Great location on Queen's Road East, right by the intersection with Ship St. It's a 3rd story walk-up flat in a typical Wan Chai apartment building, but everything inside is modern (especially the bathroom). It's a VERY short talk to the Wan Chai MTR, and a pretty short walk to Three Pacific Place (and the vast Pacific Place Mall), while also walking distance to the trendy new coffee shops, restaurants, and gastropubs of upper Wan Chai.
Jun 27, 2019We are a family of 4 and stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks. Sean's apartment is conveniently located in Wanchai. It's walking distance from both Wanchai MTR station, Admiralty MTR station and 2 trams stops too. Good restaurants are everywhere around the apartment. Was happy to find extremely good local restaurants along Spring Garden Lane (only 5mins walk). The apartment was spotless and the dryer came in really useful in HK's humid weather. Although we didn't get to meet Sean, he was always responsive when we had any problems. Would love to stay with Sean again when we next return to HK.

Jun 27, 2019괜찮았다. 대체적으로 깔끔했고 따뜻한물도 잘 나왔고 위치또한 한 두블럭 가면 트램과 버스 지하철이 있어 이동도 어렵지 않았다. 단지 4인 가족이 있기에는 조금 작다고 해야할까~ 하지만 즐거운 홍콩여행이었다^^~

Jun 27, 2019MTR은 걸어서 약 5분 거리이고 바로 앞에 버스 정류장이 있으며 택시는 언제든지 가능했어요. 숙소는 깨끗한 편이였고 성인 4명이서 지내기에도 충분했어요. 따뜻한 물이 계속 나오지는 않았지만 잘쓰면 샤워하기엔 충분했고 호스트와 연락도 잘되는 편이였습니다.
Jun 27, 2019The internet stopped working on the first night we arrived, and the host was too busy to sort it out- for our whole five day stay! He expected us to wait in all afternoon for the engineer, and made no attempt to sort it out himself. Every time I contacted him about it, he told me how busy he was in meetings with important people, and wasn't at all concerned about the problems it was causing us not to be able to keep in touch with our workplaces. This place is probably fine if nothing goes wrong, but don't expect the host to be bothered if something goes wrong.
