    Had an excellent stay in Kai's beautiful apartment for a week over the holiday and New Years. He's an excellent host with great communication and tips for places to see during our stay which was very nice. Location is perfect with an amazing view of The beach and great taste for apartment style. Would recommend and stay again upon a return. Thanks again Kai! - David + Jamie.

    Kai was very welcoming, warm, and friendly. Gave us lots of tips about local places to eat, drink and dance. He gave us the perfect spot on the beach with senna. The apartment was just like the picture even better. It had welcoming drinks and fruit. Apartment clean and great view!!!!! I felt safe there. Like the door man. Markets, shopping, great neighborhood!! Kai was always available to answer questions. We used (Hidden by Airbnb) . Super easy to communicate

    El lugar es increible!! Superó ampliamente nuestras expectativas. Kai nos estaba esperando en el edificio al momento de nuestra llegada. Nos hizo una visita por todo el departamento, explicando cada detalle para no tener ningún imprevisto. En la heladera nos encontramos con bebidas de cortesía para nuestra llegada!! Con respecto al departamento, super cómodo, muy limpio y completo. Con una ubicación increible. A una cuadra de la playa de Copacabana, con un ventanal con una vista a la playa INCREIBLE!! Seguridad las 24 hs. A pocas cuadras del metro. Sin duda volveríamos a instalarnos en el mismo lugar!!

    Kai is an amazing host. Very friendly and gives really good tips. The place itself couldn't be located in a better spot, close to lots of great restaurants, the metro, and Copacabana beach. The building also has 24 hr security which is an added feature. Overall an amazing stay at Kai's and would highly recommend.
