Transit
The advantage of "living" next to the Sagrada Familia is you have endless possibilities to move around the city. Walking is always a healthy and fun option because you do not lose detail: in 10 minutes you get to Passeig de Gracia and "La Pedrera" down the street Provence. The metro L5 and L2 will take you downtown in 5 minutes, and at different points of the city: Plaza de Spain, Camp Nou ... If you are over bus there are many possibilities, any of the nearby stops will take you downtown and other points of interest. What if you like the tour bus at the same corner you'll also find a stop, need tickets? Ourselves provide you all: D Want more options?, Book one of our electric bikes (see reception for availability and rates) and enjoy all the miles of bike lane in Barcelona.
Access
Ah, you come by car, then do not hesitate to leave it in our parking located in the same building. The cost is 30 € / night, if we consider that the street parking is paid and the ticket must be renewed every 2 hours ... it's the best choice! ;)

Really awesome place to stay, very comfortably fits 6 people. The location is good but certainly the attention to detail in the decoration, the cleanness and amenities were perfect. No access to the roof to see the view of the hotel and the spa is in the next door place rather than in the building, but still very satisfied.

Jun 27, 2019location is great! just in front of Sagrada Familia , the apartement was amazing, the decoration so nice and colorful (like barcelona), everithing is new and very clean, it look like a 5* hotel ... 2 min walk from the station and bus tour. such an faboulous place to stay and very confortably for 6 people , by the way if you need anything you just have to ask the concierge service (rental car, taxi food delivery , book a restaurant , or club). the metropolitan spa is faboulous and the access is very easy with just a simple pass (free) . the roof also but is on the top of the spa building just next door. it was just awesome !!! thank u José ... ill be back soon !
Jun 27, 2019Very nice hotel/apartment with an amazing Spa. I would say that I highly recommend this place if you plan on visiting the Spa next door. IT was perhaps the nicest spa I had ever been to. We joined a free water fitness class and used many of the facilities. The apartment itself is decent and clean. Not the largest but it was still fine.

Jun 27, 2019Apartment is clean and in very good condition. Location is central and I felt very comfortable and safe. From an Airbnb perspective, it felt a little more like a hotel than a unique, authentic place to stay.

Jun 27, 2019A pricey but lovely, clean funky apartment close to train, metro, supermarket and Sagrada Famiglia. We didn't use the gym much (and couldn't find the rooftop terrace in the promo photo) but did enjoy our stay here. Very efficient reservations and reception staff very helpful. Overall very happy thanks!

Jun 27, 2019Its a beautiful gated apartment. It was so neat and clean and we loved the kitchen and the living hall. The place was in the centre of Barcelona and we found it so easy to go around places for sightseeing , since the Hop on n hop off bus pick up was just the next door. It is so so so close to Sagrada familia.... and was so beautiful. Everything was so close, that even to get to the port the taxi would hardly cost about 7 Euro. We loved the location, the apartment was beautiful and the reception was so helpful all time. Thank you for making our Barcelona trip so memorable.

Jun 27, 2019Very comfotable apartments with a lot of space. The location is central and calm at the same time. The spa is a real plus, ideal in order to have a rest at the end of the day! The hosts are very helpfull and welcoming. I would definetly come back to this place if I have the possibility!

Jun 27, 2019We spent five days at this wonderful and conveniently-located apartment. La Sagrada Familia is only a block and a half away and it's easy to get to the old town (just a 20 minute walk or so -- faster if you take the metro). There is a grocery store right across the street as well. Our only issues were an oddly-timed change of locks on the apartment doors and a key card to the main door that stopped working unexpectedly. Also, the spa/gym next door was very nice -- but not for use by children under 17. However, there is a municipal pool around the corner whose entrance fee was reimbursed by the apartment management so that our kids could go swim.

Jun 27, 2019Very nice stay. The reception was very helpful and our apartment was cleaned during the day. The apartment itself is trendy, modern, and clean. It's close to Sagrada Familia and the Metro (2 blocks or a little less). Also next to a bar with some nice people (Chill Bar). I recommend the neighborhood and this apartment. Everything necessary is close by.
Jun 27, 2019La photo principale c'est la terrasse et nous on l'a pas vu... L'appartement est propre mais sans plus ( genre couverts mal lavés et laisser dans le lave vaisselle ) et pour moi il ne correspond pas aux photos, c'est une résidence " apart hotel " il y a donc une réceptionniste à l’accueil... Si vous cherchez un appartement typique c'est pas ici... J'ai louer cet appartement pour un voyage d'affaire et il y avait une très mauvaise connection Wifi, impossible de se connecter à part dans la cuisine... Imaginez ma tête... En ce qui concerne le SPA c'est sympa et joli mais ce n'est pas dans la résidence, il faut sortir à l'extérieur, faire 50 mètres et aller dans un SPA avec des cartes gratuites. C'est un endroit fréquenté par beaucoup de Barcelonais donc n'imaginez pas être seul... J'ai également envoyer deux messages par téléphone avant d'arriver pour demander de l'aide à l'hôte mais je n'ai jamais eu de réponse... En gros les images et descriptifs prêtes à confusion...

The receptionists are very helpful and friendly. It was convenient to have a supermarket just on the other side of the street and the metro station is within 2 minutes walking distance.
Jun 27, 2019Let's be clear, this is a hotel. Jose never did meet me, in fact, I never received a response to my questions because there was nobody at reception when I tried to contact them. That said, it is a nice hotel. It is clean, well located, and reasonably priced. It is well stocked, but, since it is a hotel, everything has a price - tea, coffee, water, etc.... None of the friendly touches that you find in many AirBnB rentals. Although it does have what you would expect from a hotel: soap, shampoo, lotion, towels, TV, internet, and more. During business hours the reception desk has a host, but it can be difficult if you arrive outside of business hours. The woman at reception on the morning after our arrival was very clear that this is a hotel, and was surprised that we were surprised. The location is good, two blocks from the Sagrada Familia, and the Blue Line bus stop, as well as the metro. The restaurants nearby are, consequently, generally touristy. We have an 11 year old and felt comfortable with the lodging and the neighborhood. If I were looking for a hotel, I would consider staying here again.

Jun 27, 2019Het appartement was ruim, schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. De SPA was van een fantastische kwaliteit. Er zijn wel een aantal kanttekeningen te maken. Ons appartement was op de eerste verdieping aan de voorzijde, en daardoor was de metro goed hoorbaar. Aangezien deze om 5 uur in de ochtend begint met rijden is dat geen feest. Verder was aan de achterzijde van het appartement een open ruimte wat ook de nodige geluidsoverlast in de nacht opleverde. De wifi-snelheid was matig tot slecht.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment was clean and tidy. A bit smaller than it seemed on the pictures. Friendly and helpful staff. You get a maid daily to clean the apartment. We could never get hold of Jose though but this is fine as there's a receptionist downstairs who became our main point of contact. Flat is a 2/3 minute walk to the station and sagrada familia and if you hand over the balcony you might even be able to see a bit of it. The spa at the neighbouring gym is free to use and very nice. Would use again and recommend to people.
Jun 27, 2019The flat was brilliant with all the mod cons and an incredible roof terrace. We also took advantage of the spa next door was great. As the block of flats are run as serviced apartments there is a concierge by the door who is happy to help to book tickets to attractions, taxis or with anything else you might need.
Jun 27, 2019I am sorry but I am very disappointed about my stay at your apartment. I think "exclusive residence" should be something more. First nobody met us when we arrived to hotel although it was afternoon and also during our stay. At the last day of our visit, we saw a woman and she gave us a parking card. The apartment was almost as in the pictures but a bit worn. The room was cleaned but the towels were not changed. Bathroom and bedrooms should be revised because it should be at least as the same quality as a hotel room. We will visit Barcelona many times, sorry but will not stay here again.

Jun 27, 2019Auf dem Flughafen wurden wir durch einen sehr freundlichen Fahrer willkommen geheissen, den die Reception für uns organisiert hatte. Er brachte uns und viel Gepäck bequem zu den apartments. Guter Start! Das Personal an der Reception war jederzeit sehr freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Das apartment ist gut gelegen, direkt bei der Sagrada familia, in der Nähe zweier U-Bahnstationen. Bei geöffneten Fenstern nachts manchmal etwas lärmig. Es ist schön eingerichtet, die Küche ist funktional. Die Räume werden täglich saubergemacht. Das SPA ist sehr ansprechend, leider mit Altersbegrenzung, die wir nicht realisiert hatten. Alles in allem eine exzellente Unterkunft, sehr zu empfehlen.

Jun 27, 2019We had a great time staying at this apartment. Just perfect for what we needed. Very clean and good size for our party of 6. Great interior decor. We loved the rooftop, though I would say the picture we saw of the view on the website does not reflect what we could actually see. We made full use of the spa and local amenities. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Barcelona and would return on future visits.

The apartment is in a apart hotel building, and you might not get the exact one you see in the picture, but you get one with the exact same amenities and similar decoration. Alejandro was accessible and responsive, and he was flexible with an early checkin. We had a few issues on the first day that were fixed in a timely manner. The best perk of this accommodation is the spa area, which is incredible and has jacuzzis, saunas and a steam room. We'd recommend it to other travellers and would love to stay there again :)

Jun 27, 2019Die Lage des Appartements war sehr gut, nur 2 Minuten fußweg zur "Sagrada familia". Restaurants und Supermärkte sind gleich vor der Tür. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet, allerdings war sie für 6 Personen schon knapp bemessen (z.b. keine 6 Sitzplätze auf der Couch). Die Dachterrasse war sehr schön, außerdem hat man die Möglichkeit das Gym nebenan zu nutzen. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und stehts bemüht uns zu helfen (Taxi oder Restaurant Reservierungen). Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung empfehlen.

Jun 27, 2019This was the worst airbnb experience I have ever had. Being an airbnb host and also traveling pretty much primarily through airbnb I would highly recommend staying away - or accepting that this is not really an airbnb type property. This is an apartment hotel that the owner listed (Jose Castro) will never answer your messages, in fact, he doesn't even answer airbnb staff. Upon arrival we were greeted by a receptionist at the hotel that asked us for a credit card for guarantee (going against airbnb terms) and 30 Euro for parking. We were also informed the elevator was broken and "probably" won't be fixed. It wasn't. Jose would not answer our calls or airbnb staff. Having parked in a garage in minus 4 level we had to drag our suitcases up those 4 flights and then another 3 to our apartment. (the apartment itself is very nice). When we checked out there was a different lady at reception and when asked about the elevator we were told it was working. Great news... Only problem, turns out she never knew it was broken so we got stuck in the elevator and had to crawl out in between floors. To recap, worst airbnb experience ever. If someone wants an apartment hotel, look online and find a better deal. Also, the photo showing the sagrada familia - that is not from the room and you have no access to that patio...
Jun 27, 2019The apartment itself was same as photos described. The only disappointment for apartment was that the terrace was not opened as there was the renovation ongoing and terrace is closed. Apartment is very clean, you have all you need there and if you need something you dont have there just ask and reception will bring it to you. You must understand that this is a hotel type apartment which is good as reception is working. Host himself was not present nor did answer any queries. This was done by reception. Upon arrival we had problem with quest amount and were requested to pay extra (even though in conditions you read "no charge for extra people"). The problem was solved by AirBnB customer service (the reception did not want to let us in before paying this extra). But end is good, all is good. AirBnb is definitely very professional and great at customer care and service! Thank you!
Jun 27, 2019La résidence est très bien située pour visiter Barcelone, juste à quelques pas de la Sagrada Familia et à 20 minutes de marche du centre-ville. Il y a 2 lignes de métro à proximité. L'appartement est bien meublé mais manque un peu de vaisselle. Les chambres des enfants sont un peu petites, mais nous sommes peu restés dans l'appartement. Il y a accès à la piscine et salle de sport inclus dans le prix et une superbe terrasse sur le toit de la piscine.
Jun 27, 2019The apartment was great! It was serviced on a daily basis. The furniture is pretty funky/colorful. The beds were comfortable. Upon arriving, all linens and towels were ready to be used. There was house keeping on daily basis, something unlikely usually for hotel apartments. The staff were very friendly. The place is literally 2 minutes away from Sagrada Familia and 20 seconds from a big super market. The street is filled with cafes and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a restful vacation.

Jun 27, 2019Couldn't recommend this place any higher. Jose's service was exemplary, with responses every minute! He organised the delivery of our tickets to the Barca game to the Castro apartment reception which was very helpful. The location couldn't be better IMO, supermarket is opposite, 2 minutes walk from the Sagrada, about a €5 taxi to the ramblers and a €10 taxi to the beach. Perfecto! The spa is absolutely stunning, especially the lighting. This place is perfect, don't hesitate and get it booked. Now. Thanks again Jose, see you again soon. Time for a Demi!
Jun 27, 2019L'appartement est parfait, super bien situé à proximité de la sagrada familia. Un seul petit défaut, une des chambres était un peu petite pour 2 adultes mais idéale pour des enfants. Le quartier est très calme, aucuns bruits le matin. Le SPA est très bien, il est situé dans l'immeuble juste à côté et les services proposés sont digne de grands hôtels.
Jun 27, 2019We were 4 people in total staying in unit 3.2 (3rd floor apt. #2) for one night. The building has a beautiful glass doors and LED signs. There is a reception desk on the left as soon as you enter. The asian receptionist assisted us. Everything was clean and modern. Great experience overall.
Jun 27, 2019Sonntags ist bei Ankunft die Rezeption nicht besetzt und wir suchten eine Stunde nach den Schlüsseln die, ich sage jetzt nicht wo, versteckt waren. Der Check In Computer war defekt. Telefonisch niemand zu erreichen. Der Transfer vom Hafen hatte nicht geklappt, zumindest wurden wir nicht abgeholt, warum, weiß ich nicht. WLAN hat nicht funktioniert und nach häufigen Nachfragen ging es nach drei Tagen , stundenweise. Das Waschbecken im Bad war verstopft, wurde am Abreistag gerichtet, also nach 6 Nächten. Im Spa (Nachbarhaus-öffentliches Fitnessstudio) sind keine Kinder erlaubt. Die Terrasse haben wir daher auch nicht besucht. Die übrigen Angaben stimmen und wenn man die Wohnung nutzt, waschen und kochen möchte ist das Preis /Leistungsverhältnis verglichen zu den Stadthotels dennoch sehr gut.

The apartment was very well equipped and looked just like the photographs on the website. We all loved the excellent spa right next door which we had access to every day of our stay. No negatives at all and would definitely recommend staying here.

Jun 27, 2019Jose was a really friendly contact. Checkin process was a little bit bumpy, but again Jose was very helpfull and we found an easy solution. The location was great, so close to sagrada familia, public transport (metro), supermarkets and restaurants. If you like to walk a bit, you can discover the whole central city / get to the beach by feet from here! Just keep in mind that all the restaurants (also McDonalds and stuff lile this) near the apartment close at about midnight. But you can easily find a Kebap restaurant all night in the neighborhood if you are hungry. The rooftop and the SPA are special highlights, which you don't get in other apartments! I can definitly recommend this place and Jose as a host!
Jun 27, 2019Good place to stay for the five of us. Central location and the place was well equipped with two bathrooms and a balcony. Compact for sure an lobby looks a bit work in progress but that's clearly being dealt with. Was pleasantly surprised with daily maid service and helpful reception on level 1.

Jun 27, 2019Lovely base for exploring the city. Great location so close to the Sagrada Familia. Nice to be able to use the spa and cafe next door too (although under 16s not allowed in the spa and pool). Lockers in the basement to store luggage after checkout were useful too.
Jun 27, 2019Sadly, during this trip there were more negatives than positives. First this began with 'Jose' refusing to reply to four of my messages during the two weeks before we arrived. When we did arrive there was no reservation in my name even though we had paid - thankfully the receptionist was extremely useful and found a free apartment. Inside the apartment was OK, but no where near the finish I expected from the photos. Bedrooms are extremely small and we had a lot of damage to floors, chairs, side boards and other pieces of furniture. This was topped off by the air-con being broken (constantly set at 24 degrees!) and WiFi not working, we asked for each of these problems to be solved, but sadly 'Jose' and his team were unable to meet out expectations. Also, watch out for the water strategically placed near your beds, which will cost you 5 EUROS! if you drink it. This is not what I would ever expect from an airbnb. Finally, there was that roof terrace shown in the picture with the view of Sagrada Familia in the first picture. This picture is actually from a different building that holds the spa and gym. The apartment's roof terrace actually has a view of the cathedral that is 90% blocked by a concrete building, but thankfully they have painted a picture of Sagrada Familia on the side of the picture so you can still see something..... Main positive from our stay - the SPA and gym, this is EXCELLENT! Probably because it is not owned or management by 'Jose' and his team.

Jun 27, 2019Our stay at the Castro Apartments was great. Check in at the apt was painless so don't stress about that upon arrival, and the location is fantastic and In a super safe area, it's just a 2 min walk by foot to Sagrada Familia and accessible to all the other must see attractions in the city, we walked almost everywhere including park güell, ramblas and the gotic quarter. There is access to a gym and spa/pool right next door as well. The only thing I would mention is that there is a daycare run in the courtyard below so you may wake up to the sound of children playing loudly, so if you are late night party people this may be a consideration. I would def recommend staying here for anyone looking for a centrally located place that will give you a great feel for the city and locals.

The bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries. The location of this apartment is fantastic. There are numerous bakeries, coffee shops and other small stores nearby. It is a few minutes to the metro and to the Sagrada Familia
Jun 27, 2019The apartment was perfect for the 6 of us - 2 of the bedrooms are on the small side but were fine for our needs and this wasn't a problem. The location was brilliant! A few minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia and a short hop (or longer walk) to everywhere else on the metro or tourist bus. Having reception at the apartment itself was useful as it meant someone was there to check us in, give us keys and generally make us feel welcome. Small details like having more than 3 wine glasses, a knife sharp enough to cut fruit and having 6 chairs at the dining table rather than 4 would have been useful, but these didn't cause us any huge problems and I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Jun 27, 2019So, the condo was nice, but I feel the space is largely mis advertised online.. The Sagrada Familia is not actually that easy to see from the terrace, and the extra amenities are in a different building. Pain in the ass. Lovely apartment, but location and "luxury" feel was lacking. Also, the website said "penthouse apartment" for rent, not the 1st floor.. Bit of a disappointment. Be more specific in the OWNER's space's description. Fridge never really got cold, and coffee was €1/K-cup, which is kinda ridiculous considering the setting went for. Also, looks over a very loud playground/kindergarten, so don't expect to sleep in too much on a weekday, or in summer for that matter.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment was clean and comfortable and just a stone's throw from the Sagrada Familia. The rooms are a little smaller than the photos suggest, but it was plenty big enough for the 4 of us. I cannot comment on the swimming pool, as my youngest son is 13, and minimum age to use the pool is 17 years old. Clean, comfortable accommodation in a god location.
Jun 27, 2019I tried to contact jose to arrange a time for check-in but he didn't reply to my message or email. when we arrived at the building it was a little confusing as the building nos were different and we didn't realise it was in a block of serviced apartments. Eventually we get into the building and attempt to use the automated check -in but the machine swallowed my credit card so I had to ring the receptionist, again. She was very helpful and sorted out the machine but the whole arrival was not what I expected, time consuming and irritating making expensive mobile calls. The rest of our stay was lovely, the apartment was really clean, well equipped and perfect for the weekend. The spa was great after walking all day. The receptionist was very helpful but she was only there for a very short time each day and if you wanted say, a ticket for the spa you might have to wait until the next day as happened to us.

Jun 27, 2019I would not recommend a stay at these apartments. Unless if you’re willing to whisper and move around extremely carefully as most things are fragile and about to break. When we arrived, many things were half broken. One of the wooden doors with a glass pane were accidently broken, the glass pane was extremely thin and weak, and broke upon the slightest of impact. The receptionist ensured us that the cost would not be much at all, because they have had many cases like this. We were told that the cost would be nothing to worry about, but the next day we were given a scrap piece of paper with the amount 530 Euros written on it. After being told that the price would be ‘very small’, we were extremely shocked that such a cheap piece of glass could cost so much. It would genuinely cost me less to fly over a repairs company from London to fix the glass and then return back home, than pay 530 Euros. We were then told that they would give us the specifications of the glass so that we could find a replacement ourselves, as even they agreed that the price was extortionate. However, we received no information and upon leaving we were told that the money had already been charged to my credit card, without any invoice, despite asking multiple times for this. I am extremely confused, and feel exploited, as 530 euros could not possibly be the genuine cost of the repair, and feel as though they are profiting out of this incident, as we only received a piece of paper with the number 530 written on it, without any break down. All in all, a very unprofessional team, which is such a shame because the apartments were otherwise quite nice, and in a good location. The owner of the apartments, Jose, is very slow with communicating. Even now, I have received a notification that he has written me a review, however he has not replied to my message on AirBNB from the day of the incident, asking to speak with us regarding the problem. All in all, a very bad experience, and I will not be returning.
Jun 27, 2019The description of the place is completely misleading. There is NOTHING exclusive about it - a completely average apartment with quite visible wear and tear - dirty walls in some places, particularly in the kitchen, large chunks of paint scratched off the walls in other places. The smaller bedrooms are tiny and feel cramped. The photo of the shared roof is just as misleading - it is just a small outdoor space, not a spacious one that the skillfully taken picture makes you believe it is. The worst thing is that THERE IS NO GYM in the building and THERE IS NO POOL. It is a lie - there is a commercial fitness center in the next building to which you can get a pass to only if you are smart enough to ask for it while there is someone at the reception. They do not just give it to you by default, undoubtedly trying to save money. So when you return in the evening and there is noone at the reception you are screwed. The gym does not let you in and calling the contact number provided does not help - the operator just tells you that there is nothing that she can do and that you would have to use the gym TOMORROW. The seemingly reasonable argument that you have already paid to use it today falls on deaf ears. s the incident with not being able to get into gym showed, the host was completely unresponsive. Upon my demand to speak to the manager or the owner, the operator called them and in the end told me that there is nothing that can be done now and that nobody would be willing to speak to me. She obviously consulted with someone so it was a conscious decision on their part not to speak to the client. Moreover the next day when I complained to the person who is in the building during the day, she replied that it was MY FAULT and that it was me who should have thought of asking for the passes to the fitness center when I checked into the apartment! To summarize: the words used in the description - "comfort, location, sustainability and modernity are the perfect definition for this exclusive residences concept in Barcelona" have nothing to do with the reality. The place itself is not dirty but because of dirt on the walls and scratched paint it does not feel very clean either - just average. Independently, one expects that an "exclusive" apartment would have not only the washing machine, but the detergent as well. Also basics like salt and pepper are not too much to ask for. The location is not bad, but more appealing on the map than in reality. Because it is so close to Sagrada Familia there are too many tourists around, while the benefits of being close to it are limited, as other main attractions are in other parts of the city. Jun 27, 2019José didnt respond to any of our messages before arrival. We didnt get any information about the check-in or that we had to pay an extra fee when we arrived. The pictures of the beautiful rooftop is fake, which was a huge disappoinment considering we actually chose to stay there because of the rooftop and the view of the Sagrada Familia. The place was clean and the bathrooms were fresh, so no problem with that. But we didnt enjoy our stay and would have choose differently if we could.

Jun 27, 2019Kind of like a serviced apartment mixed with a hotel. The roof terrace is just like the picture. And the flat is gorgeous. The spa is next door in a gym/health club (and children can't use the swimming pool – I question the 'family friendly' description as it's more 'we will tolerate your kids' :-)). It's a lovely place in a lovely location. But it's not very similar to any other place I've stayed at with Airbnb; felt a bit corporate. If you're after clean and smart and well-located then this is for you.

Also, when you are booking, here's the most important thing for you: they have two locations of the apartment, one near sagrada familia, the other is in a very shabby neighborhood more than 10 mins drive away. So I strongly advice you make sure you won't be move to the second one. They told me the first location is full when I arrive and need us to stay in another location, believe me, you will not be willing to stay in that area. Location is one of the most critical reasons we select this apartment and we paid for that, can't believe they think it's ok to arrange us to the other location. (we went back to the main location after I insisted to cancel my booking if we can't move back to the main one). Their main apartment is fine, except it can barely fit into 6 people as the 3rd room is extremely small. 必须用中文提醒下中国同胞,他们有两个地点,一定不会被他们发配到郊区的那个,一定要求呆在圣家堂旁边的那个,同时,前台的那个女的服务态度简直差到极致,如果你觉着被不友好的接待,我们千万也别给她好脸色看

Jun 27, 2019We were 5 young persons from Switzerland coming for the second time to Barcelona. We had a great time in Barcelona and in the appartment. The bedrooms are ok and the balcony, living room and kitchen were excellent. Nice restaurants are to be found in the near (insider tip: the venue steakhouse!) and the Spa on the bottom floor was amazing to visit in the evenings. Great place to stay and definetly recommendable for families, couples and young people.

Man geht direkt zur Rezeption und bekommt dort seine Karte für das Appartment. Alejandro haben wir nie zu Gesicht bekommen.

Nous avions un contact téléphonique ce qui nous a permis après une bonne heure et payer une taxe de 11 € d'avoir la clef (mais toujours personne) Joli appartement seul bémol, très compliqué de prendre une douche , car soit brulante soit froide...

Jun 27, 2019Fantastic apartment which is serviced every day like a hotel! Beautiful sun terrace. The spa is amazing but be careful as no under 17s are allowed in which we didn't realize. Fully recommend the place though, it is close to the metro and easy to get around the city from. It also has a great kitchen plus washing machine etc. fully recommend it.
Jun 27, 2019This airbnb is more like a hotel. There is someone to greet you when you walk into the building. Unfortunately, our host didn't let me know that earlier so I was worried about check in. He did not respond quickly to emails. Our room was ready when we arrived and the room place was great. We loved having access to the spa. The rooftop is under construction or something. It doesn't look like the picture and the view isn't accurate. We had a great time though. The location is ideal, so close to Sagrada Familia and the metro. Thank you for having us.

Jun 27, 2019This place was very accommodating and right in the middle of where we wanted to be. Walking distance to Park Guell, La Rambla, the beach and more, and right next to La Sagrada Familia. We were also able to check in early which was nice, and to store our things in the lockers available on the day we checked out, even though we had already checked out. This saved us some worry and we didn't have to carry our heavy packs around with us all day. All in all I would recommend this place!

Tagterrassen var ikke til rådighed på noget tidspunkt under vores ophold, og i selve lejligheden manglede der stole og glas til alle. Køkkenet er desuden ikke udstyret, så det er velegnet til egen madproduktion, bl.a. er der ikke et skærebræt. Dette ville være anderledes, hvis det var en privat lejlighed. Da det er en forholdsvis dyr lejlighed i forvejen, kan man undre sig over, at man skal betale 10 EURO for at få sin baggage opbevaret i 3 timer på afrejsedagen.

Jun 27, 2019This place really was brilliant, it's more like a hotel than other air bnb properties. The daily cleaning service is great and and the spa is a great addition in the building next door. The only slight disappointment was the view from the roof terrace is not as displayed in the photographs and is currently having some improvement work carried out, but for us we were in Barcelona to explore the city not the roof!! Also note there is a fee of €10 to use the lockers and on arrival there is a city tax to pay which is around €10-12. Overall I would highly recommend this place to anyone, suitable for all ages!

Jun 27, 2019The stay at José´s place was amazing. The apartment was super clean, the furniture elegant and classy and the view from the apartment was just beautiful. Also it was possible to check in already around noon as we arrived in the morning - what we really appreciated as check in time is normally 4pm. Further the location is also perfect - close to line L2 and L5 and also a supermarket is right across the street. All in all a perfect stay - thank you José! :)

La estación de tren està a dos bloques y hay muchos restaurantes y shops alrededor. El apartamento luce mucho màs pequeño de lo que se muestra en las fotos. Pero es lindo, comodo y super limpio. El spa y la piscina estàn en un edificio al lado. No en el mismo edificio del apartamento. La terraza es hermosa y tiene camas muy comodas para pasar la tarde. Nos sentimos muy comodos y muy tranquilos durante nuestra estancia en Barcelona.

It is a hotel not really someone's house. You have access to Spa and Gym next door at Metropolitan which is nice.

Die traumhafte Kathedrale Sagrada Familia direkt vor der "Haustür", 2 verschiedene U-Bahn Stationen innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Riesiger privater Balkon direkt am Appartment und tolle Dachterasse für alle Gäste auf dem Dach. Alles sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Extrem freundliches Personal. Absoluter Tip für Familien oder größere Gruppen.

Jun 27, 2019The location is excellent - very close to many good and reasonably priced restaurants but quiet at night, and lovely to be so close to the Sagrada Familia, a spectacular and beautiful building. The apartment is spacious with all the facilities you would need, the beds are very comfortable, excellent shower in the main bedroom and balcony large enough to sit out on. The roof terrace has good views but the spa is located in a separate building, not within the apartment block. There was a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival, but there is a charge for tea, coffee and bottled water. There are several food shops close by with excellent produce, especially the bakeries! The staff are very pleasant, helpful and efficient.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment was beautiful, the location was amazing and the restaurant next door was great. The receptionist was very friendly and any question we had, she would answer. You would not regret staying here. The only thing I want to caution people is that you pay for everything that’s in the apartment (coffee and drinkable water) but they do give you a complimentary wine bottle. The good thing is there is a little market in from that you can buy water from and the coffee at the restaurant next door is about the same price and much better.

Jun 27, 2019Very comfortable and very happy with the space. The host provided a very special courtesy to us which shall remain confidential, however it was particularly trustworthy on his part which we appreciate so much. Very good value for the price. We recommend wholeheartedly. There is a tax that you have to pay on the room which is nominal but unexpected, I think it's just a Spain or Barcelona rule. Early check-in, if available, comes with a fee that is not unreasonable however we didn't know about it ahead of time. But really - a great value and a third of the price or less of a hotel with the same number of rooms and a living area, kitchen etc. We'd stay there again without hesitation and definitely recommend. Jun 27, 2019We have a lot of problem when staying in this apartment, the entrance computer was not working well, the room was not ready so we are moved to another room (it’s not really a big deal), the shampoo and body wash was not enough for 6 people for 2 days, and the communication is always in trouble and late. Basically, it’s a good place to stay despite all the problem we encountered, the room is cleaned. We have no time to go to free SPA, that’s a bit sad.
