We were 100% satisfied. Grady met us in person to explain where everything was and Cristina contacted several times throughout the week to make sure all was going well and if we needed anything. The place and neighborhood were just as advertised and in a great part of lower east side. Will definitely stay with them again if we go to Manhattan. Thanks guys!
Jun 27, 2019Grady and Cristina were so sweet and even met us at the apartment to help carry our luggage up the 5 flights. The apartment was immaculately clean and the beds were super comfy. I would definitely stay there agin.

Jun 27, 2019We had a great time at Grady & Cristina's place! When we arrived, we got instructions to pick up the keys at a Keycafe location not far from the apartment. Once in the apartment, we found a folder with all the information we needed and some recommended restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment was small, but exactly as depicted in the photos (except for the airco, you can't see it but the two rooms each have an airco). It was clean and cozy, towels and sheets were provided. The subway F-line was 3 blocks away (good 5 minutes walk). It's a safe neighborhood near Chinatown and close to everything in lower Manhattan. Grady & Cristina were very responive when we needed anything and we would definitely recommend this apartment!

Jun 27, 2019Appartement très sympa, deux vrais chambres avec dans chacune des clims, ce qui n'est pas négligeable en plein été à New York ! L'appartement était impeccable à notre arrivée, avec des serviettes et des draps propres. La machine à laver et le sèche linge nous ont été très pratique aussi ! L'emplacement est idéal avec le métro à proximité, des commerces dont un supermarché et quelques petits restaurants. Je recommande cet appart !

Jun 27, 2019Grady & Christina's communication was excellent, and they made sure we had everything we needed. I was a little annoyed that the apartment was on the 5th floor of a building with no elevator. obviously, because my other occupants were women, that didn't go well for me with luggage lol. The space was a lot smaller than I expected, but that was not really a bad thing. We did not feel cramped. Overall, its a really nice place. I saw a couple of rats, but whats New York without rats right lmao!

Nous avons eu un petit soucis de wifi un matin qui a été réglé très rapidement: efficacité, rapidité de Grady et Cristina. L'emplacement de l'appartement était très bien. Merci d'avoir si bien contribué à notre beau séjour !!!

Jun 27, 2019Realmente pasamos unos días maravillosos en NYC, el apartamento es pequeño aunque muy cómodo y estupendamente equipado, Grady y Cristina son excelentes anfitriones, nos guiaron e informaron siempre y respondieron rápidamente a cada inquietud, a tres cuadras del apartamento pasa una línea de metro que conecta con toda la ciudad, el apartamento es altamente recomendable!!

Jun 27, 2019It's a lovely apartment in a tranquil neighborhood. Close to some nice bars and places for breakfast and lunch. Metro is on walking distance. The apartment was very clean with nice beds. Communication with Grady and Christina was clear and they always responded quickly. I will defenitly visit this apartment again during my next stay!
Jun 27, 2019We can really recommend the apartment of Grady and Christina. It's a small but very clean and comfortable place with everything you'll need. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby and also some grocery stores. Be aware that the apartment is on the 5th floor without an elevator. ;)

Jun 27, 2019We had a great time! great neighborhood, very close to everything. We walked most places or took the subway which are also near by. Keep in mind it is on the 5th floor with NO elevator, we knew this in advance so it wasn't an issue but bringing up the luggage was a little difficult in the narrow hallways. The emergency alarm for the roof door went off all night our first night, I messaged Grady and Cristina at 2-3am and they responded immediately and notified the super. They werent able to turn it off until morning but I did appreciate the quick responses even tho it was very late.

Jun 27, 2019The flat was amazing. It is located close to many very good restaurants and breakfast places and just a few crossroads from the next metro station. It is also in walking distance to the staten island ferry and the financial district. The flat is very clean and comfy and upon our arrival the beds were ready and a pile of fresh towels and extra blankets waited for us. Our hosts had given us many good suggestions for restaurants and things to do before arrival and were always reachable during our stay, even for small things like us not knowing how to switch on the radiator. We were also able to leave luggage after official check-out to be able to do some more sight seeing on our last day. We could not have had a more comfortable stay!

Jun 27, 2019We had a fantastic time in New York, made better by good, clean and accessible accommodation. Communication with Grady and Cristina before the trip was fantastic, and being a group of four girls meant that the flat worked so much better for us than if we were staying in a hotel. The flat is a 5min walk from the nearest subway and 30mins from the city centre. We explored the local area as well, East Village being walking distance, as is Brooklyn Bridge and we went to a local bar, 2 mins from their flat, which was great and made a change from the expensive and touristy bars in parts of central Manhattan. The place was spotless with lots of extra towels and blankets if we needed them. Communication between the hosts was very easy and organized and same with the check in process. Would stay again

Jun 27, 2019This beautiful apartment has it all. Great location in the lower east side. The rooms were spacious and the decor was very nice. Yes, it's on the 5th floor and there is no elevator, but there aren't a lot of steps and the floors are close together so it's not a big deal at all, it's even a welcome little bit of exercise. And from the 5th floor there is even a bit of a view. The check in was very easy with the key cafe right down the street. Cristina and Grady were very accommodating. Modern kitchen and bathroom and appliances. Highly recommended!
Jun 27, 2019We had such a nice time here! The apartment itself is exactly as pictured, and the location is great. Grady & Cristina were very welcoming and had everything prepare for us. From all the towels to laundry detergent, we had everything we needed for our stay. They even have a guest manual, which is the best thing ever. Grady & Cristina have it all when it comes to this cozy apartment! Thanks again for everything!

Very close to subway system and near to a lot of really cool spots in the East Village, this apt. was everything we needed and more. Extremely clean and well cared for with an extremely painless automated check in/out process. We couldn't recommend this stay highly enough!

Lower East Side is an amazing area with quality coffee shops, restaurants and bars and the apartment is minutes away from Metro stations which can take you everywhere. Jun 27, 2019The apartment was clean, cozy and perfect for our stay. Beds comfortable, kitchen was perfect. Hosts were extremely involved in communicating with us (which I found unnecessary, but some people new to Airbnb might find reassuring). The key drop was convenient and quick. My only issue was that we were told the day before we left that they 'might' need to show the apartment with 24-hours notice. While the hosts generously offered to accept any cancellation (I assume they would have refunded us despite the strict cancellation policy setting) and were apologetic, this didn't give us enough time to find other accommodation and a frustrating experience leading up to the trip.

Jun 27, 2019Great location that is off the beaten path but provides easy access to subway. This 5th floor walk-up was perfectly clean and decorated. Quite, comfortable and cozy, our party of 4 enjoyed cooking meals and eating out at the variety of restaurants available. Deli's and stores were conveniently located and the neighborhood was quite at night too. All around fantastic place!

Jun 27, 2019What a great stay this was! From the room and location to the decor, I enjoyed my stay with my family. The apartment was the perfect distance away from the nearest subway. The room was quiet, yet I still felt like I was in the heart of the city. The apartment is equipped with everything one might need. Thank you to the gracious hosts who checked in on my family and me frequently!
