Michael was enormously accommodating and great in every way. His place was amazing. I especially enjoyed the gym and saltwater pool located in the building.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment has everything you need and is in an interesting, easy location. The building has a very nice gym and a spectacular rooftop with an amazing view on Mahattan. Subway is super close as well as Hudson River Greenway in case you want to go running. The apartment is well above the expectations, nicely furbished (the owner is a desigenr) and super clean. Michale, the owner, is a polite smart guy...I couldn't expect more!
Jun 27, 2019Michael's apartment is an elegant, sumptuous, impeccably well-designed space, with all the mod-cons from flat-screen TVs in the bedroom and living room, to LED lights in the kitchen and a monsoon shower in the bathroom. With elevators and many other facilties such as a rooftop garden and gym on site, this listing is truly a treat. Michael was a very easy to reach host, answering any questions asap, and took me on a detailed tour of the apartment and building. He is a great person to talk with and extremely knowledgeable about the Upper West Side and New York in general. Overall a really outstanding space. Cheers, Michael!

Jun 27, 2019Michael the host was easy-going, flexible, understanding, and a very interesting person. The apartment was luxurious, comfortable, well-decorated, quiet and perfectly clean. Five stars. As a solo traveler I would definitely stay here again.
Jun 27, 2019I thought the photos were too good to be true but Michael's place was exactly as it shows in his pictures. I was traveling solo and it suited my needs perfectly. Very well located and great facilities with a roof top lounge that offers amazing views. He even had an umbrella for me to use for unexpected rain. Michael was friendly and answered texts and emails quickly. (That matters people!!) He was very patient when I was having trouble getting myself verified. Thank you Michael!! I would definitely stay again.
