Jared & Diana are 2 very welcoming and kind hosts , they let me book their place on the last minute and was very helpful with the process, they also checked up via SMS as this was my method of contact on anything else we needed on a regular . Their place has absolutely everything all amenities and lots of extras that makes a comfortable holiday , very good neighborhood as there's a Shopping Mall and Supermarkets within 1 minute walk . Would definitely be recommending friends and will be going back for a second time .
Jun 27, 2019Incredibly welcoming and friendly host. Apartment very freshly decorated with scented flowers and candle. Very good appliances with ample kitchen utensils and tableware. More than sufficient consumables such as milk, refreshments, bathroom and laundry products. Towels and linen immaculate.
Jun 27, 2019Jared and Diana's apartment is immaculate, very clean and right in the middle of town with only 5 floors separating you from all the shops and eateries. The apartment is very modern with all the necessary amenities to make you feel at home and the underground secure parking provides peace of mind. My booking enquiry was responded to within a couple of hours so we were able to book the apartment very quickly. Jared and Diana will make you feel very welcome so if you're looking for a place in and around Rouse Hill don't hesitate in booking this place it's awesome! P. S if you know how to play the piano you'll love It even more :)
Jun 27, 2019Jared & Diana were wonderful hosts, were easy to communicate with, welcoming and happy to help in any way they could. The apartment is situated above a shopping precinct which was very convenient and was surprisingly very quiet! Highly recommend!

The apartment is light a clean and has a beautiful feeling of open space, through the balcony. There is everything you could possible want here, well equipped and immensely comfortable. Amazing variety of shops on the door-step as well as access to express buses into the city. Lovely!

Jun 27, 2019We had a great 2-week stay at the apartment. It's in a great location right above the shopping centre. Nicely furnished, very comfortable and fully equipped. Very clean on arrival and some really nice touches provided by the hosts. Jared and Diana are great hosts, always replied promptly and gave us a warm welcome.

Jul 27, 2019The unit is very comfortable and nicely decorated. You could stay one night or a month in complete comfort. The bed is very comfortable but I would like to suggest there was an option of another pillow. My husband only uses one, but I need two. That is only a personal thing. The position is fantastic, and you would never get bored. There is every shop imaginable, cinemas and white we were staying, there was a hot rod/vintage care show on in the main street, with live entertainment. We highly recommend the unit and its position to anyone visiting the hills district of Sydney. Jared and Diana are lovely.

We were entirely satisfied and would return .Apartment itself very clean with all facilities you would require.

Jun 27, 2019This was my first Airbnb experience and it was absolutely perfect! A huge thank you to Diana and Jared, who are were excellent hosts - communicative, thoughtful and warm. I was made to feel incredibly comfortable in their home and I loved every bit of my stay. Diana gave me clear instructions on how to find the place and communicated really well in the lead up to my arrival, making the transition smooth and stress free. I loved the little touches. There were chocolates and water left out on the bed, milk and juice in the fridge and beautiful candles lit for my arrival. I immediately felt right at home. The unit is modern, comfortable and in a truly amazing location. The Rouse Hill shopping precinct has every shop you would need and you literally step out the door and you are right in the thick of it. The furnishings are modern yet comfortable, and the property is equipped with all the little things that you need for a week away (everything from laundry powder to salt & pepper shakers). Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality guys!

Jun 27, 2019We have just had 16 nights at Jared and Diana's apartment and perhaps the best compliment we can pay is that we did not want to leave as it had become to feel like home. It is a beautiful, spacious place, very well equipped with all you need to live there like a local. Being on the top floor there are good views across the lake and you hardly know that the shops are only a few steps away from the main door. We found having all the shopping facility and restaurants so available was a real bonus. Diana communicated very well prior to arrival and was at the apartment to meet us. A delightful lady who was most friendly and welcoming. There were provisions in the fridge, chocolates on the table and a beautiful vase of flowers all helping to give the feeling of home from home. She was always available on the phone if we had any questions. The car parking space below proved very useful too. We loved Rouse Hill and when we return we will definitely be looking to stay at Jared and Diana's apartment again.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is exactly as described and pictured. Check in and check out was simple and all communications were clear. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment is quiet and fully equipped with all you would need. It sits 5 floors above the shops, which means it only take a couple of minutes to get to either Coles or Woolworths and there are also a great cross section of restaurants and take aways if you don't feel like cooking. Secure car park is handy also.

Jun 27, 2019우리 부부는 Jared&Diana의 아파트에서 5박 6일을 머물렀습니다. 체크인 하루 전에 주소와 파킹 정보까지 상세한 정보를 보내주셨고, 저희가 늦은 체크인을 했는데도 반갑게 맞아주시고 집안 구석구석 친절히 설명해주셨습니다. 은은한 향초의 향기와 센스있는 인테리어 덕분에 집안에 들어서는 순간 기분이 좋아졌고, 주방기구 세탁기 건조기 등 모든 것이 갖춰져 있는 곳이라 내 집처럼 편안했습니다. 또한 오트밀과 꿀 차등도 준비해주셔서 머무는 내내 든든한 아침 식사도 했구요. 주변에 호수 공원이 있어 저희는 매일 아침 산책하고 힐링했습니다. 커피를 좋아하는 저에겐 커피 머쉰이 없다는 것이 살짝 아쉽긴 했지만 길건너 커피숍이 있어 괜찮았습니다. 조용하고 한적한 곳이지만 Rouse hill town center내에 위치한 곳이라 woolworths나 레스토랑 등 편의시설이 모두 가까워서 편리했습니다. 아파트 자체가 완벽한 보안이 되는 곳이고 rousehill town center 자체적으로 24시간 순찰을 하며 보안에 신경을 쓰는 곳이라ㅇ 안전하고
Jun 27, 2019Diana & Jared's is a nice well equipped Airbnb apartment located in a shopping mall, with a view on a bush and the rising sun from its balcony. 40kms away from CBD, but with all shopping facilities downstairs and a parking place that makes it a perfect location for business needs if you're planning to work somewhere around. Not suitable for a long stay though, if you can't afford to pay for the whole duration upfront. Although my plans for a 3 months stay there were shared with the owner from day one, I discovered another booking had been accepted meanwhile when trying to extend my booking to the third month planned.
Jun 27, 2019Long story short: My original place that I booked for my vacation was a noshow so as a last minute booking, I could not have been happier. It is above a shopping complex but you don't get the noise of the shoppers as you're 5 floors up. It is next to a main bus terminal and eventually on a rail line, so you won't be too far from town. The hosts were super flexible and were always available, if needed. I know when I return to Sydney, I will be booking this place again.

Jun 27, 2019Fantastic on all fronts. True home away from home and met all of my needs (and more!) for the 3wks I stayed. The location is perfect for accessing shops (literally on top of them!) and the bus stop is a 3min walk away for easy travel to the city. The apartment is as beautiful as pictures show, has washer/dryer!, parking was easy, and Diana/Jared were wonderful to work with. They were so friendly and checked in with me to make sure all was going well and to see if I needed anything. Will definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you!

Washer and dryer simplified visit. Top notch security. Friendly welcome and check out. Would love to stay every year.

The location was perfect for me with the shops just downstairs. I would have extended my stay if that were possible and I would definitely stay again if I needed to visit the area.

We loved dining at various restaurants near by and also there aa beautiful lake near the house which is good for a morning walk. Total value for money. Thanks Jared for this awesome experience.

Any questions I had were answered very promptly though was pretty much self sufficient after the first night - outstanding stay

It’s lovely and stylish and everything you could wish for was provided from shower gel and shampoo to cleaning products and sun tan lotion so we could start enjoying it straight away. The location is great. There are lots of lovely shops, supermarkets, coffee shops, places to eat, post office, cinema and bus station. Having said this the appartment is also lovely and quiet. We would not hesitate to recommend it.
