This is beautiful two bedroom apartment located 20 minutes outside of sydney cbd.(15km) The house is fully furnished with kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, glassware, washing machine and dryer. The house has a beautiful view of the garden from the balcony with a herb garden and BBQ. The house has fetch Tv in the living roomYou will have access to wirless Internet. The apartment is located right next to top ryde city shopping mall and buses to the city. I am happy for guests to stay on my couch on a short term basis.

Neighborhood Overview

This is a beautiful neighborhood with lots of parks and beautiful river in this is area. Shopping center is located 2 minutes walking distance with lots of restaurants . Head into the city taking the following buses m (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) . Bus tickets are available from the news agency right next to the bus stop. Reccomeneded restaurants. Hurricanes, coffee traders ( good breakfast and coffee) ,bondi pizza , chat thai, and plenty of different cuisines at your doorstep. Feel free to use (Website hidden by Airbnb) to find out activities in sydney during your stay.

Transit

There are buses just outside the house to get you straight into the city. Busses run frequently. A cab ride to the city is about $40. Head into balmain to explore lots of quirky bars and restaurants which is onlu 15 minutes on any of the buses.

You will be sharing the house as I may pop by from timw to time. Be respectful to all the equipment and furniture in the house. Feel free to treat this house as your summer home. Have a great time

    Nice little apartment half an hour away from Sydney. It's a good place to stay at if you're in Sydney for longer, but wouldn't recommend it for a shorter time.

    Naby was a wonderful host and her great personality reflects in the service she provides - offered drinks and food in the evening, shared a few jokes and a story - her welcoming attitude represents exactly what AirBNB stands for! Despite this listing being for couch surfing, Naby provided an air mattress and very comfy bedding in the living room. I highly recommend Naby!

    Naby is a great host. She is really kind and goes out of her way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.she even took me out to the beach with her family during my short stay. Her place is about 20 minutes by bus from the city center and i never had any trouble catching one. I can highly recommend Naby to ever who wants to have good time in Sydney and doesn't mind a little bus ride. Thank you heaps Naby !

    The area is really nice and the premise is very secured. Just in front of the bus stops and near to Top Ryde shopping complex and various food options. The accommodation is quite good value for the money and all the amenities are available. Also one very positive thing was not mentioned in the listing that, the apartment have a small, well decorated veranda to spend time smoking, drinking and having fun or enjoying solitary time. Naby is really warm and welcoming. She is very helpful and spent significant amount of her free time with me (she is a very busy lady with her career). I would like to visit her place again. Thank you Naby !!! Hope to see you again.
