, 2019Clarence's apartment was larger than we were expecting and had everything we needed. The supermarket across the street was very handy and we didn't have any problems getting into town by public transport. The little balcony in the kitchen was a bonus and nice spot for eating breakfast.
Jun 27, 2019Long story short: I was looking for a nice place for a family with 2 children, which would be close to the city centre, safe and not too expensive. To be honest it was rather stressful situation for me ;). But thanks to Clarence help, I was calmed very quick. And apartment is just perfect. It is in a new building, flat itself must have been renovated recently and what you can't really see in the pictures: it is quite big(seriously telling from the photos, I thought it would be smaller). It is not a strict city center but everything important can be reach on foot(Cedofeita is 20min walk) or by using close by metro. To get to the beach(Foz, which is my favourite one), you can take a bus from the stop just opposite the apartment. Clarence answered for every of my question and even a little earlier check-in was not a problem. Thank you very much Clarence! :):)
Jun 27, 2019Clarence was not there to give us the keys personally, instead a very friendly neighbor welcomed us. She couldn't speak English, but all communication needed was possible. The apartment itself is right in front of a super market which is really handy. It's a walk from city center, but that didn't disturb us. Everything was clean and basic. Enough fresh towels. Down the street is a typical Portuguese cantina with good prices and big plates. Porto itself is also wonderful to discover. Only wish We could have had of the apartment, if free wifi would have been available. We recommend this apartment to every couple. There is a sleeping couch in the living room. So with a close friend group, 4 people could also easily enjoy their stay there!

On ne voit jamais Clarence mais elle est très disponible par sms et s'investie beaucoup dans les recherches pour nous satisfaire, merci
Jun 27, 2019Clarence n'a pu nous accueillir mais une voisine a elle nous a ouvert. L'appartement est propre et bien situé pour aller au centre ou à la plage. Le supermarché en face est très pratique . Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement a porto.

If you don't like walking metro and buses are located closely:) Market located opposite the street is a big plus. A possibility of parking a car in safe place was also very important for us - there is free parking behind the building and you can see your car from apartment. I would highly recommend staying at Clarence's apartment.

L'appartement est à 10 min à pied du metro et juste en face d'un supermarcheé. Tout pour nous faciliter les choses.

Jun 27, 2019Clarence's apartment has a very good location (about 30 minutes walking to the riverside) and it's close to the metro station. There is a fully equipped kitchen and the whole place is renovated and spacious. The neighbourhood was a bit noisy due to some constructions made nearby, but it didn't cause a big problem. I would recommend the place for further Porto's visitors.

Jun 27, 2019We really enjoyed our stay in Clarence's place and in Porto in general. The flat is generally fine, we had some issues with the gas water heater, reported them and I hope Clarence will fix it soon. Also the ckeck-in took longer than usually, but apart of these issues we had a great time. We spent almost a week in the apartment, there's a supermarket in the front of the building, so it's super convenient. There's also a great coffee place down the road (3 minutes walk) with good coffee and pastry. We had a car and it was always possible to find a parking spot nearby. I really recommend Clarence's flat!

Jun 27, 2019Alles super in der Wohnung, es war alles da was man braucht. Der Check in war sehr entspannt trotz sehr später Ankunftszeit. Die Lage der Wohnung war auch okay. Könnte noch etwas zentraler sein, aber eigentlich ist auch alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen (ca. 20 Minuten) und es gibt direkt gegenüber einen Supermarkt.
Jun 27, 2019Apartamento 100% recomendable para 4 personas. Muy limpio y acogedor. Para ir al centro de la ciudad nos movíamos en coche porque está un poco lejos aunque bien comunicado por transporte público (a 30 min andando según (Hidden by Airbnb) Maps pero no hicimos la prueba). Buena zona para aparcar. Clarence muy atenta y me aclaro todas las dudas que me surgian. El apartamento tenía mantas sabanas papel higiénico y toallas. Lo recomiendo. Tal cual las fotos. La única pega que el sofá cama era un poco incómodo porque estaba cedido el somier pero bueno para pasar dos días y por este precio no está mal.
Jun 27, 2019Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Aucun problème de communication car Clarence vit en France. Clé remise par Diana qui vit dans l'immeuble. Deux supermarchés juste à côté donc très facile pour faire des courses et pour le pain du matin. Stationnement non payant. Seul petit bémol, il n'y a pas de wifi ( pas gênant pour nous mais un peu plus pour les enfants). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour à Porto.

Jun 27, 2019Ce sejour était parfait : l'appartement est magnifique. Nous étions 4 et pour le prix c'est vraiment superbe!! Je vous le recommande absolument. Nous mettions environ 30 minutes à pied pour aller dans le centre mais il me semble qu'il y a des transports pour y aller, mais nous avons choisi à pied et c'était très agréable. Merci à Clarence pour ce superbe logement.

Jun 27, 2019Clarence a été une excellente hôte et nous a bien arrangé à notre arrivé. Nous étions très tôt à l'aéroport et plutôt que de nous donner les clefs à 13h comme prévu elle a réussi à nous les confier à 7h le matin! L'appartement est conforme aux photos, simple, épuré mais pratique et sympathique. Les transports sont à proximité mais il est également possible de marcher jusqu'au centre ville compter environ 20 min. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à Porto !
Jun 27, 2019Clarence is a very nice host. The apartment is in a calm area and there are two big supermarkets nearby. The apartment is very big and clean and it even has a small balcony. Check-out was very flexible, check-in was a bit late in my opinion. The apartment is not so close to the center but there is a metro station 10 minutes by foot.
Jun 27, 2019Appartement très sympathique et propre ! Métro accessible à 5min à pied qui nous emmène dans Porto. Le boulevard est un peu bruyant la nuit, malgré les fenêtres fermées. Remise des clés par la voisine de Clarence, peu d'échange malheureusement, (peut être peu disponible ce jour ci). Clarence est par conte joignable si besoin. Un grand supermarché juste en bas, très pratique.

Même s'il est légèrement excentré il est facilement accessible depuis les transports, à 10 minutes du centre. Et il y a un supermarché au pied de l'immeuble donc très confortable. Merci
Jun 27, 2019I stayed in Porto for 5 days with some friends. Clarence's place was ideal.. Big and airy and very clean. It had all the facilites necessary to cook in also if you want. It's not in the centre but Porto is a very walkable city. I highly reccommend it!

Jun 27, 2019Appartement propre, spacieux, bien situé, proche des transports. Les 2 supermarchés en bas de l'immeuble sont un vrai plus. À 20 minutes en bus de la plage. On se sentait comme à la maison et Clarence nous a donné des informations trés utiles avant notre séjour. Nous vous le conseillons !

Jun 27, 2019Mieszkanie Clarence jest czyste, bardzo przestronne i wygodnie urządzone, nie brakowało nam niczego. Może nie jest położone w ścisłym centrum ale nam bardzo odpowiadała ta lokalizacja (bliski sklep i możliwość parkowania). Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z naszego pobytu, serdecznie polecamy wizytę w Porto i nocleg u Clarence w mieszkaniu.
Jun 27, 2019We loved that the supermarket was so close. Kitchen was fully equipped. Place was large and in the winter months the oil heaters worked really well. Clarence was also super helpful with providing me local info before we got here.
Jun 27, 2019Situé à 20-30 minutes à pieds du centre ville, et 5 min des transports en commun, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait que le logement soit spacieux. Clarence n'était pas sur place mais a été très réactive par message pour organiser l'entrée des lieux. Le logement est à quelques mètres du supermarché ce qui est très pratique. Nous recommandons ce logement. A noter tout de même que l'on aurait au moins aimé avoir une télévision (car il n'y a pas de wifi)

Jun 27, 2019Il soggiorno nell'alloggio di Clarence è stato piacevole. L'appartamento è grande ed è ben fornito. é stato complicato aprire il divano letto, alché ci abbiamo rinunciato alla fine. L'appartamento dista circa dieci minuti dal centro. Di fronte casa c'è comunque un bus che in 20 minuti ti porta al mare, super comodo! Clarence è stata molto disponibile e ha risposto sempre prontamente quando necessario.

Jun 27, 2019The place is nice, spacious and clean. We didn’t meet Clarence, but the person who gave us the key didn’t know English so it was a little complicated to communicate. There is a bus stop near the apartment and everything is reachable.
Jun 27, 2019L'appartamento è situato al terzo piano di un grande stabile, nonostante ciò una della due camere si affaccia sulla strada e risulta un po' rumorosa nonostante i doppi vetri, tuttavia si trova appena fuori il centro di Porto ed è quindi facilmente raggiungibile in macchina ed è abbastanza semplice trovare parcheggio nei dintorni (il centro a piedi dista circa 15min). Nella norma tutto quanto, compresa la pulizia. Non abbiamo conosciuto direttamente la proprietaria dell'annuncio, ma siamo ugualmente stati accolti nonostante il grande ritardo dovuto ad una serie di sfortune durante il viaggio di andata.

Jun 27, 2019Skvělé ubytování. Vše potřebné bylo k dispozici. S hostitelkou jsme se nesešli. Klíč nám předal známý, perfektně zajištěno. Dostupnost do centra pěšky. Parkování autem možné u domu. Byli jsme spokojeni.

Jun 27, 2019L'appartemento è più che discreto in una zona periferica abbastanza comoda per tutti gli spostamenti (macchina, metro, bus), eccetto forse quelli a piedi, la cui distanza dal centro è considerevole (almeno 20 minuti). Clarence è molto gentile e disponibile e risponde rapidamente a messaggi o mail. Al momento del check in lei non era presente e ci ha aperto una amica con un pò di ritardo. Eccetto questo il soggiorno è stato piacevole e sotto casa c'è un comodissimo supermercato

Jun 27, 2019Great place just a 25 min walk downhill into town. Full kitchen, easy off street parking out the back. Supermarket across the road. Large apartment. Would stay again. Shower temperature difficult to adjust and missing a kettle.
Jun 27, 2019Apartamento incrível! Localização maravilhosa, mercados muito perto, caminha-se para duas estações de metro, para a Casa da Música e Mercado de Bom sucesso com muita facilidade. Diana é super atenciosa e garante a troca de roupas de cama e banho toda semana. Valeu cada dia!
Jun 27, 2019O apartamento é exatamente como nas fotos. Clarence responde muito rápido as mensagens e é extremamente prestativa. Apesar de não estar presente no checkin, a Diana que mora no prédio, me recebeu no horário e me deu todas as informações que precisei para que eu pudesse ter uma excelente estada no Porto! A localização é excelente e fiz muitas coisas a pé, inclusive conhecer inúmeros monumentos históricos. Em frente ao apartamento passa um ônibus que leva diretamente a praia, tudo muito fácil. O metrô fica ha uns 10 minutos a pé do apartamento, mas também muito fácil sua utilização. Amei tudo no apartamento e no Porto!
Jun 27, 2019Nous n'avons pas rencontré Clarence mais tout était très bien organisé, ses indications étaient parfaites! (Mieux que (Hidden by Airbnb) Map) L'appartement est très bien situé, propre et conforme aux photos! Je recommande vivement!
