Good location. Small and basic but it is exactly what you'd expect for that prix in HK. Clean and friendly staff and host.
Jun 27, 2019One of the worst experience of accomodation. As we walked into the room,I saw a bed sheet with dirty marks and shoes step marks right on the top of bed . We kindly ask the receptionist to change new bed sheet but she refused to change it, instead she start explaining this is old bed sheet and a cleaner was here inside to clean window and he might have stepped. When reception refused to change sheet we asked refund back but she denied and ask us to leave the room .we asked her to let us contact host ,she said another staff arrives soon. As i tried to contact host for help he dint receive my call. After 30 min a came and he agree to change sheet . If we pay for room accomodation not any proper facilities but at least a clean bed and sheet is what everybody wants. When receptionist was changing bed linen i saw lots of dirty marks all over mattress ,by the way, the host never picked up my call and when i ask refund and stop replying ,no response. I suggest everybody to Stay out of this place. Bad customer service with dirty bed linens .

Jun 27, 2019Had a pleasant stay at the guesthouse right in the middle of Hong Kong Island. The location is very convenient and the description very accurate. Accommodation is very simple and the staff at the guesthouse was friendly and helpful when needed. Good place for someone looking for a couple of days authentic Hong Kong experience in a cheap and central location.
Jun 27, 2019Clean, friendly staff, good communication, walkable to MTR and other public transits, it's in the center of everything like shops and restaurants. Though I had an issue on my first night. The room I booked online for 5 days was occupied so they had to transfer me to a small motel. Then next morning I check in. Worst travel experience for a first time tourist like me in Hong Kong. Just make sure with George that the the room is 100% available before you book and pay. Honestly I like the place. If we never had an issue, I definitely give him all 5 stars. Enjoy!
Jun 27, 2019The feel of the guesthouse was very outdated. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, but there English levels were not very high on average. Not a super clean space when we stayed, but very close to public transportation and attractions. With a bit more thorough cleaning and the help of staff who speak more English would be a big benefit to this guesthouse.
