Family rents a two roons for female to study, work or make the exchange. We have comfort in a room with single bed and if necessari if two,but not for couples, have refrigerator cabinets, tv, radio, desk and chair, coffee in the morning, wi fi , net tooAnd the other room have two beds single too. Bathroom in common, we have two bathrooms with shower and a toilet. We have two school-age children and used to receive guests and respecting their schedules of silence and have two dogs that stay in the kitchen not to bother anyone. I live near the beach(2 minutes on foot), and all points of commerce and transportation, metro, buses, tax. In one of the most popular tourist spots and spoken around the world.Here is very confortable, my apartament have bedroons 3 and one is for one people and have all you need that. portuguese lavar os pés na garagem quando vier da praia. não colocar sacos plásticos no frigobar lavar seus próprios utensílios. não deixar coisas sujas na pia, ou tanque. pode lavar roupas no tanque ou pedir o uso da maquina de lavar bem como cafeteira etc...somente usar caso seja liberado. fumar somente na janela ou fora do edificio Each clean their own dishes in the cafe or during the day, and also want to use the tank, put the washing machine I put to beat and then can be removed and hung the clothesline. We have coffee, juice squeezer, toaster that can also be used. do not put plastic bags in the fridge and washing the feet in the garage when you get to the beach. the key is delivered upon arrival and returned upon departure. Usar el frigobar en las noches para no hacer ruidos en la cocina donde quedan los perros. cambiamos la roupa de banho y tambien de cama una vez por semana otros servicios solamente conversando conosotros.

    Rosanne and her family are very nice and hospitable.The room was comfortable for one person well- equipped for my one month stay.The room was kept tidy at all times thanks to to Rosanne who made sure of it!Her two children age 8 are well-behaved and tranquil.She also has two dogs in the kitchen who are very (Website hidden by Airbnb) good to make friends with them:)Overall I had a great stay and would come back!Thank you!

    The apartment is very confortable, close to the Copacabana beach and very easy to reach every part of Rio from there, Christ Reedemer, Pao de Acucar hill, Ipanema, everything is easily reachable by bus. Rosanne and her two kids are wonderful, I really felt at home, so sad at the time of living... I would come back for sure ! Thankyou

    Rosanne es una persona muy amable y cordial, me brindo ayuda en varios sentidos. Sus hijos son muy respetuosos y simpaticos. El departamento es tranquilo y muy bien ubicado, a 1 cuadra de la playa y en la puerta están accesibles todos los puntos de omnibus. Recomendable.

    Gostei da minha estadia na casa da Rosanne. O ambiente em casa é bastante tranquilo e a localização é óptima, porque tem todo o tipo de comércio por perto. Fiquei num quarto que dá para as traseiras da casa o que fez com que não sentisse o possível ruído da rua. A Rosanne foi prestável comigo ajudando-me em diversas situações. Ela e os seus filhos são bastante simpáticos. Tinha a minha independência para entrar e sair de casa quando quisesse, porque possuia a chave de casa.

    Difícil falar da minha experiência na casa da Rossane sem ficar com muitas saudades!!! Passei quase três meses com eles e me fizeram sentir que fazia parte da família. Rossane é super amável e te faz sentir bem, muito bem. Tudo de bom pode ser dito da família da Rossane, seus filhos são super bem educados, Bruna é uma menina inteligente e carinhosa e Marcos é um garoto divertido e curioso. Filhos incríveis vc tem, Rossane. A casa é confortável e o quarto é bem grande. Ótimo para estudar porque a casa não é barulhenta e todos respeitam os silêncios dos outros e os espaços... O apartamento está bem localizado, perto da praia e numa área de Copacabana segura. Pode se voltar tarde de noite porque é seguro. Acho que é a melhor área de Copacabana... Eu não duvidaria em voltar com vocês..

    This place is a very good deal for the price. I initially got a small but functional room for a few days but then someone else arrived and I got moved to a bigger room. Both are very good for the price, especially given the location of the apartment (one block away from the beach and a 10 minute walk to the metro station). Both rooms have a private fridge, a desk and TV with cable. Breakfast is also provided. The host Rosanne is great and makes you feel at home. Her two kids are incredibly well behaved. The internet connection is good. You will share the apartment with a few more "residents." There are two dogs with which you want to be friends with when you arrive. There is also a very cute cat. The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable are the caged birds, maybe this is cultural, but it was somewhat unconformable being in the living room with caged animals. The people that work in the building are also very friendly and there is a guard in the building 24 hours a day. Overall a great experience!

    Rosanne est très relax et sympa. Je suis resté 19 jours et c'est passé très vite. L'appartement est littéralement à 2 minutes de la plage. Les enfants de Rosanne étaient là de temps en temps mais sont cools et viennent vers vous. Petit plus, Rosanne fait la lessive des personnes qu'elle héberge.

    Great place in Copacabana ! Rosanne is super nice and the location of the apartment is just perfect. Walking distance from the beach, the metro station, the supermarket and the many bus stops. Room clean and quiet with everything you need. Will definitely recommend :)

    I loved it!!! My favorite AirBnB experience so far. I stayed at Rosanne's place during Carnival and it was an awesome experience. The location is fantastic! Right in the middle of the action in Copa on a street that has lots of souvenir shops, grocery stores, cafes and restaurants and one block from the beach!! The building is very secure and has a doorman 24/7. The metro is very close and all the main attractions are also a short taxi ride away. Rosanne is super nice and her adorable 2 kids are very polite and well behaved. There are also 2 playful dogs, one friendly cat and birds in the apartment. It made it feel a lot like home :) When I return to Rio, I will definitely stay here again!!
