    Merci à Eduardo et son équipe pour la réactivité en terme de communication et la flexibilité. Nous - une famille avec 3 enfants - avons apprécié le logement clair et fonctionnel et l'accès par quelques stations de métro aux principaux centres, depuis un quartier très calme ... Nous sommes globalement satisfaits même si un petit supplément de charme, de chaleur et de convivialité aurait été appréciable.

    Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss am Strand, hat Metro und Bus Verbindungen um in die alte Stadt oder zur Sagrada Familia (auch zu Fuss erreichbar wenn man gerne läuft=)). Die Wohnung ist eine reine Ferienwohnung!! Das muss man sich bewusst sein. Solche Wohnung benachteiligen die Einwohner von Barcelona stark (Mietpreise steigen und Spanier können nicht mehr in ihrem eigenen Land wohnen!). Man hat auch nie direkten Kontakt mit dem Besitzer. Die Schlüsselübergabe findet in einem Hostel statt, die Angestellten sind dort stets sehr freundlich und geben gerne Auskunft. Die Wohnung selber ist ruhige gelegen, ist sehr sauber und verfügt sogar über einen Balkon. Die Küche hat die nötige Grundausrüstung aber auch nicht mehr. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Internet. Es wurde jedoch behoben und nach hin und her schreiben, kam uns der Gastgeber auch entgegen. Das ist sehr zuvorkommend und fair! Danke Eduardo für den Beitrag an einen guten Aufenthalt in Barcelona (eine wunderschöne Stadt!)! Gracias Eduardo por tu contribución a una muy buena estadía en Barcelona (una ciudad hermosa!)!

    Lo mejor: la ubicació Lo peor: para 4 personas es perfecto però para 6 cono eramos nosotros un poco justo.
