El piso -la azotea, más bien- es pequeña y, aunque no es nada lujosa, está bien equipada con un pequeño baño y una cocinita. El único inconveniente es la cama, algo pequeña y no especialmente cómoda, aunque tengo entendido que la cambiará en breve. También hay una terraza con muy buenas vistas y muy agradable. Alicia ha sido muy atenta y puntual, perfecto. ¡La relación calidad-precio está muy bien!
Jun 27, 2019Alicia es una perfecta anfitriona, muy amable y atenta. El apartamento es precioso. Es pequeño, pero muy confortable. Esta todo muy bien organizado y limpio. Ademas cuenta con una terraza muy grande, que es un lujo. El apartamento esta situado muy cerca del metro y de la parada del bus, por ello, es muy facil moverse por la ciudad.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is in the perfect location to see all of Barcelona! The apartment has everything you need while you stay, and a great price! The only drawback was the bathroom - which was tiny and a little smelly, but you can't have it all with old buildings. The kitchen and bed area were perfect for a couple on holiday. Alicia was helpful and easy going. We had a wonderful time.
Jun 27, 2019We had a great time staying at Alicia's place. She was an amazing host. Her schedule worked out such that she was able to pick us up from the airport. She provided maps and water for us as well. The studio is a bit small but it is very fair for the price. It is located a block from Sagrada Familia and a block to the subway station. The rooftop deck was a huge place. We would stay there again.

There is everything you need and the terrace with its incredible view over Barcelona is terrific! Alicia is an especially nice host, she helped us with everything and her recommendations were great. It was a real pleasure to stay there.

Her apartment is quiet, bright and well-equipped, with lots of brochures, maps and guides to help you on your stay in Barcelona. We especially enjoyed sitting on the terrace, which has an amazing view of the city. We would definitely recommend Alicia's apartment to future visitors!!

The flat itself is small, but presents that Barcelonian feel and has everything required for a pleasant stay - including a wonderful terrace facing Sagrada Familia. HIGHLY Recommended!

It's clean and has everything one might need. The bathroom and shower are very small, but overall the stay was very good! Oh, the view from the patio is great!!!
Jun 27, 2019We had a great time staying at Alicia's apartment in Barcelona. It is a small studio locted virtually on the roof of an elegant tenement house (yes, there is elevator ;-) surranded by a huge terrace with a splendid view as it is located just beneath Sagrada Familia. Highly recommended!

Jun 27, 2019We liked Alicia studio. It is not big, but quite nice. I found all necessary staff and even more (poker cards for example). It was inconvenient to switch on water heater before 1 hour to have a shower and weak Wi-Fi. The rest was good. Terrace was amazing:)
Jun 27, 2019Alicia is a great host. She is very outgoing and helpful. She told us a lot about Barcelona, places to visit, and restaurants. The apartment is nice. Very good location with a view to Sagrada Familia. An outstanding roof terrace. In summer, it must be a real delight to relax there and enjoy slices of jamon iberico de bellota with a glass of good wine. Beautiful ceiling decorations in the hallway. However there were some little problems: the place was a little bit dusty (however, it is the duty of the guests to clean it, so maybe not the host's fault); there was no hot water in the kitchen; the bathroom is very tiny and you have to wait around half an hour to get hot water (boiler); rather weak Wi-Fi. Yet, the apartment if fairly priced and a warm welcome can make up for all of this.

Jun 27, 2019Alicia is a great host, helpful and she suggested us some very nice places to visit in Barcelona. The apartment is nice, it has everything you need and it's close to the metro station and to a lot of touristic attractions. The terrace has an amazing view to the Sagrada Familia (perfect for a drink getting some sunshine :) ) The only little inconveniences: weak wi-fi and you have to wait half an hour to have the hot water for the shower. The overall stay was very good, I recommend this place, it's a good deal for the price

( She also manged to blow away the clouds from the sky :) Also its location is very good one the best parts of Barcelona with its small familiar shops. Thank you!
Jun 27, 2019We had a great time in Barcelona. Alicias studio is a very good place to stay. Very small, but it's cozy, has everything you could need, also a very big sunny terrace and is located perfectly. It was very clean and Alicia is a friendly and helpful host. Only the wifi is a bit weak. Everything else was just like we wished. We definitely recommend Alica and her studio! We booked the studio for 5 nights, and our airline went on strike, so that we had to leave 1 night earlier. During our trip Alicia left to London for 3 days an when she got our message about the strike, she didn't knew, that we already had to leave Barcelona, so that she offered us the studio for free for 2 more days to have time to concern about a new flight. We were very pleasant about this helpful offer and would like to thank Alicia on this way once more officially! On our next trip to Barcelona we would chose this studio again!
Jun 27, 2019Alicia was an outstanding host and her place is a great place to stay while visiting Barcelona. The very clean and tidy studio has everything you might need -- very comfortable beds, well arranged storage, nicely equipped kitchen and tourist info. It's very quiet and also well-located for visiting sites via foot or metro. Alicia anticipated our needs and was very responsive. Best, volunteered to pick us up at the airport, and even when we missed our flight and came in 4 hours late, she still came and got us. That was a blessing because we were so tired after traveling for 24 hours. As a native, she knows all about Barcelona and will happily provide whatever info you want. Her English is very good. No communication difficulties. We will recommend her home to our friends.
Jun 27, 2019Alicia is a very kind and warm person, the communication went very well. The location of the studio is perfect to sleep: it's very quiet so for the first time in Barcelona I slept well! The metrostation is closeby to bring you to the centre in 10 minutes. We used the studio only to shower & sleep because it is very, very small (there is no real bathroom, just a toilet and shower) but the terrace is lovely! Very huge and sunny.

She was there on time to meet and greet us (even checked to see if we were lost), small supplies of anything that we may need was in the kitchen, let us use her internet when system went down, ordered cab for us - as there was no service in English... Jun 27, 2019We enjoyed our stay in Barcelona a lot! Alicia is a great host and gave us lots of useful information and recommendations when we arrived and would have been available in the house, if we would have needed help. You reach the indeed cozy studio on the top floor with the elevator. A highlight is the terrace with a view of the Sagrada familia. You have access to the terrace via the staircase, but use it exclusively (at least we never met anyone). Ideal for a breakfast in the morning sun! The bed is just like described and shown on the photo and works for two people. The Wifi worked, but don't expect the fastest and most stable connection. For our purposes it worked fine. The kitchen has everything you need for a small cooking session, though we never used it for this. A plus was that Alicia provided tea, coffee, milk and biscuits already. The bathroom is very small and does not have a separate sink. You also need to put the boiler on an hour before the shower, if you want hot water, which was not a problem for us. In general, we enjoyed our stay. The apartment has a very good location and with the subway you easily get anywhere in the city. Thanks Alicia!

Jun 27, 2019The staying in the studio was very pleasant .We spent seven nights in Barcelone. Near the Metro Sagrada, which was very usefull.The beds were good, and we had all facilities for cooking. Good address for a stay in this town , we'll recommand it to friends and family.

Alicia was great to work with and was so helpful when my luggage was lost at the Barcelona airport. I recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to stay in middle of it all for a great price.

A Alicia foi muito gentil comigo, o trem que eu viajei de Paris para Barcelona atrasou duas horas, cheguei a Barcelona por volta de 23 horas, a Alicia me esperou e me recebeu muito bem! Jun 27, 2019Great location, a few mn away from the Sagrada Familia and the subway station. Very convenient to visit the city from there. The view from the terrace is amazing and Alicia is very helpful. If we were to go back to Barcelona, we'd definitly go to hers again !
Jun 27, 2019Alicia has the perfect cozy loft which i can describe as "home away from home". It has everything that one could need/ require. The loft is centrally located and within walking distance to many places - even the city as i strolled through in summer. The views from the terrace are breathtaking and is a feature entirely on its own. The perfect little place i would advise/ recommend to anyone. Should i return to Barcelona - i would definitely look no further. Thanks for everything!!!

Хозяйка квартиры, Алисия, очень доброжелательная и общительная: отвечала на все наши многочисленные вопросы, очень помогла при возникших трудностях с покупкой билетов на футбольный матч (ходила с нами в банк, связывалась со службой поддержки). В квартире есть все самое необходимое - 2 одноместные кровати, шкаф для одежды, кондиционер, холодильник, чайник и кофемашина (чай, кофе и сахар тоже есть), посуда и магнитофон, электрическая плитка (мы ей не пользовались). Вид с террасы на Саграда Фамилия очень впечатляет. На террасе есть лежаки, стол и стулья. Место достаточно тихое, можно и с открытым окном спать. До метро идти 2 минуты. Рекомендуем эту квартиру для непродолжительных поездок в Барселону. Потому как все-таки квартирка совсем небольшая, а туалет с душем просто мизерные (но все очень чисто), wi-fi сигнал неустойчив. В качестве бюджетного варианта эта квартира подходит идеально!

Jun 27, 2019We had a perfect stay at the apartment of Alicia. It is a small flat, but there is all you need. Because it was pretty hot, we appreciated the air conditioning in the room. The big roof terrace is wonderful, with an amazing view on the Sagrada familia and over the city. When we were there we always had the terrace all for ourselves and enjoyed to have breakfast or spend the evening there. The flat is located very central, but inside you almost didn't even hear the bells of the sagrada familia or any traffic noise. Alicia was really, really kind and even offered us to pick us up at the airport. She also told us what we have to see in Barcelona and where are good places to have dinner. We would definitly come back to Alicias apartment and already recommended it to our friends!

Internals looks exactly like in the pictures - no more and no less. Clean, compact and comfortable. Available set of appliances. Amazing terrace - great view, great place for a "petit-déjeuner" or a dinner to the sound of bells. Jun 27, 2019I stayed in Alicia's studio for a month and it was exactly what I needed. The location is excellent and the rooftop terrace is fabulous! Alicia is an excellent, well organized host and she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. The Wifi was fast and reliable. I would highly recommend the studio to anyone staying in Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019No he conocido a Alicia personalmente, aunque la relación con ella ha sido satisfactoria. Atenta y guía en todo momento! La recepción me la hizo su hermana: una persona puntual, cortés y muy correcta. En cuanto al estudio, un espacio bien equipado y confortable, ideal para pasar tres días de tranquilidad. He podido relajarme y disfrutar de las vistas desde la terraza y del cielo de Barcelona. Espero volver. Totalmente recomendable!
Jun 27, 2019My friend and I had an amazing time in Barcelona. We stayed at Alicia's for 3 days, and enjoyed the location of the flat. Ideally situated nearby the Sagrada Familia train station, it is also closed to everything (bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc.). The flat has an amazing terrasse with great views on the Sagrada Familia and the the Torre Agbar (we loved it at breakfast time!). It is quite small, with basically everything you may need for a short stay. We found the fridge a little bit noisy, especially at night, but on the overall it remains really quiet.

Jun 27, 2019End of April I stayed several days in the studio with my son (13 y). Location is great with privale view on Sagrada. Great to have breakfast and late afternoon rest on terrace! Beds slept perfectly; bathroom is very small but okay. Alicia and sister were very friendly and informed us about special events during our stay. Camp Nou experience was great (metro Collblanc) as well as the burgers in the Argentina restaurant across the street.

Jun 27, 2019Mi experiencia como huésped del Cozy Sunny Studio ha sido inmejorable. El estudio es tal cual se presenta en el portal de airbnb, no exagera virtudes ni disimula defectos. Viajé a Barcelona solo, me alojé algo más de un mes y por cuestiones laborales muchos días tuve que pasar horas en casa trabajando, siempre me sentí cómodo, sobre todo por la agradable luminosidad y por la amplia y hermosa terraza que balconea sobre la mismísima Sagrada Familia de Gaudí. Es un estudio austero pero confortable que respondió perfectamente a mis expectativas y objetivos. Su ubicación es muy buena, muy bien comunicado con autobuses y metro aunque casi todas mis idas y venidas al Eixample, a los barrios del casco histórico o a Gràcia los hice caminando porque es la mejor manera de disfrutar de Barcelona y porque son trayectos que no superan los veinticinco o treinta minutos de paseo. En las inmediaciones del Cozy Sunny Studio hay multitud de bares, restaurantes de todo tipo y comercios de alimentación, lo que hace muy cómoda la vida cotidiana. Como anfitriones Alicia Busquets y su familia son espectaculares. Siempre dispuestos a solucionar cualquier problema que pueda surgir, a asesorar al huésped en aquello que pudiera necesitar, a brindar atención y hospitalidad. Su hermana Mayte y su sobrino ( el Gran Charly, experto informático ) me sacaron de más de un apuro producido por mi natural torpeza durante mis primeros días en el Cozy Sunny Studio. Para redondear mi percepción de la calidad como anfitriones de Alicia y su familia bastará decir que mi almuerzo de despedida de Barcelona - horas antes de abordar el vuelo de regreso - lo disfruté en su casa en compañía de unas amigas suyas y de su simpático padre. Nos zampamos unas exquisitas empanadas santiagueñas hechas magistralmente por Liliana, una argentina de ley curiosa de las actividades artísticas y de las manifestaciones culturales de Catalunya. ¿ Se puede pedir más ?

A anfitriã Alicia foi super simpática e prestativa, passou todas as informações sobre o studio e a cidade, dando muitas dicas. O apartamento é bem pequeno, mas bem confortável e tem um vista linda para a Sagra família no terraço.O banheiro é bem pequeno.A internet funcionou muito bem.
Jun 27, 2019My wife and I stayed at Alicia's flat in Barcelona and we had a wonderful experience. The flat is perfectly positioned (just behind Sagrada Familia) and Alicia is a great host. She was very helpful and polite all the time, even though we arrived a little bit late due to our plane delay. The flat is small but it is perfect for two person and it has essential amenities you need. The roof terrace is huge and very convenient.
Jun 27, 2019My friend and I were really shocked by this place. We expected to see a cozy studio - but it turned out to be so tiny and cluttered that it was almost impossible to be there. The picture does not reflect the real size of the flat - actually the flat is much much smaller. There was a smell of cleaning substances in the flat - the cleaning had just been done and the smell was there until the very morning. The so called bathroom was extremely small - we could not take a shower, besides, the water was not warm enough.The bed sheets had pills on them, etc. So we decided to leave the flat in the morning and we were not going to stay for the second day (as we planned) - we had to go to the nearest hotel, with our suitcases again. When I texted Alicia about that she did not answer. Neither did she later in the evening. Or the next day. Alicia did not answer us or call us back. It seemed she just did not care. So we stayed in a hotel near Sagrada Familia with a beautiful terrace - which was very much different from the so called terrace of the studio (it was very dirty and not so nice as in the photo). I find this situation very unpleasant. Maybe this flat is ok for some people (and the location is good) - but pictures should reflect the real situation. In reality it is tiny and everything looks like second-hand stuff.
Jun 27, 2019We stayed in the apartment a bit longer than a week and it was amazing. Alicia was a lovely host. The flat was simply brilliant. Although small, it is nicely furnished and absolutely cosy. The highlight of the flat is perhaps the AC. After a long hot day at the beach we could hardly wait to get back to the nicely cool apartment. The apartment is very well situated. It is near the metro station, so you can reach all the sights by public transport. The beach is also only a short metro-ride away. Sagrada Familia is just round the corner. And now comes the most brilliant part: you can see this spectacular church every single day from the terrace. Despite the "touristy" location, the house is very safe and Alicia makes sure that it also stays safe. There are plenty of nice restaurants just rund the block. You will find Spanish and Italian cuisine, several fast food restaurants and snack bars. There are also nice places where you can get a cold mojito or sangria. If you'd rather cook your own meals, there are plenty of small shops where you can buy your daily essentials, fresh fruits, veggies, or spanish specialities. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need (even a hand blender for making fresh smoothies if you wish). To sum it up in a nutshell, if you're looking for a great stay in Barcelona and an awesome location, you definitelly should book this flat! I don't think there are many other places with such a great location.
Jun 27, 2019Alicia's studio is perfectly located one block away from Sagrada Familia and the metro station! It's a great fit for one person but the fold out bed accommodates two. It was a pleasant surprise to see how much privacy one gets as the studio is on the top/last floor (with lift) and you have the whole roof terrace to yourself...with stunning views of Sagrada Familia and Barcelona rooftops. Wifi worked great and so did the air conditioning unit. There was a ready to use beach bag, umbrella, blow dryer and plenty of closet space/drawers to put your stuff in. My only concern was that the studio was a bit dusty (cleaning depends on previous guest) and the shower was a tad too small. Nonetheless, I truly enjoyed my stay. I never met Alicia, however her friend Rafa was waiting for me and thoroughly explained everything. Alicia was prompt in responding to emails and phone calls. Thanks again, Alicia!
Jun 27, 2019The studio is indeed very sunny and cosy, though a bit small for two people. However, it has everything you need. Very nice thing is a board with a recommendations from previous guests: you may some useful info about places to go. In my opinion, the main advantage of this appartment is access to the roof! We enjoyed sitting there in the evenings, looking at Sagrada Familia and Barcelona roofs.
Jun 27, 2019Très bon accueil ,le logement est propre . L'immeuble est calme et le quartier bien desservi au niveau des transports. Il n'y a pas de salle de bains et la douche est vraiment très petite. La terrasse n'est pas du tout aménagée , elle n'est pas contiguë au studio et donc peu utilisable dommage!...

Jun 27, 2019Wir haben ein Monat in Barcelona verbracht und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr sehr nett und freundlich und hat uns jederzeit Ihre Hilfe angeboten. Das Highlight war sicherlich die nur für uns zugängliche Dachterrasse von der man fast die ganze Stadt sehen kann. Der einzige Nachteil war das sehr kleine Bad und das Fehlen des Waschbeckens.
Jun 27, 2019It’s really sunny and cozy studio. It’s on the top of very quiet building but with a terrace view on Sagrada Familia. Alicia was very thoughtful and good host. She provided us maps, city guides as well as helpful tips to move around the city. The near metro station connects you quickly to any part of the city. She also provided us a food for first couple of days which was very helpful. The only thing that bothered us was a small bathroom. However, we had really everything at our fingertips. Thanks to Alicia, there was really everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
Jun 27, 2019Nos hospedamos dos personas durante un mes. La ubicación perfecta. Junto a Sagrada Familia, metros, parques, supermercados... El estudio es muy acogedor y soleado, con todo lo necesario. Tal como indica en el anuncio, la terraza es muy amplia con vistas a toda Barcelona. Alicia como anfitriona, fue muy atenta, amable y cuando necesitamos algo, siempre estuvo disponible! Excelente trato Recomendable a todo aquel que quiera pasar por esta hermosa ciudad.

Jun 27, 2019Alicia replied to emails in a timely manner. I arrived at 23:00 and Alicia met me at the apartment. The apartment looks better in the photos than in real life. Internet worked well, and metro is nearby. The area is a bit overcrowded with tourists, and restaurants are uninspiring, but one can walk to Gracia in 15-20 mins, where the offering is better. The apartment is ok for short stays.
Jun 27, 2019Alicia quickly dealt with and solved an issue that was of fundamental importance to me - namely a FAST and reliable Internet connection for my online work (which comes with me when I travel). That allowed me then to enjoy this extraordinarily-positioned place, a rooftop apartment with an unobstructed view of Sagrada Famlia. I had a wonderful month here, and plan on returning asap.

Jun 27, 2019Experiencia agridulce. Tiempo: 77 noches. Asunto: por trabajo. Cuando llegué era de noche, y aparentemente no había mucha suciedad, aunque algunas manchas en las paredes y muebles se veían. A la mañana siguiente, cuando a la luz del día pude ver todo mejor, me encontré con mucha suciedad. Al recibirme Alicia, me dijo que si veía algo, que se lo comentase, puesto que el inquilino anterior había dejado todo "asqueroso" y que su sobrino había limpiado, pero que no era el habitual en hacerlo. Pues bien, los muebles de la cocina tenían una cantidad de moho, polvo, arenilla... la cubertería sucia, tazas con manchas marrones.... En las paredes había muchísimo polvo y marcas. La ventana de la cocina llena de grasa, el estor... El baño no estaba muy sucio, pero el fondo del váter tenía una costra difícil de quitar incluso al rascado, aunque con el tiempo la conseguí eliminar. Empecé a limpiar, me di una paliza en la cocina, pero aún así era interminable. Se lo comuniqué, me pidió disculpas, y a los 2 días vino la hermana (muy simpática y atenta) a limpiar durante la mañana el estudio. Subió con aspiradora, y sí limpió. y quitó la mayoría de marcas en las paredes. Pero para mi un par de horas no fueron suficiente. Porque cuando compré unas sábanas más abrigadas, al cambiar la cama, me encontré que debajo del colchón y entre el somier había monodosis de gotas oculares, bastoncillos de los oídos... polvo, mucho, debajo de la cama. La silla del escritorio tenía la tela con muchas marchas amarillas de sudor, y la acabé fregando. Fue una sorpresa muy desagradable. Ya decidí ni comentar esta segunda parte, me dediqué a limpiarlo yo mismo. Es cierto que en todo momento fueron muy atentas, cualquier cosa que les dijese lo atendían, me subieron un calefactor de aire nuevo, etc.. Lo cierto es que el estudio es muy básico, pero con lo necesario, para un par de meses se adapta uno. Le falta la lavadora, que no si si habría o no espacio físico para ponerla. No obstante, en la calle a poco metros y en sentido opuesto hay 2 lavanderías. Allí mismo se puede secar la ropa, pero en la azotea justo en frente del estudio hay un tendedero, y además coloqué cuerdas. Con el viento que corre ahí arriba se seca de momento todo. La cocina es muy básica, con 2 hornillas portátiles eléctricas, así que no se puede cocinar muy a gusto. La localización es inmejorable. Vistas desde la azotea a la Sagrada Familia y torre Agbar. Al torcer la esquina la boca de metro. Mucho comercio alrededor (en frente varias farmacias, supermercados.. en la misma calle Condis, cerca de Día, Mercadonas..) Pero a mi parecer necesitaría unas reformillas: el baño, la zona de la ducha, se está agrietando, y se ve ya la raja junto a la nevera, pintar o forrar los muebles de la cocina... cableados, etc etc. Se ve más nuevo en las fotos...
Jun 27, 2019Excelente mi estadía en lo de Alicia, el departamento es tal cual la foto excelente para una persona , cuenta con todo lo necesario esta súper equipado. Alicia está siempre cuando la necesitas y supo resolver lo inconvenientes que sucedieron . Volvería a alquilar la zona inmejorable . Saludos
Jun 27, 2019The location is great and the view from the really big terrace is great. The room is equipped with everything. The area has nice shops and is very central. It is less than 5 minutes to the metro where you can get trains to the beach and other parts of the city. There are nice gyms around and the view on the Sagrada Familia is brilliant. There are cafes and restaurants around. Alicia is very friendly and approachable.
Jun 27, 2019Es un ático súper acogedor, con una ubicación excelente. Realmente es lo que se muestra en las fotos. Alicia y su hermana Cristina son increíblemente amables! Súper recomendable para jóvenes que estén de paso unos días por Barcelona.

Jun 27, 2019Alícia fue un host increíble. Siempre dispuesta a solucionar cualquier problema o duda y a mejorar la experiencia con sugerencias de interés cultural. Es más que generosa en la atención y los demás vecinos del edificios también son muy agradables en el trato. La ubicación del lugar es perfecta. Es de fácil acceso de cualquier parte de la ciudad inclusive el aeropuerto. La vista desde la terraza da directo a la sagrada familia , por la cercanía se escuchan a diario sus campanas :) - Alicia was an incredible host. Always ready to solve any problem or doubt and to improve the experience with suggestions of cultural interest. She is more than generous in attention and the other neighbors of the buildings are also very nice. The location of the place is perfect. It is easily accessible from any part of the city including the airport. The view from the terrace gives direct to the sacred family, because of the proximity you hear their bells every day :)
