Neighborhood Overview
This apartment is a beautiful, well-lit and recently refurbished apartment, situated in the district of Eixample Dret in the centre of the city, a smart and historically modernist neighbourhood. The apartment is on Trafalgar road, right behind the famous Palau de la Música and walking distance from the Paseig de Gracia, where Gaudi’s Casa Batllo and La Pedrera both stand, and to Plaza Catalunya, a transport hub with easy access to the airport. The old quarters of El Born and the Gothic are also at walking distance. There is a great variety of fashionable shops, restaurants and tapas bars close by. There is also a supermarket conveniently opposite the apartment if required, as the apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen.

Todas las comodidades para pasar las mejores vacaciones en Barcelona. Eramos 4 personas adultas y estuvimos muy cómodo. El departamento está muy bien ubicado. Sin dudas recomendamos este departamento y a Antonio.

Para nosotros era de suma importancia encontrar un departamento LIMPIO, LINDO, BIEN UBICADO Y A UN PRECIO ACCESIBLE. Superó nuestras expectativas ampliamente: el departamento esta muy bien equipado (no falta nada), es amplio, luminoso, todo estuvo super limpio, las camas son excelentemente cómodas, el mobiliario es moderno y de muy buen gusto. La ubicación es genial!!! MAS NO SE PUEDE PEDIR...FELICITACIONES ANTONIO!!!!

Jun 27, 2019Antonio is an excellent host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his apt. It is exactly like the pictures- clean, spacious, and has all the amenities you need. We had 4 girls traveling so having 2 bathrooms was great. He has detailed instructions of how to use the amenities if you need assistance. He also gave us reccomendations of places to eat (delicious paella a couple of doors down)! We were able to use the washer during our stay and the wifi connection is really good. The apartment is located in an excellent part of town- close to everything and also subways. We were able to walk to Las Ramblas, take subways to Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell. Lastly, Antonio went above and beyond to assist me in retrieving my cell phone that I accidentally left in Madrid at the train station. I would definitely reccomend his apt and I'd happily stay here again if I have the chance to return to Barcelona!

Jun 27, 2019This is the perfect apartment for a short (or even a long) visit to Barcelona - light, spacious, beautifully clean and very thoughtfully equipped, I can't really see how it could be improved. Its central location is ideal for exploring the city, but in spite of being so close to busy streets the apartment is quiet and peaceful and it was great to have not one but two sunny balconies. Antonio was happy for us to arrive early and was a welcoming and helpful host who gave us (two couples) plenty of useful tips for the city. We all loved Barcelona and would very happily return to this apartment as three days was definitely not long enough!
Jun 27, 2019We were promptly and warmly received by Elena, Antonio's sister. The apartment was well organized, clean and in an excellent location. Great storage for personal hygiene items in the bathrooms, a plus with 2 older daughters. Easy access to Plaza Catalunya and metro! For my family, the downside were the overly, firm, dense, elongated, synthetic pillows. We found them to be most uncomfortable. I placed a decorative pillow from the living room in my pillowcase. Also, the apartment looking this high end with attention to detail, I was disappointed with the low thread count bed sheets and the single, small air dried bath towel for our 3 night stay.

Ana met us and gave us a warm welcome and a lot of great information. I would absolutely recommend this if you need a great 2 bedroom place in Barcelona.

The location is awesome, very convenient to the metro but on a quieter street. The place was clean and inviting, with everything we needed for our stay. It was my first stay in an airbnb, and my family and I had a wonderful experience. I'd stay here again if I ever return to Barcelona.

He answered all our questions and was available whenever we needed him. The apartment was great -- the pictures accurately show it -- and it is in a great location. It is close to the city center (Gotic, Las Ramblas, the beaches) but also walking distance from La Sagrada Familia. Highly Recommended.
Jun 27, 2019As listed, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was truly in the middle of everything you would want to see. Ana was patiently waiting for us as we arrived late from the airport and took her sweet time to make sure we were oriented correctly. She sat us down at the table and explained to us on a map where we were, were to go and not to go. Antonio has a great place in the middle of town and I will defiantly stay again when I return to Barcelona.

Meet and greet was easy and they were very informative about the local offerings. Apartment was bright and spacious, very comfortable for us. Convenient to have grocery store across the street, public transportation easily accessible, and any food option you might desire within close walking distance. Wonderful place to explore the city. Antonio was gracious and extremely helpful, pleasure to work with.
Jun 27, 2019We had a lovely stay at Antonio's apartment! When I arrived to pick up the keys, I was met by Ana who was very nice and helpful! The location is perfect. You can easily walk to many sites and the metro is also extremely close! the beds were very comfortable, and the whole apartment was equipped with everything you would need and more! And the whole place was spotless. Antonio was also very helpful and his communication is faultless. I will definitely stay here again when my family come to visit me!! Thank you Antonio and Ana.
Jun 27, 2019Antonio's apt' was wonderful. the place was clean, fully equiped and in the best location in the city. it is close to everything, but still quite. inside the place everything was perfect. there was enough room for all of us and the kitchen is just great for cooking. beside all of that - Antonio was the best host we ever met. kind and carefull. We don't have anything bad to say - just to thank you so mush!!

Jun 27, 2019Fabulous apartment in a really attractive location: effectively on the border between El Born and L'Eixample. All the usual tourist haunts are within easy walking distance but you feel a little removed from the crowds and closer to the real heart of the city. There's also a metro station about one hundred metres away, which really adds to the convenience. Antonio's attention to detail is really to be commended and his friend Anal gave us a wonderful welcome (despite the fact we arrived later than anticipated, owing to really awful traffic from the airport). The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the accessories you could need, including modern air conditioning in both bedrooms. It's also very quiet, which is unusual for Barcelona.

Even though our plane was over an hour late, Antonio had a friend named Ana waiting to let us in and show us how to use the appliances, point out major attractions on a map that she left for us, and the coming in and out procedures. The place was clean and close to everything. It reminded me a bit of a modern hotel suite. Also, it is right across the street from a grocery store.

Jun 27, 2019Stayed here for a week with a group of girls and had the most fantastic stay. Antonio was extremely welcoming. He met us at the apartment and showed us around the place, pointing out where all the essentials were such as towels etc. He then gave us a map and provided us with some ideas about attractions and restaurants that we could visit. The apartment is exactly as it seems in the photos; every room was very spacious and having two bathrooms (especially for us) was perfect. The location of the apartment is also fantastic. It is across the road from a really good supermarket and is only 5 minute walk at max from the metro station, which meant that access around the whole city was so easy. We were not disappointed by the apartment in any way, and would definitely hope to stay here again, if we were to return Barcelona.

His friend Ana met us promptly at the apartment, showed us around, and gave us recommendations for places to go while in Barcelona. Todo impecable, muy bien equipado, con habitaciones y baños amplios. El anfitrión muy preocupado y atento a nuestra llegada. Las fotos no le hacen justicia, de verdad una alternativa perfecta.

It is centrally located and we walked everywhere. Antonio was a great host who responded to all our questions and requests promptly, including letting us check-in half an hour early. We didn't meet Antonio as it was Ana who checked us in. Ana was most helpful. Not only did she show us around the apartment and how to use the equipments, she took her time to give us lots of handy tips and useful information about Barcelona. Our family of 4 stayed for 6 nights and we truly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Although public transportation was easily available, we walked everywhere. We highly recommend staying at Antonio's apartment!

Jun 27, 2019Antonio’s apartment is in an amazing location, sparklingly clean and modern and comfortable for the 4 of us who stayed. The apartment is large, and there are 2 en suites which made 4 girls getting ready for New Year’s Eve super easy! And, something small but super useful- the apartment came with 2 sets of keys! Antonio himself was super responsive via the app and (Hidden by Airbnb) and was there to greet us when we arrived. All in all a great trip made better by having a great apartment to stay in.
Jun 27, 2019Gostei bastante da localização do apartamento. O apartamento oferece bastante infraestrutura. É muito bom! Tive problemas com o check-in. Esperei por Ana, pessoa enviada por Antonio para nos receber no apartamento, por um tempo. Eu fiquei com o meu filho de oito meses, meus pais, meu marido e muitas malas na entrada do prédio. Ficamos na rua esperando a Ana chegar. Quando cheguei no aeroporto não consegui internet e nem no Aerobus, mas Antonio tinha o horário do meu voo. Tivemos que recorrer a uma loja próxima para pedir a senha de wi-fi para falar com Antonio, que nos explicou que Ana estava entregando outro apartamento e a contactou para ir ao nosso encontro. Desde o contato com Antonio, esperamos por Ana cerca de 15 a 20 minutos. Fora a questão do check-in, tudo ok.

Responded to my text right away. I will go back to his place again and again. The location was absolutely great. Close to everything and safe.
Jun 27, 2019We really enjoyed staying at Antonio's - the location is perfect, i.e. close to the sights (Sagrada familia, Gothic district, Gaudi buildings etc.), walking distance to very nice restaurants/bars in Eixample, next to supermarkets, only half an hour walk to the beach (or even less) and it is right around the corner of Plaça de Catalunya where you have public transport (even directly from the airport). Antonio's friend Ana gave us really good tips which parts of the city to explore - thank's a lot! The appartment was spacious and clean and the small balconys were really nice (maybe a little bit chilly in the evening - but we only had like 22 degrees which might be unusual for this time of the year). We stayed with 5 people which is okay but the only disadvantages were a) the bathrooms which are next to the bedrooms (thus, the person on the couch cannot reach the bathroom at night without waking the others) and b) the couch itself which is not very comfy. We would not recommend to plan to sleep on the couch longer than a few nights as the mattress sags and might give you sleepless nights... (in contrast to the ones in the bedrooms which are good!) Anyway, I would definitely come back (but with a maximum of 4 people ;-)).

Jun 27, 2019The best thing about Antonio’s apartment is its superb location - near Plaça Catalunya yet in a very quiet place as the apartment faces the inner courtyard. You can simply walk around Barcelona or take a bus/metro if you need to reach some far places. The apartment is quite spacious and we felt very comfortable with a family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids). Easy check-in and check-out and excellent communication with Antonio. This is our second time in Barcelona and I think we’ve found the right place to come back again. Highly recommend.

Jun 27, 2019Antonio’s place was just as described and we loved every night of our stay. There was always plenty of supplies in the cabinets (toilet paper, detergent, shampoo, etc) during our 5 night stay. Antonio was also very responsive to all my questions. Highly recommended!
Jun 27, 2019A comfortable apartment in a wonderful location. A quiet street with great restaurants nearby, serving food I will long remember. Easy walk to Las Ramblas, La Pedrera, Barcelona Cathedral and the Picasso museum.

Jun 27, 2019Really enjoyed my stay here. There was a massage parlour right below which I really enjoyed during the cold. Supermarket was right opposite. We were right smack in town. Beds were really comfy and house was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.
Jun 27, 2019Perfect place for family vacation (traveling with 2 kids ages 14 & 10). Amazing location, across the street from grocery. Very clean - modern bathrooms with good water pressure and comfortable beds. Antonio had very good communication. We would definitely stay there again!
Jun 27, 2019Highly recommend this apartment. The location is fantastic with everything we needed within a few minutes walk. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Antonio greeted us on our arrival and was very helpful with pointing out places of interest, great places to eat and how to get around the city.

Jun 27, 2019호스트의 답변, 피드백이 정말 빨라요. 아파트 위치도 좋고 거실에 있는 식탁도 넓어서 좋았고 테라스에 앉아서 커피 마시는 것도 좋았어요. 욕실도 각 방에 있어서 정말 편했어요. 옷장에 옷걸이도 많아서 좋았구요. 저희는 4인 가족이었는데 편안히 머물다 갔었어요.
Jun 27, 2019The place was amazing. Very clean and cozy. Lots of lights and the location is fantastic. Very close to Plaça Catalunya, close to the tube, but we didn’t use any public transport because we walked everywhere. In the apartment there was anything we need and Antonio was incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend this apartment.
