It is a small guest house with the several apartments. We had one with two bedrooms. Pretty nice flat, everything like wrote in description and shown on photos. We have been in Istanbul on New Year holidays and it was a good place in the center of the old city. Thanks for help Yaşarcan ))
Jun 27, 2019I have been using Airbnb for a long time but I've never seen this kind of helpful service. Emre who was the owner is so kind and try to help you whatever problem you have. Rooms are clean and big. They have airport shuttle which is really affordable. It was my best experience on Airbnb so I overly recommend it.
Jun 27, 2019Emre and his cousin are great hosts. They were really friendly and assist us with whatever we needed. The room was bigger than expected. However, we had some issues with the room but he changed us to another one without any problem. I went with my husband, baby and parents, and we all have enjoyed our stayed there. We would stay with them again in the future. Gracias, Emre and Ugur!
Jun 27, 2019Emre, our host and his assistant made our trip memorable! They were incredibly accommodating and took excellent care of us, we felt like family. We would stay there again! Close to the Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar. Hope to go back !

Jun 27, 2019Много кроватей, красивый потолок!! Отличное место положение! Всегда в тонусе! Утром подъем, вечером спуск. Если будут проблемы хозяин их решит. Гостеприимство на уровне! Есть среди сотрудников Русский персонал. Рядом с голубой мечетью, базаром и общественным транспортом! Была проблема с водой, но ее быстро решили. Всем советую!

Jun 27, 2019The host in this hotel is out of the ordinary. We believe he can do much more than just accommodating guests. We arrived at the hotel at 11 pm. After dropping us off, the driver asked if the host who was standing in front of the car can give a hand to lift our luggage. But the host seemed to so enjoy resting his hands in his warm and lovely pockets that he refused to help us. It is definitely the first time for us to receive a NO from a host of a hotel when we asked for help to handle the luggage. But luckily, it is also the last time - in following trips to Pamukkale, Ephesus, and Ankara, all hosts helped us without even asking. After we were inside the hotel and ready for checking in, the host suddenly claimed that our reservation has been altered. Another group of guests who lived in our reserved rooms and should check out this morning had their flight cancelled. So they quickly made a reservation again for the same room. Very coincidently, their reservation request was sent right before ours, the reservation system on hotel`s computer approved theirs and ignored ours, but somehow our reservation still got a confirmation though it should not. Hence, our reservation was actually failed in the system and now we had to move to another apartment. We found this explanation rather funny. Our reservation was confirmed in November, a month ago. Nevertheless, that reservation request sent today by other guests still managed to appear on the reservation system one second ahead of ours. It got approved, and therefore kicked us out. Hence, we made the assumption to explain such impossibility: 1. The reservation request by other guests can time travel, and it successfully went through a wormhole and arrived in the reservation system one month before it sent. 2. The internet connection between Germany and Turkey is inhumanly poor, such that our reservation request has delayed for a whole month and unfortunately conflicts with other guests` request. 3. The reservation system software is buggy. After we pointed out the illogic points in his explanation, the host`s shining face turned grey as his feeling was hurt. He decided not to defend for himself or find excuses anymore; he solidly told us, if we are not satisfied with the alternation, we could, of course, call Airbnb customer service for help, and we could, of course, go out and find another hotel for settling. I had to admit it was a brilliant fight back against us. He clearly understood that, on a December night, one is not stupid enough to give up an available apartment and risk spending all night on finding a new one. We have no choice but shut up. As a result, four people of us moved from an apartment with 6 beds to a smaller apartment with 2 beds, which is smelly and noisy. During the whole conversation, the host did not apologize for...

Jun 27, 2019Unfortunately, the decaying state of the building, is not accurately conveyed by the pictures; for those with OCD, this might not be the best choice of accommodation. However, it's got a fantastic location, and the host did all that he could to make sure we were as comfortable as possible.
