Michael was a great host. Arranging to get the key was easy, he showed me around the apartment and even had a couple of beers in the fridge in case I wanted one on arrival. The apartment was just as described. Everything was very clean. I was travelling with my boss, so I opted for sleeping on the couch. Very comfortable. The neighbourhood had everything you could need. Michael also left his contact details in case we need anything. I'd love to stay here again.
Jun 27, 2019This apartment was amazing. It was clean, bright, and we truly got the true Manhattan experience. what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. You truly can't go wrong being hosted by Michael. If you are looking for an easy experience where whatever concern you may have is dealt with immediately, someone who is flexible, accommodating all while being extremely cordial, you can stop looking right now. His pricing compared to many of the other listings was also extremely fair. Had an amazing New Years in a premium Manhattan neighbourhood thanks to this man. Keep up the good work Michael, and keep on making your guests feel welcome.
Jun 27, 2019L'ambiente è caldo e la location è molto buona, comodo dalla casa raggiungere il centro di Manhattan. Peccato per l'accoglienza che può essere migliorata; forse c'è stato poco tempo per attrezzare l'appartamento per nuovi ospiti, ma non era molto pulito. in particolare se si ricevono tre ospiti, è poi importante garantire a tutti almeno un cuscino da notte e lenzuola adeguate. Il materasso della camera va bene per due persone ma la rete sottostante non lo sostiene interamente. Recuperare la chiave è stato molto semplice, Michael si è spesso sempre sincerato che andasse tutto bene e che fosse tutto ok.
Jun 27, 2019Michael's apartment was very comfortable for three of us! We loved having our own little home to come and get a feel for living in East Village just a stop away from Brooklyn, and right in the center of everywhere you'd want to go. It's a great location 6 short blocks from the Ist Street station on 14th, the L line. Take L to Union Square station to transfer anywhere (downtown for little Italy, Chinatown, Soho, WTC, Liberty, Brooklyn Bridge), or uptown for all the other touristy things. The apt. Is adjacent to a Park, and we loved the cafes and tapas places nearby. laundry, if needed, is about a block away. The flat is on the fourth floor of a quaint bldg. The inside is upgraded modern, clean, no bugs. The temperature inside was perfect and comfortable. The host keeps the place clutter free and perfect for guests with cleaning supplies available if needed. He was extremely flexible, working with our flight arrivals and departures. It was such a pleasure staying there! Thank you Michael!
Jun 27, 2019Michael was very kind. Our plane was delayed and we arrived at 1am instead of 11pm, but Michael waited for us and checked all way through our stay whether we needed anything. The flat is really simple but so well located. It's perfect to enjoy lower east side/ Bowery/ noho/soho////
