Normas de convivencia Si no quieres convertirte en el peor compañero de piso del mundo, sigue estos consejos: 1. Paga a tiempo lo acordado Si llega el día del pago del alquiler, no te retrases en hacer los pagos o transferencias. 2. Mantén la limpieza y el orden en la cocina Cuando uses algo, intenta que se quede después tal cual estaba. Por ejemplo, si vas a coger una sartén y tú la has encontrado limpia, ¿se la tiene que encontrar sucia el siguiente? Si todos mantenéis esta regla en casa, la convivencia será mucho mejor. Ya que el apartamento dispone de lavavajillas, cuesta el mismo trabajo dejarlo en la pica que colocarlo en su interior y por supuesto colocarlo en su sitio después del lavado. 3. Haz lo mismo con el baño No hay nada peor en este mundo que llegar a un baño que es un completo desastre, lleno de pelos por todos lados, con miles de productos tirados por la ducha, la alfombrilla empapada en el suelo… Haz siempre el esfuerzo de dejar el baño como a ti te gustaría encontra

Jul 27, 2019Javier was a fantastic host. He was very warm and welcoming, and tried his very best to recommend restaurants and places to visit in Barcelona, even with his limited English. The room was immaculate, just as described and shown in the picture. Everything else in the house was also very clean and tidy, including the washroom and the dining room. He even left me a bottle of water when I arrived. A great person and a great host. I highly recommend Javier for your stay in Barcelona!
Jun 27, 2019Since I arrive at the flat, Javier made sure I felt welcomed and that I was happy with the bedroom, bed sheet,...etc. He also gave me some clear instructions and provided maps so I knew quickly my whereabouts.... and a complementary fresh bottle of water. Javier's might not be fluent in English, but with my basic Spanish and the help of (Hidden by Airbnb) translate we were able to communicate easily and it was a pleasure having some conversation around a drink or two. The place is always tidy and clean and is actually not far from the centre (20 mns in metro). If I come back to Barcelona for few days I know where I will stay and as you can tell I highly recommend staying at Javier's place!
Jun 27, 2019Javier was an amazing host. Since I arrived, he made sure I was comfortable and felt like I was at home. The room was great, and so was the rest of the house. He gave me a lot information about the city and solved any kind of matter I had. I highly recommend Javier's if you're staying in Barcelona.

Квартира чистая и уютная.Находися в очень хорошем месте... недалеко море,большой торговый центр,и самое главное до центра Барселоны 30 минут пешком (рядом остановки метро,трамвая,автобуса)Мне очень понравилось!Настоятельно рекомендую!
Jun 27, 2019I had a good experience staying at Javier's place. Hospitality is well taken care of and he's always checking upon your well-being. The room is not big but has everything you need. It's also not too far away from the center. For a relatively short stay, as was mine (1 week) I would definitely recommend Javier's place.

Jun 27, 2019The overall stay was very good. The flat is confortable and is full of natural light in the living room and the kitchen the whole day long. The exterior room is also light-filled, especially in the morning. The kitchen, although it doesn't look recently refunished, it has all the commodities and it's clean and confortable. There's a dish-washer, a senseo coffee machine, a washing machine which can be programmed to start even in an 8h time, oven, microwave, mixer, mincer and all you can need to make your cooking easy. It has heating and air-conditioning and the house gets warm very fast. The mattress is fine, you won't end up with a back-ache after sleeping there. You have a pretty spacious wardrobe and he will give you the towels and sheets for change without having to ask for them. The bathroom is very confortable, recently refurnished, clean and has a window. The temperature inside the bathroom is warm, the water goes out with good pressure and temperature and there's a hanger for the shower head. The host is a generous, open and kind guy who will make you feel at home and will make you feel free to use all spaces at home, to turn on the heating (unlike other places in Barcelona) and use whatever you need as many times as you need. I happened to fell sick 3 days after arriving and he even went to do a small shopping for me to have sth to eat and he boiled some rice for me. He is flexible and willing to listen what whatever input you want to make. The house is located in a building with lift. The neighbourhood is safe, quiet, although humble and there's no neighbourbood feeling. Around the corner, literally, so 2-min away, there's a supermarket open until 21:00 and 2 streets away there's another Spanish supermarket which open until 1:30 in the night or so. Although you won't be right at the city center, the area is well communicated. The flat is 6 minutes away from metro line 2 which will bring you in 10 minutes to Sagrada Familia, in 15 min to the city center (Passeig de Gracia), and in 20 min to Diagonal - Provença, a key metro - train (Rodalias) hub. Very convenient. You have to know that the bedroom window opens to the kitchen, to the sink, more precisely. You may need earplugs if you're not an early bird, but the host is very thoughtful and won't turn on the washing machine or the dish washer if you're in bed, unless you insist that it doesn't mind. Since you can spend all your time at home in the living room, this is a minor thing. Nevertheless, he has another exterior room you may choose, instead. Avoid this place if you are orange-colour averse! ;P Enjoy your stay! ;)
Jun 27, 2019La estancia, por lo general, estuvo bien. Javier se esforzó en indicarme qué zonas y eventos de la ciudad no debía perderme, y resolvió todas las dudas que le planteé. El piso y la zona cuenta con todos los servicios y transportes que pude necesitar. La habitación es suficientemente espaciosa, pero es ruidosa y no muy luminosa (cuenta con una ventana interior que da a la cocina).
Jun 27, 2019I arrived to Barcelona three weeks ago. Firstly I booked Javi's room for one week but as it is hard to find apartament for rent in Barcelona, I stayed for three weeks at Javi's place. Javi's flat is situated in Sant Marti, near to Metro station Bac de Roda, it is quite central position and you can go everywhere by walk. Javi is great host, very helpful. Everything in flat is there for your use, whatever you can think of. Wardrobe with two sets of bed sheets, umbrella, towel and much more. I will recommend Javi to everyone who will travel to Barcelona (there is also second room to book). I am sure we will keep in touch and one day, once I won't be in BCN anymore, I will book Javier's room.

Jun 27, 2019Javier's place is nice and welcoming. The room looks like on the picture, bathroom, living room and kitchen are nice and clean. Javier is very friendly, he can help you with anything you ask: what to see, where to eat etc. I really enjoyed the area: apartments buildings, lots of trees, small cafes and supermarkets around. It's close to the metro, bus and tram stations. Only 20 mins to get to the beach!
Jun 27, 2019The location is good and near to the station metro Bac de Roda. The house of Javier is really nice and all the services (kitchen, living room and bathroom) was clean and perfect. The only thing that I didn't like was about the window that is between the room and the kitchen so there was not so fresh air. I suggest to stay for a short period. Overall the experience was very nice and Javier was really kind and nice with me! So thank you very much for all!
Jun 27, 2019I spent ten days at Javi's flat and can recommend it to anybody looking for a clean, quiet place that is well located. The room is exactly as shown in the photos and in the flat you'll find everything you need to enjoy your stay. Javi is an excellent host and responds quickly to any questions that you may have. Jun 27, 2019E' stata una buona sistemazione per le mie esigenze. Avevo bisogno di un appoggio a buon prezzo a Barcellona per 2-3 settimane in una zona ben collegata. Il prezzo della casa è competitivo rispetto alle altre strutture in città e la posizione è ottima se non si ha bisogno di vivere in centro (metro a 2 minuti a piedi). La camera corrisponde esattamente alle foto, ma avevo sottovalutato il fatto di non avere una finestra che desse verso l'esterno. La camera è infatti completamente interna. Per far entrare un po' di luce è stata creata una finestra che affaccia sulla cucina, esattamente all'altezza del lavandino, per cui gli odori di cucinato inevitabilmente entrano e faticano e disperdersi per mancanza di altre prese d'aria. Questo sicuramente il limite principale della sistemazione. Javier è un host assolutamente raccomandabile. Tutta la casa è pulita e organizzata, e dispone di tutto il necessario, inlcusa una lavastoviglie, che se si ha intenzione di cucinare è una vera mano santa!

Jun 27, 2019Javier is a great host. I had no problems staying for about a month in his apartment. The apartment has everything you need. Very good equipped. The location is perfect. A lot of supermarkets, cafes, bars around the house. Very close to metro L2 station, which will get you yo the city center. The window is not an external, but I had no problems with fresh air because the kitchen has a real external window right opposite the internal one.
Jun 27, 2019Javiers place was an excellent stay I enjoyed staying here because it was convenient to see many things and it was easy to get to and from because of the bac de roda station. One day I was also feeling sick and Javier helped me out for a second I thought that was very thoughtful. I would come to stay here again, it was a good stay.

Jun 27, 2019Javier is very helpful and punctual. He can tell you about the best sights in Barcelona. His apartment is fully-equipped and clean, you can find everything you need. The room is small but cosy. The flat is close to the metro station Bac de Roda. I would definitely recommend you to stay here.
Jun 27, 2019I had such a wonderful experience! The lovely apartment with views of the hills, the proximity to the metro and the beach, and the kitchen and washer are enough for me to stay here again. But Javi's hospitality was beyond - from advice on getting into the city, sharing meals, and always making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, he was a fantastic host. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Jun 27, 2019Pasé casi tres meses en el departamento de Javi & tras tanto tiempo nunca tuve algún problema: ni con él, ni con el lugar. Javier es una persona muy amable, acomedida y amigable... Siempre está ahí sí lo necesitas y lo más importante es que también te da tu espacio. 5* El cuarto es exactamente como lo describe, no hay ningún pero... Si vienen a Barcelona y necesitan un piso a buen precio se los recomiendo!
