The building is on a quiet, leafy street and is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 20 minute walk to Bondi junction. There are regular bus services to Bondi Junction (where you can catch the train to the city and beyond) or continue on the bus into the city. The bus service operates 24 hr to and from the city.

Brendan is a great host and has a lot to offer, especially if you never been Sydney. His apartment is wonderful and quiet. Walking distance to shops and public transportation. Also the view of Bondi beach is spectacular from his apartment. I would most definitely stay here again if I came to Sydney again!
Jun 27, 2019We spend good days at Bondi. He offered us comfortable space. It was clean room, kitchen and bathroom. He is helpful and kind. When we asked about Sydney and Bondi, he gave us a lot of information. It was really nice. His place's location is amazing and convenient. You can see Bondi beach from his balcony and there are many shops around his house!! Also you can catch the bus to the city easily. So we enjoyed there. Thank you Brendan!!
Jun 27, 2019The appartment is just few minutes from Bondi beach and above the Iceberg swim pool (amazing start of the day with a swim, before everyone comes in). It is situated on a hill, but the walk is worth the balcony view and chill. Brendon was a great host. He is not in the flat during evenings, what provides privacy as well. Would highly recommend Petra

Jun 27, 2019My sister and I️ stayed at Brendan’s for a few days and had a great time. Check in was easy and flexible, he waited for us despite my many plane delays. The place itself was very clean and comfortable, and we loved being able to make ourselves at home. Great proximity to Bondi Beach. Brendan was very helpful and kind. 10/10 would stay here again.
Jun 27, 2019Brendan is a wonderful host. He will give you useful information. His flat is located from a 5-min walk from Bondi beach. But careful, the walk is steep when you come back from the beach ;) The coastal walk is very nice and a lot young people are gathering during summer time
Jun 27, 2019Brendan was an excellent host, his home is lovely and l felt very comfortable staying there. He goes out of his way to make you feel at home which l appreciated very much. I would recommend his home and will be booking again with Brendan next time l visit Sydney.

He provided a lot of travel information and planned an itinerary for my short trip. His house is very clean and tidy! We feel very comfortable during the stay. We have a good talk too! Jun 27, 2019Brendan's place is positioned just a short walk from the beach and the iceberg pools. So if you are a beach goer it is a great place to stay. The apartment itself is presented neat & clean and Brendan supplies all the necessities you need for your stay and makes you feel very welcome. The apartment is clean and the fresh ocean air coming from the balcony is such a delight. I very much enjoyed sitting mindfully on the balcony having a quiet coffee watching the morning sun. Simple touches such as chocolates on your bed at arrival and on the coffee table in the evenings make for enjoyable appreciation. Thanks again Brendan you made our stay a special one. Jun 27, 2019Good location and tidy place. Worth to stayed for 2 nights and we definitely love to enjoy the night view of Bondi beach from balcony. The host Brendan is very friendly to share place includes everything in Kitchen. It’s very helpful for us with 2 years old child. Also, Brendan spent time to drive us around the town and even to airport when we leave! It’s unexpected to have such a amazing guide.

Jun 27, 2019I had a comfortable stay in Brendan’s well-kept apartment in South Bondi, which has a lovely balcony overlooking the beach. Brendan was a sociable, helpful and generous host, providing lots of advice on what to do and see during my time in Sydney and even driving me to the airport. There were unexpectedly some noisy renovation works going on in the building during my stay but they were obviously not the host’s fault. Thank you Brendan!
Jun 27, 2019Very recommended place to stay at Bondi Beach. Only 7 minutes walk from the beach. Brendan is an amazing host with kind heart and very helpful. He gave us a list of places to visit in Bondi, we could not visit all of them though. But we really enjoy staying in Bondi beach for 2 days. Brendan also gave us a short tour to Bondi beach, when we checked in. His place is very clean and stylish. Thank you so much for everything, Brendan. Cheers, Joseph & Jenny.

Jun 27, 2019Nous sommes deux français venus en sac à dos pour l’Australie. Afin de se reposer après les longues heures de vol nous avons décidés de passer deux nuits dans cet Airbnb. Le repos fut total ! L appartement est très propre, calme et fonctionnel. Il est également bien situé à 5 minutes à pied de la plage de Bondi. L’hôte Brendan été toujours a notre écoute et nous a donner les meilleurs conseils pour les visites . Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! Merci encore et à bientôt je l’espére Apolline et Quentin

My flight landed REALLY early in the morning, and he allowed me to check in early too. One of the nicest people I've ever met, and I've traveled the WORLD! I was a solo traveler and he made everything convenient and easy for me. If you want a good Bondi Beach experience, B's place is perfect. Jun 27, 2019This is a lovely room with everything we need. We had a really great time in the city and the house. The place is clean and tidy, Brendan also well prepared in details, like the heater and chocolates. He also showed us around and gave us useful tips, even plans for days! The place is close to the beach, you can have a great view from the balcony. The place is also close to the bus, which can directly to Bondi Junction, and transfer to everywhere else. The kitchen is also welcome to use, also provides milk and bottled water. Overall, it is a really nice place and we really enjoyed it! Highly recommend it✪ω✪
Jun 27, 2019Brendan is a lovely host! Very helpful and super friendly. The place is in a wonderful location with a wonderful view. Brendan was very upfront about the lift being out of order while my Dad was staying with him and even offered an extra discount when we didn’t need it. He gave us local tips and made sure my Dad had everything he needed. Great experience - would thoroughly recommend Brendan’s place!

Jun 27, 2019I stayed at Brendan's place and had a wonderful stay. Brendan is very helpful, responsive and even took me to the tour around the neighborhood to familiar myself with the location. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood but it is just behind the main road leading to the beach, offering variety of cafes, bars and restaurants. All you need to do is simply take a leisure walk. In terms of public transportation, there is a nearby bus stop at the main road that can connect you to the Bondi Train Station, and from here you can take train ride to the city. All in all, it is a convenient place for me!

Jun 27, 2019I stayed at Brendan's place for 3 nights and had a pleasant experience. The apartment is merely a few mins walk from the famous Iceberg pool and yet its super quiet in the evenings. Brendan was kind and helpful with great local tips. I would highly recommend to those who visit Sydney and look to spend time at Bondi.

Jun 27, 2019I enjoyed the time at Brendan’s apartment. It was my best experience in Sydney. The apartment and room is clean and cozy. Very good located. And the view from the balcony during morning coffee or afternoon drink is amazing. Brandan is a very good host, and a great person.
Jun 27, 2019Brendan's spot is absolutely a DREAM! Just steps away from the beach, 333 bus line that goes to bondi junction toward the city, and tons of hip cafes that Bondi has to offer. Not to mention, Brendan is an extremely kind host. Our schedules didn't match up so I barely saw him, but it was lovely to meet him. Reviews talk about a big hill, which really isn't that big, so don't be deterred because of that. THANK YOU BRENDAN!

Jun 27, 2019Our 2 nights stay in Bondi Beach was nothing short of amazing, thanks to Brendan as he is such a fantastic host. Before arriving, he sent us some recommendations of things to do in Bondi, some nice restaurants, and also an easy to follow instructions for us to get to his house which was really helpful and courteous. He was also kind enough to send us to Bondi Junction when we were leaving, as he saw that we are carrying a huge luggage. My boyfriend left his bag at the house after we left to the CBD, Brendan was again very kind to send the bag to Bondi Junction train station for us. Brendan's property is located at the heart of Bondi Beach, within 5 minutes walking distance to the beach and Bondi Icebergs, and is also very near to some amazing bars and cafes. His house is clean, and very cozy as well.
