A separate cosy sitting room with TV is an inviting space to relax, and the airy dining and kitchen space opens through French doors onto a sandstone courtyard with outdoor eating.

Our street is tranquil, but we are just five minutes stroll to bustling Balmain with fabulous cafes, restaurants, designer clothes shops and Saturday market. At the end of the street is a beautiful waterfront parkland with great children's playground.

Ferry from the end of the road to the city in ten minutes, and buses go to the city from Balmain frequently - and take 10-15 minutes to get there.
