Do not be discouraged by the building itself when you get inside. It's an old building but I assure you my apartment is very nice :) Please, please, please make sure to turn off heater, A/C, lights and lock door. No shoes in apartment. Treat house like your own. I have neighbors who know me well-they are good people and very harmless despite their occasional late nights.

A perfect, comfortable, clean apartment right in the middle of Hells Kitchen neighbourhood! There is pretty much everything you would need: small but nice bathroom, well-equiped kitchen (really) and a small bedroom yet with huge bed. There is also nice grocery store nearby. Sara was a great host, meeting me in the apartment and explaining everything. She was also flexible about check-in/check-out time. 5 stars! I really enjoyed staying there for a week!
Jun 27, 2019Sara was a wonderful host and was great at communicating throughout the entire process. Her home is lovely and in such a great neighborhood. You will definitely get a true NYC experience staying here. Her apartment was also very clean and cozy!

Jun 27, 2019Sara was a great host & there when you need her . Her places is very comfortable and homey i hardly ever left to be honest . There are quite a bit of stairs and the halls are very narrow so if you have a lot of luggage or wide luggage you may struggle a bit . Right out / downstairs is everything you could need and want , and Sara's place is very quiet you don't hear all the outside noise . Would for sure recommend this place and stay here again . Thank you Sara !

Jun 27, 2019I loved Sara's apartment! It was so cozy, felt like my own home. There were times when I almost didn't want to leave because it was so comfy. It was also conveniently located. So many restaurants nearby, a grocery next door, the subway a block away and PABT just a few blocks away. I'm so happy I found her place. She is an amazing host and made sure I was well provided for. She explained everything about her apartment and was always just a text away. The only downside to her apartment was that it's on the 4th floor of a walk-up. I already knew that though so I was prepared to make the trek with my heavy luggage. :) A really great experience! I'd love to stay with her again next time I'm in NY!
Jun 27, 2019Nossa experiência foi muito boa! Sara sempre foi bastante atenciosa e prestativa. O apto é fiel às fotos publicadas no site. Pontos negativos: não tem elevador, o chuveiro tem uma ducha fraca e o ar condicionado é um pouco ruidoso. A localização é excelente, o apto é muito limpo e organizado, a cozinha é completa e a internet é rápida! A cama é ótima e as roupas de cama e banho perfeitas! Tem supermercado e farmácia no térreo, o que facilitou muito nossa vida. Por ser um apto de fundos, é bem silencioso. Recomendamos muito e voltaríamos com certeza!
Jun 27, 2019Very nice apartment, clean and comfortable. Also good location, near the subway and neighborhood has a lot of bars and restaurants. Really quiet, you can't hear noise from the street and it is on the 9th Av.
