It is in the center of downtown Manhattan. Steps away from Soho, Chinatown and LES. You can pretty much walk everywhere in downtown Manhattan. The New Museum is 3 blocks away, tons of galleries and boutiques are all around. Best brunch places like Egg Shop, Butcher’s Daughter and Two hands are 2 blocks away.

Esef is an amazing host! He showed us around the apartment and made us extremely comfortable, he gave us tips about places to go to and things to do in NYC. The apartment was absolutely beautiful. Cozy and spacious enough for 4 people. The most amazing part of it is though has got to be the patio. Good speakers and nice setup outside, the place was the most perfect place to reside for a group of young people. Sick place! Oh and it's in East village!

Jun 27, 2019We absolutely loved this apartment. The owner was very accommodating and provided all the information we needed in a timely manner. We liked the location because it was in more of a residential section, so, while still busy, it was out of the hustle and bustle of Soho and Midtown. The layout worked very well for our group of two couples and the bathroom was generously sized compared to some of the hotels we've stayed in near Times Square. We made use of the patio almost every night and it was such a nice feature to have. We've already recommended this apartment to several of our friends and we would definitely stay here again.
Jun 27, 2019As a former New Yorker, I'm familiar with this general area. This is a great location to stage an attack on Soho, Noho, Nolita, east village, China town. Less so the west village, but doable for eager walkers. The place is a perfect. Clean and decorated. amazing roomy arrangement considering the space and the patio is better than it appears in the pictures. I never got to meet Esef- but he communicated great over email and made all arrangements as promised. Will absolutely consider returning here for my annual visits.

Esef is a very kind and uncomplicated person and therefore the contact, arrangements when and where to meet etc. was very convenient. The apartment is a great place to stay. It is very clean and you feel home right from the beginning. It has two bedrooms with king-size beds, a nice bathroom and a very comfortable living-open-kitchen-room. The patio is great too, although we did not really had the chance to use it since it was too cold. Also the area is very nice and you have lots of cafes, restaurants and bars right around the corner and also West village and all these nice areas are in walking distance! I can highly recommend Esef's apartment when staying in NY! Thanks again!
Jun 27, 2019Geen verassingen, geen onduidelijkheden. Wij kregen precies wat wij hoopten en verwachtten toen wij dit appartement boekten. Esef informeerde ons tijdig en op eigen initiatief. In- en uitchecken ging zonder enig probleem. Esef respecteerde onze privacy maar reageerde snel en adequaat op onze vragen. Prima ervaring. De keuken bleek niet bedoeld om te koken (geen pannen) maar gelukkig zijn er veel prima restaurants in de buurt.
Jun 27, 2019Esef's place was just as wonderful as he was! Great location in Soho so close to Chinatown and Little Italy. Great bagels and juices nearby. Two bars downstairs. Bowery and New Museum super close too! The apt is way nicer than the pics. We stayed fri and sat night. Lots going on near by so a little noisy but NYC is noisy so it was fine. My favorite Airbnb so far!

Jun 27, 2019Esefs place was perfect for my recent trip to NYC. The location was central and vibrant. The place was well equipped and comfortable and Esef was accommodating and friendly. Will definitely stay there again and hopefully it will be for longer than just a weekend!
Jun 27, 2019We were a party of three girls and spent a week at Esef's apt. The location is great, close to subways (10-20 min walk) close to grocery stores and to restaurants and pubs. Two pubs are right downstairs (a bit noisy at weekends night) but still very quite and nice area all around. The house was very clean and big enough for three or even four. Not very accessorised to cook or have breakfast there (Esef told us!) but you can always ask Esef whatever you need. Bathroom is perfect and has a great shower, beds very comfortable and the terrace is fantastic, you can even see the Empire from there!! Last but not least: he has a terrific music system there!! Esef was a great host, we saw him only at arrival but he was very welcoming and helpful and always responded to our messages when needed. We had a great stay at Esef's apartment!
Jun 27, 2019The apartment was exactly as described. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, the bathroom (especially the shower!) was spacious, and the rooftop patio was a great bonus. The apartment is in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions within walking distance. Highly recommend!

We love how light and spacious the apartment is, which is not easy to find in Manhattan. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to NYC.

The apartment pictures on the listing are very accurate and i was very happy to discover the apartment was exactly as i expected it to be from the pictures. Esef is super responsive and solved every minor issue we had during our stay, waited for us when we arrived and provided all the needed instructions. The location is fantastic, close to everything but in a relatively quiet area. Really enjoyed my stay at Esef's place and i would definitely come back next time i'll be in NYC.

Jun 27, 2019Lovely two bed apartment in a lovely fun area. We travelled as a family and did miss an oven or microwave but got by with eating out! Beds were super comfy and the bathroom was clean and with lots of towels along with a great shower. The apartment is above a bar that was noisy on the Friday evening but other nights not so loud. Esef was super helpful and always on hand if we needed anything. I would recommend a stay here an ideal place to rest up from sightseeing and enjoying the best NYC can offer.

The apartment is up two flights of stairs (for those with heavy suitcases), has quirky furnishings, good for music lovers! Bring your own iron if you need to press anything, the local dry cleaners are expensive.
Jun 27, 2019The location was just perfect! I stayed with 3 more friends and the apartment was very comfortable for us. In matter of the space, rooms, and the patio that was really handy. The only thing to take into account that there is no elevator, which for us was just fine. But if you are traveling with a baby it can be challenging. Rather then that it was perfect!

Really close to everything including the subway stop. Esef was easy and accommodating. He totally worked with our schedule. I would stay at Esef's place again, in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed having breakfast at the terrace, we bought delicious food at Wholefoods just a couple of blocks away along Bowery going north. Checking in went smooth and Esef answered all our questions swiftly.
Jun 27, 2019Esef’s Flat is perfect for a NYC getaway. The location is incredible with literally everything you would want and need at your doorstep. The outdoor area was the perfect way to spend the summer afternoons. Soho is literally 5mins around the corner with great access to public transport. Esef was a brilliant host and made checking in and out very easy. I would highly recommend his flat to anyone who wants the nyc lifestyle away from tourist areas.

Jun 27, 2019Great stay in NYC for 9 days, with my partner and my 10 years old son. GOOD THINGS: Beautiful and very cosy home, with personality and style, better than pictures shown; Clean and comfortable beds, bathroom, shower; My son loved the lights with adjustable intensity; For meals or a beer the patio is good (could be great if the owner takes more care of it); Good position, near some subway stops, in a lively area, with also excellent pizza shops in the nearby; Check-in and check-out in any time; Esef's kindness in communication (but not fast...). BAD THINGS: Very noisy, night and day (traffic, klaxons, street works, alarms); Many house lights not (or bad) working, with dozens of lights shops in the nearby!; Self check-in, problems with the keys and unclear instructions: we risked to stay out; Too few accessories: chairs, table lamps, table for meals (except a folding table that needed to be cleaned strongly); A total of $460 per night is too much for that area and flat. Of course most of those issues can be easily fixed by the host, next time.

Kommunikation med værten var også helt fin og indtjekning nem og uproblematisk. Gode senge og rimeligt roligt om natten. Rent og pænt indenfor! Kunne dog anbefale værten at gøre noget ved patioen - det var skønt at kunne være ude, men møbler og indretning var gammelt og slidt. Især sofaen var ubrugelig.

Best location in Nolita @ Elizabeth street which has all the great shopping and cafés, restaurants spots around the corner. The terrace is really a plus and we enjoyed it every day. Esef is very nice and very easy to communicate. We had 0 issues. Everything was really perfect! We will come back!

Jun 27, 2019Esef's property is a wonderful flat in Little Italy with easy access to neighborhood restaurants and cafes with the galleries and shopping of SOHO a short stroll away. Check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier. The apartment was spacious enough for two couples. Highlights include a large shower, flexible common area, private outdoor deck and nearby subway stops. The space was clean, bright and featured live plants and all of the promised amenities. Communication was excellent and we hope to stay here again in the future.

It was an a GREAT location with easy access to subways, sights, restaurants, bridges, amenities and a do-able amount of stairs to climb home! As a mama traveling with kids (and someone that has lived in NYC before), I really need a lot of cleanliness and comfort - Esef's place made New York City easy ~ and that's no small task. Highly Recommend!
Jun 27, 2019Esef's place has a great vibe to it. Very hip/stylish looking apt with everything you could need. Perfectly clean, very comfortable rooms and beds, spacious bathroom. Everything worked perfectly. Stayed here with 3 friends and we were all very comfortable. Comunication was great. Always got a prompt response to messages. The location is great too. Several subway station near and only 3 min walk to Little Italy neighborhood. Black Seed Bagels just half a block down the same street. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. Would definitely stay here again

Jun 27, 2019Esefs apartment is situated very nicely in Lower Manhattan, everything is acessible by foot or subway transport. The apartment is as nice as it looks on the pictures and is large enough for two couples. I would say the table is not perfect if you want to cook yourself or eat indoors, but who does that in NYC anyway? Communication was also fine, I can therefore only recommend staying in this apartment.

Jun 27, 2019We had a wonderful stay. Although we didn't met Esef, he cared about everything very mindful and supported us in everything we asked. In the area you find a lot amazing little restaurants, shops, bars and galleries. Walking around its just awsome. In the night its very quite, only on st. Patricks day you heard some party People on the road. The everyday shopping you can do in Supermarktes 5 to 10 min away or nice cheap fruits and vegetable in China town just 5 min away. We wished to come back some day....High recommended.
Jun 27, 2019Esef has a wonderful apartment in an excellent location. We were within 20 minutes of the Brooklyn bridge, 9/11 memorial, next to China town and several subway stops. The apartment itself looked even better in person than in photos. The bathroom was modern and spacious, and everything was very clean. I was worried about the apartment being too cold since we were there during a snow storm, but it was nice and toasty. Esef was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly. I highly recommend his place!

Handled everything we needed including our unusually late check-in (2am). comfortable beds. plenty of towels. we had wine and apps on his quaint veranda many nights. if you don’t know Nolita is a great centrally located neighborhood. would stay again and recommend to all.
Jun 27, 2019We loved our stay at Esef's place, he was so kind and responsive, we particularly appreciated his offering us a late check out so that our daughter, who was unwell, could rest in the lovely cool air-conditioning until we left for our bus. The location is fantastic, it's a great neighbourhood with plenty of bars, cafes, Broadway shopping, and eating in Little Italy and Chinatown. Many thanks to Esef for being such a great host.
Jun 27, 2019Die Wohnung ist top gelegen, mitten in einer Gegend mit vielen kleinen Restaurants und Bars! Soho, Little Italy, Chinatown, East und Westvillage liegen um die Ecke! Wir haben uns mit unseren Söhnen (18/14) sofort wohl gefühlt! Der Patio ist morgens und abends bei der Hitze in NY ein Highlight!! Das Bad ist groß und modern. Esef ist extrem hilfsbereit (später check out) und antwortet schnell! Alles ist so wie angegeben. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist top. Alles in allem sind das 5 Sterne!

Jun 27, 2019This is a generous sized two bedroom apartment with a great roof deck. It was very clean and the host communicated promptly. However the apartment is on the second floor above a 24/7 VERY noisy intersection. Unless you are used to extreme noise at night or have great earplugs sleep will elude you! Also two long flights of very steep stairs up to apt. I would not suggest you bring children that need to be carried. The location is great. Perfect base for exploring lower Manhattan

Jun 27, 2019Esef was a wonderful host-- we never met in person but he was attentive and responsive, making sure our check-in went smoothly and that we were enjoying our stay. Esef's space is clean and stylish, and the location is ideal-- the Lower East Side itself is right there for you to explore, and it is a great home base for quick travel to other parts of Manhattan. As Esef mentions in his description of the space, there is some street noise, including noise from the bar downstairs on weekends, but we didn't find it disruptive and slept fine. Thanks Esef for a great stay!

Jun 27, 2019Esef was a wonderful host who gave clear instructions and communication. The apartment was in a really convenient location in a safe neighbourhood with stylish touches throughout. There was a great connectivity via wifi and the amenities were excellent. The terrace would be awesome in summer but for us served as a spot to check out the falling snow or check temperature for the day. Laundromat nearby as well as some trendy cafes and bars (as well as a short walk to both little Italy and china town). Would certainly stay here again! Location, value and state of apartment were excellent for us!
