When i first communicated with adam, he was responsive and friendly. Upom arrival at his apartment, it was extremely clean and he had already made the necessary arrangements or given me enough information on how to get around and where i can grab a bite in the area. Quite a few good local eateries within a 2 block walk. The congee place about 2 traffic junctions was cheap n good. There is a claypot rice n also a dim sum place nearby that i did not manage to try as they are always packed!
