The center of Barcelona will be yours to enjoy when staying in this room in our shared apartment, located just a few steps away from Plaza Real and the historical center of Barcelona. Most of the city’s major tourist attractions are located in the surroundings, such as the Gothic cathedral, Ramblas street and Picasso museum. What’s more, you can easily reach places such as la Pedrera, Casa Batlló or Sagrada Familia in just 10 minutes by public transportation. L3 subway station is very close to the apartment and many connexions to buses and trains. The communal areas include the bathroom, kitchen (the burners cannot be used though) and living room. Great Location, comfy and clean apartment. fairly small, but it has everything you need. I would definitely stay here again. I recommend if you don't have a lot of time and want to be really central.
Jun 27, 2019Staying in Fran’s apartment was ideal. The apartment is very cozy and nice. The location is very convenient as it is right in Las Ramblas so you can visit the Gothic quarter and many nice places in the center on foot (including the beach!!). Gothic quarter is also lovely to go to have dinner and to have a drink, so I was just in the middle of everything. That was just perfect for me to come and go easily during the day as many times as I wanted. The room and the rest of the apartment were very clean and tidy. You can tell that they pay attention to this, and I was very happy with it as I am quite picky with cleanliness. Suraj and Fran are very cool guys, they were very friendly and helpful. I owe you one guys!! You’ll see me here again for sure!!

Jun 27, 2019Very nice and clean place to stay... The apt is exactly like the photos, new and well equipped. The most important thing to me was the location, just in the center near of EVERYTHING... The tolleit is actually better than mine... ;) I would fully recommend.
Jun 27, 2019The location for Fran's place is impeccable, most of the things are close by, and the metro is right outside (well almost)...the room was nice and the balcony view was amazing. Fran is very (Website hidden by Airbnb) was a wonderful and very memorable stay!

Jun 27, 2019Listing description is accurate. The room is lovely and what you see on the picture is what it actually is. The host is welcoming and very helpful. The apartment is situated in the old part of Barcelona which gives your stay a more genuine experience of the city. The area is great. You are close to the underground and to the beach and there are numerous small streets around, full of all kinds of different restaurants, shops and interesting places. The only drawback of the place is that the street below is noisy at it is popular both during the day and during the night. If you don't mind that you are going to have a great time.
Jun 27, 2019A great stay in Barcelona! The bnb was easy to find and suraj helped us upstairs. The room and apartment were exactly as shown, clean and spacious. There was a beautiful balcony looking right out onto la rambla. I definitely recommend this for a stay in Barcelona.

Last night in Barcelona, he took me a restuarant, which was nice, and unforgettable, even though it was short time. The room was not that big as I could see in the pictures, but very cozy. The location was perfect! Thank you Suraj. Hope to see you again.

The flat is very nice and clean, the host is very friendly and forthcoming, it was no struggle at all.... the proximity has many benefits, if you like it lively, only the noise of the metro can be a bummer....all in all a very pleasing stay, will come back in fall!!
Jun 27, 2019Quartier central, on ne peut mieux pour visiter. Rambla très bruyante car c'est juste à côté de la place Real qui accueille les fêtards. Il n'y pas de double vitrage et donc on entend tous les bruits de la rue (fenêtre de la chambre ne se ferme pas correctement). La cuisine et la salle de bain sont vétustes. Accueil de Suraj (colocataire) très gentil et disponible, merci.

Jun 27, 2019We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in Barcelona,we werden opgehaald door onze gastheer op centraal punt en naar onze kamer/woning gebracht het was een eenvoudige maar goede kamer pal aan de ramblas het huis was schoon en de gastheer erg vriendelijk,zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
Jun 27, 2019My friend and I had a great stay in Barcelona over the weekend. Tony and his friend were very accommodating and let us into the apartment at a time that was convenient for us. The apartment was super clean and cozy and the view from our balcony looked over the main street! Also, we were allowed to leave our bags in the living room past check out time because our flight was later in the day. Would love to stay here again!
Jun 27, 2019We had such a great stay in Barcelona, all thanks to Suraj (Tony's friend) and the amazing location of the app! Suraj was a really nice host, who made us feel like we were at home. Everything was superclean, the location was amazing and I think this trip wouldn't have been as much fun as it was if it wasn't for this! The room was very clean, the balcony made it supercosy and we literally felt like we were in paradise! Thank you so much for your great hospitality, hope to see you soon someday!!!!

Jun 27, 2019Het contakt met Tony was erg leuk en er werd snel op mails gereageerd. We hebben Tony jammergenoeg niet gezien maar Suraj is een jonge man die in het appartement woont en bij vragen altijd bereid is om je te helpen. De kamer is aan de Ramblas waardoor je lekker centraal zit. Je mag naast de slaapkamer bijna alles gebruiken, keuken, woonkamertje, badkamer, toilet. Jammergenoeg de wasmachine niet. Oorpluggen zijn wel een must in deze kamer (deze worden verstrekt door de verhuurder maar mijn eigen herriestoppers waren beter), vooral in de weekeinden. en het enige wat we echt jammer vonden was dat je de balkondeuren niet open kan doen want de uitlaatgassen komen dan je kamer binnen ipv frisse lucht. Voor de rest een aanrader!
Jun 27, 2019Apartment is lovely, extremely clean including crisp clean bedding and soft big towels. Kitchen clean and well equipped, likewise bathroom with plenty of hot water for showers. Our bedroom was great for a weekend stay, comfortable bed, wardrobe with lots of hanging space for clothes. The icing on the cake was our balcony and the view of La Rambla - just sitting on our two little chairs after an evening out watching the world below - absolutely awesome!!! Didnt meet Tony but communications prior to our stay were excellent. Suraj was a lovely guy, helped us with directions and anything else we needed. Location - what can I say - excellent, excellent, excellent OK a little noisy at times but so vibrant !! Love Barcelona and will definitely use Tony's again in the future. Highly recommended.

Jun 27, 2019비행기 시간을 잘못 공유해서 원하는 시간에 만나지 못했습니다. 그래도 생각보다 빨리 일을 끝내고 돌아와서 저와 제 친구를 맞이해주었습니다만, 청소를 하느라 좀 기다려야했어요. 우리가 원하면 새 타올은 원계속 주었고, 욕실에 뜨거운 물도 잘 나왔습니다. 화장실도 깨끗해서 마음에 들었습니다. 위치는 람블람 거리, 루세아 역 바로 앞이라서 좋았지만~ 시내라서 밤에 너무 시끄러웟어요. 조용한 잠자리를 원하시는 분이라면 참고하시길!

Jun 27, 2019Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung war perfekt um die Stadt zu Fuß sich zu erschließen. Die Zimmer waren wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Wir haben uns sehr gut begleitet gefühlt beim Ankommen und bei der Abreise. Die Kommunikation hat dank der neuen Medien einwandfrei geklappt. Danke Tony das Du uns bei Dir hast wohnen lassen. :-)
Jun 27, 2019Genau die richtige Lage für kurzen Aufenthalt! Oder wenn man gern sehr zentral wohnt! Ohrstöpsel jedoch nicht vergessen! Suraj hat alles bestens organisiert! Er wohnt hier und ist sehr nett! Die Wohnung ist sauber. Mein Bericht richtet sich für das Zimmer zur Rambla raus aus. Es gibt 2 Zimmern zur Vermietung.

Jun 27, 2019While we did not meet Tony his friend Sanjay was very helpful and Tony was great with communication on line. The apartment was very central and light and bright, however, given the bedroom overlooks the Ramblas it was extremely noisy particularly through the night. Given that they're several rooms in the apartment, it was more like a back packers and as people were also sleeping on the lounge you had to creep about coming and going and it left me with nowhere to go to make a few calls home etc while my travel companion was sleeping etc.
Jun 27, 2019Had a great stay in Barcelona. The apartment is super central, overlooking La Rambla. Suraj is a kind and accommodating guy. He came to find us on the street, helped us to the apartment and then showed us around the town. Word of caution that La Rambla is quite a busy street especially at night so light sleepers may need to think twice... or indulge in some sangria before bed... or just bring earplugs... or don't sleep.

Jun 27, 2019Tony was a great host. He showed us around and went out of his way to help us regain an item we left behind. You could not have asked for a better location off of Las Ramblas. It was not more that a ten minute walk to the beach and a five minute cab ride to the train station. I would absolutely stay there again.

As stated it has 3 rooms in total all sharing one toilet and bathroom. Has a bit of a backpacker feel to it. Basically your paying for location.

Jun 27, 2019Suraj is really kind and polite host. He helped us with our luggage (it was really heavy suitcase, so thanks again) and told about the most important things. Location is perfect. We didn't need using metro or bus and could visiting by walk. The best thing in this flat is balcony with view on La Rambla - it was pleasure to sit on this balcony and drink sangria. Room was simple and tidy (like on the photo). We had a lot privacy, because Suraj spent much time outside and the room is next to living room - we hadn't any problems with other (Hidden by Airbnb) . I recommended this room and visit in beautiful Barcelona :)

Jun 27, 2019We had a little miscommunication with Suraj for the time of our arrival, so we had to wait for about 30 minutes before we were able to go inside the appt, but otherwise, this place is great for short visits. Like mentionned before, the room faces Las Ramblas, which makes the noise level really loud, but we were kindly provided with ear plugs. Litterally in the middle of everything and is walking distance to all the "touristic Barcelona". We were happy with this rental, as it matched everything in its description.
Jun 27, 2019There was a miscommunication between our host Tony and Suraj who was responsible of letting us in the appartement which resulted in him meeting us a little over 30 mins after the previously agreed upon time. Suraj was obviously very sorry about the delay and helped us carry our luggages. They were very accomodating, letting us keep our luggages at the apartement before and after check in / check out. The room is modest but functional, the apartement was clean and the instructions very clear. The room faces Las Ramblas so like any room in El Raval, it will be quite noisy at night. Our host provided ear plugs which was a nice touch. The location is very central and the apt building is very safe. Would recommand for a short stay in Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019Suraj who lives in the apartment was there to meet and greet us. The apartment is in the middle of Las Ramblas which was absolutely a perfect location for us. The description of the room was accurate. Apartment was tidy. As the location is very central Suraj was well aware and prepared us for the potential noise from the busy street. He provided ear plugs which were put to use. We did have a good stay there and felt very safe. I would recommend this place as it is a key location and you can go anywhere from here.

Jun 27, 2019Le logement était en tout point conforme , j'ai aimé la localisation en plein centre. L'inconvénient de la chambre ou nous etions était le bruit de l'extérieur (donne sur les ramblas) mais j'ai tellement apprécier le coté central. Et puis il y avait des boules kies sur la table de nuit et fatiguée par la marche j'ai très bien dormi les 2 nuits. Enfin il n'y avait aucun bruit venant de l'appartement ou de l'immeuble . Notre hôte était très discret tout en étant présent si on en avait besoin. Du coup on avait l'impression d'avoir tout l’appartement pour nous. J'étais rassurée aussi par l'échange de mails ( 1ere fois que je loue avec airbnb) . Très bonne expérience donc Merci Tony et Suraj

Jun 27, 2019Todo salió perfecto! La descripción, leyéndola después de haber ido, es 100% fiel a la realidad. Nos hospedamos en la habitación que da a la calle, y puede resultar un poco ruidosa por las noches, pero nada que no se pueda tolerar, la ubicación lo justifica si es lo que se quiere priorizar. Suraj es muy amable y tolerante, nos dejó quedarnos incluso tiempo para terminar de cerrar los equipajes.

Really the best location that you can think about in Barcelona + balcony faces an important street + Suraj who was like a friend of us, he gave us enough info about Barcelona, even more, we were asking him about places while we were out by (Hidden by Airbnb) . Jun 27, 2019Un tres bon séjour chez Tony pour ce petit week-end ensoleillé ! L'appartement est petit mais très fonctionnel et surtout extrêmement bien situé en plein coeur de la rambla. Rien de mieux pour découvrir Barcelone et sa vie animée. l peut être un peu bruyant à cause de la vie nocturne trépidante mais une paire de bouchon d'oreille règle le souci.J'y retournerai sans problème.

It is on La Rambla so of course :) I would recommend this if you want to be in the thick of it. If so it is perfect location! Our host who lives there Suraj was very kind and friendly :) We felt very comfortable here :) Thank you!

Lamentablemente eramos 2 con una sola llave asi que tuvimos que molestar aveces a Suraj para que nos abra si nos desencontrabamos, y siempee se mostro muy bien predispuesto. El piso esta super bien ubicado, y si bien esta sobre la rambla que es una calle muy ruidosa, no se escuchaba nada x las noches (buenas ventanas). Volveria a ir sin duda!

Jun 27, 2019The location could simply not be better! The apartment is in the sweat spot between the beach and placa catalunya. It's directly at the rambla, very close to a subway station and a corner store is 1' away. If you are going to barcelona to really experience the city, this is the place to stay! Although be aware that this is a shared flat and we've stayed there with two other guests and a friend of the host.
Jun 27, 2019Location location location. This place is bang smack in the middle of everything going on. The view from the balcony looks right out over the rambles, and I loved the hussle and bussle. The beds were clean and really comfy, I slept really well. You do need to walk up several stairs so if you struggle with steps this may not be for you, and the noise from the street below is constant all night. I loved it, but my friend didn't but she used the earplugs left for us and slept deeply.

Jun 27, 2019Bon séjour à Barcelone dans cet appartement extrêmement bien situé. Le bruit de la Rambla ne nous a pas dérangé du tout. Les indications et conseils de Tony nous ont été très utiles. La salle de bain et les serviettes étaient néanmoins un peu vétustes.
Jun 27, 2019The room is clean and convenient, a short walk between metro station. It's easy to access main attractions on foot. It's a little bit loud outside at night, earplugs are provided for free. We can't express how much we love Tony's place by few words, this room is highly recommended.

Jun 27, 2019This is a shared apt right on Las Ramblas, a perfect location to explore the city or enjoy the active night life around. Lots of good restaurants, metro station and plaza Catalunya are walking distance. Paolo the concierge, does a wonderful job keeping the apt clean and safe and it's a great source of information as well. Highly recommended.

Jun 27, 2019Great location just off Placa Reial makes it very easy to explore the city, especially the Gothic Quarter. The room is simple - 2 twin beds and a closet - but totally adequate if you're out exploring. Perfect place for two travelers!
Jun 27, 2019We didn't get to meet Tony, but Paolo who checked us in was great. Met us in the Plaza Reial so it was easy to find, very helpful! He was able to answer all our questions or look things up for us! Apartment is right on La Rambla so perfect location for everything and everywhere! Metro stop just a 2 minute walk away. Room was clean and as expected from picture. Overall great weekend!

Jun 27, 2019If you're looking for a chill stay in the most central area of Barcelona, I really recommend this place. There are a couple of must knows: 1- you will need earplugs! 2- you'll have to be comfortable sharing the house and bathroom with multiple people. I met Paolo (not Tony), who's managing the house and he was really fantastic, he helped me figure out the surroundings and had some great tips for my stay!

Jun 27, 2019I was traveling to Barcelona together with my sister to do a little city trip for a few days. And what can I say? It was great! Being located near to Plaza Catalunya and La Rambla, the apartment is very central and perfect to go everythere you want to - by feet and metro. If you want to visit Parc Güell for example, you can jump directly on the metro line L3 which leads there. Together with us were two other people in the apartment, but that wasn't a problem at all. The room was a two-bed room with a small balcony facing the street side with a nice view on the wild La Rambla. We only got to know Paolo who did the check-in and check-out, always having an open ear for all the questions coming to your mind. Because our flight home was not before the evening, he offered to leave the luggage in the apartment even after the check-out and come back later to get it. So as you can see, a very kind and attentive guy. Thanks again Paolo :-)) Like mentioned also in other reviews before: Being located on La Rambla with a lot of bars, it can get a little noisy outside during the night. So I definitly recommend to bring some earplugs with you - just in case you can't fall asleep. Now in winter it was ok, but I don't know how it will be in summer. Coming to warmth and cold: The room also contains a heating and a ventilator thus you will be prepared for summer and winter. All in all: There's everything you need for a small, but comfortable stay.
Jun 27, 2019We only ended up meeting Tony's roommate Paolo, but everything was great! The room and the bathroom were clean, wifi worked well, and the location is amazing. It's very central, which means that it can get loud at times, but Tony was kind enough to provide earplugs for us, and it was never an issue. The place is super close to the metro, and getting around was super easy. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
Jun 27, 2019We really enjoyed the days we spent in the apartment! It was close to everywhere we wanted to go so we didn't even need public transport as there was no long walking distance! Paolo was a super nice and helpful guy and we can just recommend this place! Also Tony was really kind and helped us with organisation :-))

O barulho durante a noite realmente é muito alto, mas já sabíamos que assim seria, e Paolo nos deu tapa-ouvidos! Estranho é ver 2 banheiros: 1 somente com vaso sanitário e outro com chuveiro e pia... talvez seja assim na Espanha, no Brasil não é. Paolo é fluente em inglês, se comunicou perfeitamente com minha filha de 16 anos e comigo ele se esforçou para dar informações em espanhol, e foi boa a nossa comunicação. Recomendo a hospedagem para qualquer cidadão do mundo!

Paolo는 매우 친절해요. 숙소는 람브라거리에 있어서 위치는 나쁘지 않아요. 까탈루냐 광장, 해변, 피카소미술관 등등 걸어서 갈 수 있고, 메트로역도 바로 앞이라 매우 편해요. 밤에 조금 시끄럽지만 준비해준 귀마개하고 자면 나쁘지 않을거에요. 저희는 너무 피곤해서 귀마개 없이도 너무 잘 잤어요. 방은 사진과 같고 사진에 안보이는 창가쪽 공간이 넓어서 캐리어 놓기 좋았고, 옷장도 넓어요. 침대는 조금 삐걱삐걱 소리가 나지만 자는데 지장은 없어요. 화장실과 샤워실은 분리되어있고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나오며 방에 히터도 크고 따뜻했어요. 발코니에서 람브라 기리를 볼 수 있다는 것도 마음에 들었습니다. Tony의 가이드북에 나온 음식점 중에서 숙소 근처에 있는 곳으로 두군데 갔는데 매우 좋았어요. 참고하면 좋을것 같아요. 참 엘리베이터가 없는 2층 (우리나라로치면 3층)이라서 캐리어 들고 올라가는게 살짝 힘들긴했지만 Paolo가 친절하게 도와주었어요. 엘리베이터 없는것은 참고하세요. 또한 숙소 입구가 조금 색다릅니다. 요건 직접보시면 아실거에요.

The communication with both Tony and Paolo was great, and Paolo gave excellent suggestions on what to see, where to go. He was super friendly and always available if there was anything. Thank you for a great stay! It was the cherry on top of the cheesecake. PS. As it is on the main Street, there is some noise, but don't worry, Paolo got you covered and provides earplugs as well. Awesome. :)

Possibility to the luggage in the livingroom until leaving form the airport. Bit noisy at night, but with excellent solution, earplugs provided by host. Jun 27, 2019Tony's place is slap bang on in the middle of the Ramblas so if you are looking to stay in the thick if the action, this place is for you. Even with the closeness to the Ramblas the room offers a peaceful and quiet environment. The apartment feels very secure and it has a very friendly feel. A great place to stay!

Jun 27, 2019The room was small and simple but looked exactly as it did in pictures. Great location right on La Rambla, lots of nightlife and restaurants easily within walking distance. Paolo was super friendly and very accommodating, he let us check in early and gave us tips on places to check out when we went out at night. Can be a little loud at night, but earplugs were provided and we never had a problem. Definitely recommend.

The metro is a few meters away from the stay, so its easy to go to lots of well know places in Barcelona. It was also nice to meet Paolo. He was very friendly and gave us alot of tips, advices about the city.

He was very nice and there was easy communication with him being there. Please note: there was a second private room where people also were staying. There wasn't an issue, but would of liked the heads up knowing additional persons were sharing the space. Thank you for letting us stay there :)

Jun 27, 2019Great location right on the Las Ramblas strip close to all the shops, restaurants and attractions. Plenty of nightlife on your doorstep also which was in no way a problem for me. The host is very friendly and helpful has great tips on getting around, attractions and places to eat etc. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Jun 27, 2019Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, wodurch man das Zentrum in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Allerdings bringt die Lage natürlich auch einen gewissen Geräuschpegel mit sich und ist daher für sensible Ohren evtl. etwas ungeeignet. Das Zimmer ist genau wie der Rest der Wohnung sehr schlicht gehalten, war für unseren 3-tägigen Kurztrip aber völlig ausreichend, da wir sowieso die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren. In Sachen Sauberkeit gibt es womöglich kleine Abzüge...mein Bruder und ich sind da zwar nicht allzu penibel und haben uns für den kurzen Zeitraum nicht sonderlich daran gestört, allerdings könnten sich Leute mit starkem Bedürfnis nach Sauberkeit etwas unwohl fühlen. Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet, wir haben stets rasche, zuverlässige Antworten bekommen und der Gastgeber war super nett! Insgesamt können wir die Wohunung für einen kurzen Städtetrip, während dem man sich sowieso fast ausschließlich zum Schlafen in der Wohnung aufhält durchaus empfehlen :-).

Place was clean and in a great location. Palo was there and was so helpful with everything we needed. Definitely would recommend

As the appartement is directly situated on the Rambla it can be noisy, but clever Tony provides earplugs so you'll have a good sleep in fresh, clean sheets. Paolo, a guys living permanently in the appartement, is very kind, helpful and always willing to chat. Both Tony and Paolo were always immediately available by (Hidden by Airbnb) . I can definitely recommand that appartement .
Jun 27, 2019Tony and Paolo were great hosts! Their communication was precise and timely and I felt more than comfortable staying at the apartment. Tony left some great tips for restaurants which we took advantage of. The place is what you would expect from a shared Airbnb. Great if you plan to be out seeing the sites all day but not a place you'd come home to relax in. Las Ramblas is more noisy than expected even in the winter time. You definitely get a feel for what it'd be like to live in Barcelona by staying here. Make sure to check out the Federal Cafe for breakfast.

Ottimo anche per la sera, il quartiere gotico dietro l'angolo regala localini favolosi. Il nostro host è stato davvero disponibile, preciso e cordiale, suggerendoci anche posti da vedere e in cui mangiare fuori dalle rotte turistiche. Davvero consigliato, Barcellona mi ha sorpreso e se dovessi ricapitare, sceglierei di nuovo questa soluzione!

There were no noticeable difference between the shared photos in the website and reality. It was a cozy and clean apartment located in best part of the city. Although you maybe experience uncomfortable sleep during the night since there are a lot of noise at this part of the city.

Jun 27, 2019Perfect location, literally on la Rambla. Definitely gets noisy at night but if you’re a deep sleeper it’s totally fine plus, you are provided with ear plugs! Very easy to get to from the airport because a bus drops you off right on La Rambla (basically). His place is completely walkable to all attractions in Barcelona!

Jun 27, 2019Paolo was an extraordinarily great host. Communication was spot on and the appartment is situated perfectly in the middle of Barcelona. Due to its close proximity to the city center, the noise level is also corrispondingly high. However, free earplugs are offered to all guests, which cancel the noise. All in all a great stay and a friendly and charismatic host!

Jun 27, 2019Amazing value! Very centrally located and easily within walking distance of a lot of main attractions. The room was clean, spacious and had plenty of storage place. There is a small balcony as well which looks out on Las Ramblas - super fun to people watch and soak in the city’s vibe. It does get noisy at night but it didn’t bother us, the host was nice enough to supply ear plugs in case you need them. :) Bathroom and the rest of the home were clean and what we expected for a couple nights.

Jun 27, 2019This airbnb is exactly what you need, nothing more and nothing less. This place is definitely for the adventurous. And by that I mean people that love to experience the sounds of Barcelona. It is located in the Rambla which is the busiest and most touristy street in Barcelona so it is well located to go out to bars and dinner. Also, the people outside can get loud so if you have trouble with sleeping with noice, you might want to look elsewhere or bring noise canceling equipment :)

Room was small, and because its location at Las Ramblas which is a very busy part of town because of the large amount restaurants and stores, noise level was high. It did not bothered me, but if you cannot sleep with noise, you need to consider this factor when booking this place.

Jun 27, 2019Buena ubicacion si se quiere hospedar en las Ramblas, ruidosa, mucho calor por no disponer de aire acondicionado, sucia, no se podia hacer uso del baño y sobretodo, engaño absoluto en la ubicación. Se supone que esta en una perpendicular a las Ramblas y esta en la misma avenida. Para nosotros un desastre absoluto. Se nos insistio en decir que eramos amigos del dueño del piso si alguien preguntaba pero , ¿ qué da a cambio el propietario para exigir este favor? Engaño

It's a bit noisy because of the street, but earplug are gaven if needed (but you fall quickly asleep after visiting all day). Besides Paolo is very discret and helpfull. The little balcony is a real +. Oh and there was a brand new fan, the temperature in the room is good ! I recomand !

The position is in the center of the city and only 2 minutes walk to the metro station, which is easy to go every where. During the stay, we forget to bring the key and the host rode the bike and come from far away to open the door for me. We are really sorry and thank to the host. We lost some important thing in the house and left, but the host is kindly help to send it to me.

Jun 27, 2019Thanks to Paolo for his warm hospitality and Tony for the good conversation before my arrival! I felt home right from the beginning. The room is located central at La Rambla and a great starting point for excursions. The room was clean & sufficiently equipped - I used it only for sleeping - earplugs are a must have because it’s of course noisy outside. Thanks a lot & all the best for you 2!

Jun 27, 2019Such a great place!! Excellent location. Check in was quick and easy, beds were comfortable, shower was clean, and the host was so nice. His friend Paolo lives in the apartment and helped us check in and get situated. He even allowed us to leave our bags there as we departed from Barcelona much later than check out. Overall such a great trip! The apartment is located on las ramblas so the noise was very loud but we were provided free earplugs! Small price to pay for such a great stay!

Jun 27, 2019The host was very nice! The apartment is clean and comfortable. It has excellent location, from which it is easy to reach any point of the city. There is also a very cozy balcony overlooking the la rambla. Constanza sent us detailed instructions on how to get to her and we did not have any problems with the meeting. Thanks for a great time!

Jun 27, 2019Tony was very prompt with his responses right after booking. The host (Constanza) is lovely and was very accommodating. We got along with Constanza very well and loved her food and wine suggestions. The location was amazing and we particularly enjoyed the bustling street below for people watching. Everything was within walking distance. The room and toilet were clean and comfortable. Would definitely rebook upon next visit! Thank you Constanza!

Jun 27, 2019The host is really friendly and helpful! The location is great and convenient, but it’s also why it’s a little bit noisy. Thankfully the host prepared earplug for us. The place is a little old, but really clean. I didn’t expect the narrow staircase, which made it a little difficult to carry my luggage. But I will still recommend the place! Cost effective!
Jun 27, 2019The flat you stay in is as described on the website. Location fantastic. Didn't need the ear plugs provided as we were so tired after days out in this wonderful city. Beds really comfortable. Constanza was the perfect host, able to answer any questions we had. I would definately use Tony's flat again next time I'm in Barcelona.
Jun 27, 2019Highly recommend. Everything was perfect in this room especially for the location. Cuz every tourist spots are close to this room and you can walk to everywhere like Boqueria market or the beautiful ocean! Tony and his friend were so kind and did everything we needed. What is more we were allowed to leave our luggages after the check out time. Even though we were told that the outside might be noisy at night, we could not realize any sounds at night. If I have chance to revisit Barcelona someday, I’ll definitely stay this room again.

Jun 27, 2019Die Wohnung von Tony ist perfekt für Menschen die eine Quartier für die Nacht suchen und sonst Unterwegs sind. Das Apartment ist super zentral gelegen, dadurch aber auch etwas laut. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein aber zum Schlafen reicht es alle mal. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber und auch separat verschließbar. Das Apartment ist aber nichts für Menschen die penibel auf Sauberkeit haben oder Probleme mit Treppen haben. Es liegt im 3. Stock in einem Altbau (sehr enge Treppen).
