The apartment has an available one-bedroom only, with queen size bed, armario (closet), a writing desk, AC, floor fan, and 3 windows of light. There is a separate and fully equipped kitchen off the hallway; a bathroom with service sink and washer; hardwood floors; living/dining room with a wooden dining table and chairs, sofa, flat screen tv, and a bookcase of our small but beloved collection of books & magazines; and plenty of natural light! The apt and building are both very well kept and clean.

We love our neighbourhood! Its close to everything. We go for morning surf sessions and afternoon dips. Need i say more?! There are banks, 24-hr pharmacy, grocery stores, fruit markets, bars, botecos, cafes, restaurants, all within one block or more. We are within 3-5 minutes walking to Copacabana beach (Posto 6), Arpoador point (sunsets!), and Ipanema beach. Every Tuesday morning, there is a farmers market in General Osorio square. Every Sunday, check out the Feira Hippie (Hippie Faire) in the same square.

At night, for safety, please make sure the front building door is fully shut. There is no doorman before 8am and after 8pm.

Bus, metro, bike, foot, skate all within 1-5 blocks of the apartment.

Please use service door and service elevator in the stairwell when going to and from the beach. There is a little hose in the patio area (near the sink) to rinse off sand.
