You guys were great hosts and we highly recommend you and your apartment to other Airbnb guests. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable with the memory foam mattress. When we arrived there were clean towels, shampoo and conditioner, and cold water nicely prepared for us. Lee & Daniel are really easy to deal with and more than helpful in recommending places to go and providing concise instructions in using the transit system. The apartment is located 7 minutes walk from 2 train stations and frequent bus services just around the corner so getting to and from Manhattan was quite easy. The apartment is immaculate, the memory foam bed feels like you're sleeping on a cloud, and it was generally the perfect Airbnb experience. This is how it should be folks. Go stay with these dudes, you won't regret it.
Jun 27, 2019Lee and Daniel were perfect hosts! Although we didn’t interact with them too much due to being busy sightseeing, they were very kind and gracious in our short interactions and via text, gave us our privacy, very accessible and provided everything we could possibly need. We arrived the first day to a wonderfully made up bed and a five-star hotel-like arrangement of fresh towels, tissue, shampoo and conditioner, and free bottled water sitting right on top of it. The bed was very comfortable. The AC worked perfect. The room was a good space. And the bathroom was clean, modern looking, and perfect size as well. Few days in, we noted how the only things missing in the room would be a towel rack and mirror and miraculously (almost scary, mind-reading type scary), Lee and Daniel had a new towel rack and mirror waiting for us the very next day. Seriously, FIVE STAR service. My girlfriend even remarked that they should open up their own hotel! The place was also very short walk away from both AC and J trains (which both take you to Manhattan in no time). Convenient stores close all over. We highly recommend staying with Lee and Daniel. They were very responsive to all our concerns and didn’t even mind our late-night arrivals, even though we felt bad because we didn’t want to wake them up with the door noise and such. Hope you choose their place and have as great a time with them as we did!
Jun 27, 2019The host made my partner in I feel very welcomed would have wanted the bathroom and bedroom to be a bit cleaner as there was hair on the floor in the bedroom that was not ours and the bathroom was a bit moldy.

Jun 27, 2019Both Lee and Daniel are very friendly host. We stayed 13 nights here. The house is neat and clean. Everything is very organised. It's in a safe community and there's 2 subway station within 10 mins walk and 1 min to the nearest bus stop. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this listing to anyone visiting New York.
Jun 27, 2019Meme si avec notre programme chargé nous étions très peu a l'appartement nous avons été très bien accueilli et bien conseillé également. L'appartement est très propre et situé à 10/15 min à pied de 2 lignes de métro et la chambre a un lit super confortable! 6 nuits qui sont passées très rapidement!
Jun 27, 2019It has been an absolute pleasure to have met Lee and Daniel: my girlfriend and I both wished we could have stayed more than just one night. The guys were very welcoming, and we had a great conversation comparing notes on New York and the US versus or home Europe - a moment for the likes of which we swear by AirBnB despite being rather private people. The apartment and room are very clean and light. It's conveniently close to the metro which gets you to Manhattan, a bus to Williamsburg, and an affordable Uber ride to JFK. Great place, good location, fantastic value. We would absolutely recommend staying with Lee and Daniel!
Jun 27, 2019This was our first time and Brooklyn and didn't know what to expect, after staying here we would definitely want to go back. This colorful neighborhood is fun, save and unique. Lee and Daniel was helpful, friendly and went out of their way to improve our stay. I love NY and this was a true living like a local experience. Easy parking outside the apartment and short walk to the train station to get into Manhattan. The area is full coffee shops and eateries to keep you busy. Lee and Daniel did a fabulous job in creating a space that is comfortable and inviting. As seasoned travelers who've stayed in a couple of places, this one ticks all the boxes, we would highly recommend you stay here.
Jun 27, 2019Lee and Daniel son increíbles!!!! Son divertidísimos, buena gente y serviciales, nos dieron consejos utilísimos. La comunicación con ellos es perfecta, contestan al momento que les escribes, siendo siempre super resolutivos. El apartamento es inmejorable. La habitación es comodísima, tiene una ventana que da al exterior y la cama es estupenda también, enorme!! En nuestra estancia coincidió que los días eran un poco fríos y contamos con un radiador que nos calentó al instante. El baño es muy cómodo y los chicos son muy limpios, todo está limpísimo. Para movernos utilizamos el metro, del que tienes dos paradas a escasos 10 minutos. Por todo, no dudéis en ir a casa de Lee y Daniel, es una opción estupenda para pasar unos días en Nueva York. Jun 27, 2019All I can say is, amazing! Check in was convenient, the apt was clean and comfortable; very accurately depicted, maybe even better. The neighborhood is really nice, close to trains/bus, and has easy access to grocery stores, cafes, etc. As for our hosts, Lee and Daniel were super nice, asking if we needed anything and making sure we were taken care of, but not overly involved. It was really simple staying here and we could come and go as we pleased. Recommend!

Jun 27, 2019We had a fantastic time here! The location is super close to the Brown Line trains (5-10 mins walk) in Brooklyn with easy street parking. Our hosts were awesome and room was very comfortable. There's also an amazing Indian restaurant close by. Thanks so much for an awesome stay!
Jun 27, 2019Totally enjoyed our stay at Lee and Daniel's place! Apartment is very clean and tidy. We stayed in the master bedroom and were provided clean towels and all kinds of toiletries. Lee and Daniel are wonderful hosts! They made us feel like home and recommended us a nice breakfast spot called Trade Union. Everybody should go check out! It's 9 blocks away next to Utica Ave metro. Location is great. Within walking distance to two metro stations. Very safe and quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and grocery shops. Neighbors are pretty friendly as well :) I'd totally recommend Lee and Daniel's place to anybody wanting to stay in Brooklyn :)

Jun 27, 2019We had a wonderful stay at Lee's place. The room was as advertised spacious enough for 2 persons and very tidy and clean. Lee and Daniel did everything they could to make sure that we had a pleasant stay, e.g. providing us with tipps and tricks regarding public transportation or even recommendations where to have great meals! We definitely would come again and can recommend this Airbnb room - very good value for the price, considering that it is in New York! :-)

Jun 27, 2019It's a really great apartment, got enough space for two and we really enjoyed the time there. We had privacy when we needed and was treated very well by Lee and Daniel. They also gave us good suggestions and guidance, and contributed to a great start for us for our first time in NYC.

It is a bit far up in Brooklyn, but there are a few great restaurants around and many subway lines taking you directly to the city. The check in was easy and they were super flexible on the checkout. We'd recommend staying here. Thanks guys!

Their place was a little bit far from Manhattan, but easy access to transport. Room was cozy & clean. Would recommend Lee and Daniel to others.
Jun 27, 2019My husband and I, had a very nice trip in NYC thanks to Lee and Daniel's welcoming. The apartment was close to the trains (about 5-10 minutes by feet). It was really clean and the bed is very confortable. Lee and Daniel are really kind and they are full of good advices. We didn't see them a lot because we were visiting a lot, so we came back to the apartment a bit later but it was really sympathic to meet them and we had a warm welcome so that's was awesome. Jun 27, 2019Nous avons passé deux excellentes nuits chez Lee et Daniel. L'appartement, surtout la chambre et la salle de bain que nous avons utilisés, étaient très propres et bien aménagés et correspondaient amplement à nos besoins. L'appartement est situé à proximité de la station de métro Gates Avenue, à Brooklyn. Le chemin vers Manhattan se fait donc très bien... à condition que le métro soit fonctionnel, ce qui n'a malheureusement pas toujours été le cas lors de notre séjour. Nous n'avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer Lee et Daniel car nous ne les avons pas croisés, mais ils ont fait en sorte que nous ayons tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Points positif: le stationnement gratuit en face de leur immeuble!

Jun 27, 2019We had a great experience and cozy stay at Lee and Daniel's place!The apartment is located in Brooklyn, 35-40 minutes ride by subway to the city center, easy to find and walk around in the neighborhood. The room is comfy and clean, bathroom and kitchen are shared with the hosts. Guys are very friendly and hospitable! We've received great tips (on getting to La Guardia airport, shops nearby, could borrow so much needed umbrellas, etc.) and generally, we had nice random chats. It was a real pleasure to stay and feel like at home! Thank you guys!
Jun 27, 2019Lee and Daniel's room is at a 10-minute walk from 2 metro stations and it's about a 40-minute ride to Midtown Manhattan from either of the stations. The room was clean with an air conditioner, which was very helpful when we stayed there during a heatwave in New York. Nice and pleasant hosts and they make you comfortable very quickly.

Jun 27, 2019Lee's place was clean, presentable and comfortable. His place is 10-15 minute walk about from 3 major lines into Manhattan so you can get just about anywhere within an hour. Very useful! Parking was a bit awkward as you had to move your car for street cleaning but otherwise fine. We also had to let the host into our room so he could get his clothes out every evening. This probably wouldn't be an issue if you didn't come back to the room after 8pm. Overall great value.

Jun 27, 2019Lee and Daniel were great! Although we only saw each other a few times, they always took the time to make sure we were as comfortable as we needed to be. Their place was very close to the subway. The room itself was extremely clean and the bed was so comfortable it had us struggling to get out of it each morning. We were sad to leave but can't wait to come visit again soon!

Also with some easy shops and restaurants around a few blocks. I enjoyed my stay with them. They were very friendly and helpful and also gave me my privacy when i needed it. Thanks guys again!
Jun 27, 2019I had a great time. These two hosts are sweet, super easy going, clean, friendly and helpful. Once you know your way around it is easy. You are well connected with the subway, and the train would. The room is nice, and the bed is comfortable. Everything was clean. I felt I stayed in a very authentic neighbourhood. I would stay here again. I had nice chats with my hosts, and tehy gave me good information. Wonderful people. See you in the future lots of love Jutta
Jun 27, 2019Comfortable bed and nice room. Easy check-in and check-out. Lee always answered my questions promptly. I saw Lee and Daniel only a couple of times. It's fairly far from Manhattan (about 45 min by train) and even from downtown Brooklyn, but it's certainly a good place to stay if want to get a "real experience" from NY, not as the touristic place, but rather how is living there.

It’s in a calm neighborhood, very good connected to two main metro lines - that can bring you straight to Manhattan or JFK. Room is comfortable and cozy. Big size bed. Bathroom is clean and well maintained. Lee and Daniel considerate and kind hosts. We enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend staying here
Jun 27, 2019Impeccably clean room with a very comfy bed and all facilities available. We had the whole apartment to ourselves since our hosts were out of town. Lee was very easy to communicate with and all instructions were clear. The neighborhood is very laid-back and full of shops and restaurants that have a non-touristy feel to them. Transport is fairly easy with a couple of buses around the corner and several subway trains on about 10-15 minutes walking distance. The trip to and from JFK is really straightforward. During the week the neighborhood is quiet, on Friday the streets are busier. All in all I would totally recommend this room, we have no complaints whatsoever.

Inside, the apartment was clean and Lee was friendly & casual - very easy to have a quick convo with before heading out. They were extremely quick with communication and helpful with check-in. Jun 27, 2019We stayed at Lee and Daniel’s for almost a week. It was a great place to come back to after a long day out on the town. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and they made themselves easy to contact in case we needed anything. A subway station was only a few minutes away and there was a nice bar just down the street. Would definitely come back!

Jun 27, 2019I needed a place to stay for a couple of nights in Brooklyn and this was a great spot hosted by Lee & Daniel. They were very easy to communicate with from booking through checkout. I only met Lee and Daniel for a brief bit but they were friendly and easy to talk with. The apartment was very clean including the bathroom and bedroom with fresh linens and towels. The bedroom was very quiet and included a comfortable mattress which made for a good nights sleep. It had been very hot and humid outside during my stay in June and the air conditioner in the bedroom cooled me down!

Place is a bit deeper into Brooklyn, but the street parking wasn't difficult and the subway was under a mile away on foot. Neighbors could be rowdy, but couldn't hear them much through the walls. Nice place with comfy bed!
