Hi, Thanks for choosing my apartment:-) There are something please aware Please avoid the neighbors complain quite after 11pm. All guests are my friends, please remember this when anyone from the building ask about that. Important: Switch off all electric appliances when leaving Don't fire inside the apartment a private big roof can walking out from the house there is a great area to smoke. Please put all of the remote control on the tv table when checkout please clear the bins and trash, put them behind the fire door outside apartment before checkout, if you left the trash inside or too much work after checkout, may charge for 300-800 cleaning fee. Checkout at 11am on time please because the clean maid work not too fast. But still can late a bit when no booking Please lock doors whenever you leave/after you in/check out. Chile is a very friendly and helping person. She always responded very quickly when we had a problem, no matter at what time. Even when we had to change our booking dates, she was very comprehensive and professional. The flatscreen tv, which had also an HDMI cable, was very nice and also the weekly filling of our fridge was very convenient. We were 3 people and we had more than enough space. Even if you are 4 people, there is still enough space, but it may be a little crowded when there would be more than 4 people. The location of the appartment is very good: 2 walking minutes from the mtr, 3 walking minutes from Victoria Park, 10-15 walking minutes to Causeway Bay and 5 walking minutes from a supermarket. All in all a very nice appartment with a lot of space for Hong Kong conditions. If you are looking for a nice place to enjoy your time in Hong Kong, you won't regret to have booked this appartment :-)
Jun 27, 2019人生特别的旅程有缘认识了特别的Chile,nice and warmhearted!公寓设施齐全,舒适,有一个大阳台,适合一家旅行,公寓地址便利,不论是去机场､还是城市任何交通工具都可以便利使用,楼下是巴士站,地铁站五分钟可以到达,的士也很容易叫,还有电车站,四周餐厅超市街市都在方圆一公里内,非常方便!一百个赞!

Jun 27, 2019Chile was an incredibly nice host, very welcoming, and always making sure we had everything we needed, answering within minutes to any issue we had! We stayed for nearly 4 months and Chile always made sure that we had everything we needed. The apartment is only a couple of minutes away from Tin Hau Station, and a lovely walk through Victoria Park away from Causeway Bay, making it a very central location! Especially the terrace makes it a great place :) We really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend it!
