I was about an hour late getting over to Gino's place for the key handoff and he didn't blink an eye. Gino checked in about mid-week to see how it was going, and when I texted him for the wifi password, he responded in minutes. The place itself is a great, reasonably priced, apartment with a small private kitchenette and a small private bath. Best of all, it is nice and quiet.
Jun 27, 2019This was my first time using Airbnb and Gino provided a great experience. Gino responded to my reservation request in less the 30 mins. When I met Gino to receive the keys, he was very nice and accommodating. The apartment was very clean and offered exactly what a nice weekend in New York called for; being close to the subway by 2 blocks, Central Park, restaurants, movies and other activities within a very short walking distance. Gino was very responsive to any inquiry during the stay and it was much appreciated. Gino even accommodated a later checkout than we originally discussed due to a slight change in my schedule. Overall, the apartment is in a very clean and safe neighborhood of NY. Thanks again Gino for making my stay comfortable, convenient and accommodating!!!
