Agradable apartamento completamente exterior y muy luminoso, limpio y tranquilo, nos gusta cuidar de nuestros huéspedes haciéndoles llevarse un maravilloso recuerdo de esta estupenda cuidad del sol y alegría. Muy bien ubicado, en un agradable barrio con muchos comercios y supermercados a su al rededor.

Agradable apartamento completamente exterior y muy luminoso, limpio y tranquilo, nos gusta cuidar de nuestros huéspedes haciéndoles llevarse un maravilloso recuerdo de esta estupenda cuidad del sol y alegría. Muy bien ubicado, en un agradable barrio con muchos comercios y supermercados a su al rededor. Pueden usar la cocina, el baño y la terraza para agradables desayunos o comidas durante su estancia. Proporciono toda la información necesaria referente a la cuidad y los lugares de interés, durante el día suelo trabajar, pero mi pareja se haría cargo de todo necesario para ellos, los fines de semana estoy libre y les puedo dedicar el tiempo que deseen! Agradable y tranquilo barrio residencial de Barcelona cuidad a tan solo 150m de la boca del metro que le conecta con el centro y la playa en tan solo 10 min, la vivienda esta rodeada de muchos supermercados y bares de comida casera, barrio muy tranquilo y seguro.

Beautiful room! Wonderful apartment owners! We are very glad. Room is near metropolitan. A lot of shops and bars is near to apartment. Very calm street. We used the metro to get to the center of Barcelona everyday. It is not too far. Karina , Mercedes and David are amazing people! We was very happy meet with them ! Thank you for wonderful vacation!

Jun 27, 2019We truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Karina’s place. First off, Karina and David themselves were wonderful. They are respectful and helpful, kind and understanding. I felt like we (my partner and I) were staying with friends the whole month. By the time we left Barcelona, we both felt equally as sad leaving Karina and David. It is important to note, first, that the bed in their room is the most comfortable bed (and pillow) I have ever slept on! I have been searching, to no avail, for a pillow like theirs since I left. Also, there is a desk space in the room, which is not always the case in many airbnbs. I appreciated this as I was doing a bit of work from Barcelona for the month. There is also a chest of drawers and clothes bureau which has ample space for both a single occupant or couple. My partner and I fit all of our things in there no problem – and we stayed for a month. Also, Karina and David keep their house very clean and tidy which makes for a very comfortable stay. And they helped us with things we needed around the house at any time. They were also available via text or phone at any time if we had a question when they weren’t home. We never were left needing something for long. Equally as important, they live extremely close to many metro stops. One was just a short stroll down the street. Very convenient for getting around Barcelona! But I have now written too much without mentioning their two beautiful kitties Sofia and Mimi. Mimi is lazy and calm and will, at most, curl up behind your head on the couch. Otherwise, she likes to spend her time sleeping on cool surfaces or on the porch (which is also a wonderful space in the house!) Young Sofia will steal your heart too. She loves bothering Mimi and playing in the porch flowers. I still ask Karina to send me pictures of them so I stop myself from going out and adopting two cats just like them! In sum, we have left Barcelona with more than touristy memories and Sagrada Familia souvenirs. Thanks to Karina and David, we felt we experienced the real Barcelona because we experienced the thing that makes the city so great – the people that live there. Thank you both for everything :) we will back!
