Neighborhood Overview
The building is in the heart of a dynamic and enjoyable neighborhood… Soho and a short walk from the business center Central with easy connections to all of Hong Kong. Many of HK's best places to eat, drink, shop, enjoy performances, art and culture are located within a few minutes’ walk. The building entrance is in front of PMQ (the first two photos), with great restaurants, shops and events.

It is a perfect place to be based for living or exploring HK! The apt. is VERY convenient and Central. It is in the heart of the enjoyable Soho (SOuth of HOllywood) area with boundless restaurants, galleries, shops, bars, culture etc.
Transit
Getting To & Around the Area Easy access to Central and Sheung Wan MTR. It is a few minutes' walk to the Central Escalator and a 5-10 minute ride down to the IFC Building and the Airport Express Train in Central. Along the way is easy access to Central office buildings, Hollywood Road and Sheung Wan. It is also easy to access the MTR Central Station D2 exit and Airport Express. Taxi's are plentiful outside the front door. It is easy to walk to Central, Admiralty & Sheung Wan, and for the more adventurous you can hike to the Peak.

Andrea just a wonderful host - polite, sympathetic, delicate. Accommodation in her apartment was an ornament of our Hong Kong trip. The apartments are conveniently located between the MTR stations Central and Sheung Wan, right across the street from the PMQ. The apartments are not very big, but they have two bedrooms, a living room, a spacious bathroom and a kitchen with everything you need. New furniture and linens, kitchen utensils, each room is air conditioned and very clean. My husband and I were very pleased.

Jun 27, 2019Andrea was an outstanding host. She sent detailed notes prior to our arrival in Hong Kong giving advice on how to get to the flat from the airport, details of local shops, restaurants and guidance about local transport around the city. The flat is a real gem! It is located on the 14th Floor in an area surrounded by a variety of restaurants, and bars. However it was extremely quiet. We couldn't hear any street noise from inside the flat. The building had a doorman and felt very safe. Neighbours were extremely quiet and were very friendly. The flat had been recently decorated and was beautifully presented It is small which is normal for a flat so central but was ideal for three people. The air conditioning, showers, washing machine etc worked perfectly. Andrea was there to meet us on arrival and over the course of our 6 week stay was prompt in dealing with our queries. We asked for an iron and ironing board and she delivered one the same day. We had a cleaner every week and clean sheets and towels were provided. The flat gives very easy access to all the sights of Hong Kong. It is situated minutes from the Central Escalators and it takes no more than 20 minutes to walk to Central mtr , the Piers and to the Peak Tram. It is about a 10 minute walk to the tram to Pacific Place/Causeway Bay area. I would recommend this flat and would have no hesitation in staying there again.
Jun 27, 2019We actually didn't get to stay in this apartment in front of TMQ. There was a water problem few days before we arrived and it couldn't be fixed by the time we get there. Instead Andrea offered a newly refurbished apartment on Po Hing Fong. It was bit far from where we originally wanted to stay but turned out to be a very nice neighborhood. 8 minutes walk to Sai Ying Pun A1 exit (remind you from A1 exit you will need to walk another 8 minutes to get to the platform with the help of moving sidewalk). If you walk back to the apartment, you need to climb some slopes and stairs. It's not something we enjoyed after eating and drinking much. Many of the taxi drivers know how to get to Po Hing Fong, but when you go out you will need to go down to Tug Hwa Hospital or Hollywood Road to catch a taxi So one reminder is when you leave the apartment with big luggage, it is not very easy to go down. You may want to ask Andrea for the number of taxi company if you are travelling with many luggage or kids. The apartment itself is very clean and nice with 2 bedrooms just enough to fit double bed in each of them. Kitchen was small for any real cooking but we really didn' need to cook in Hong Kong. Bathroom - I wish the toilet bowl was a tad bigger. Showerbooth was ok with the water pressure on the weak side. The heater provided very hot water so that helped. Bed - the mattress was firm - just the way I liked it. I kept my windows open and did not need to turn on the aircon. Andrea was a great host. On our first night, because the unit was still newly refurbished, there was no wifi installed, yet. So she offered me to use her office nearby and her husband offered his iPhoneto be used as a hotspot. I couldn't take it but it was a great gesture.

Instead Andrea offered a newly refurbished apartment on Kee Onn building which is end of Hollywood road, as per Andrea this appartment is actually bigger than the original 1 but still is very small, we understand appartment is usualy small in HK and we always out for sightseeing so it is not an issue for us. Overall the place is clean and just bit far from the mid level escalator but you can always take cab to central, it cost you less than HKD30. Jun 27, 2019We were offered another apartment on Hollywood Blvd, because there were problems with the water in the originally booked apartment. Both apartments were nearby. Our apartment had just been renovated, was clean with all the necessary facilities. Great neighbourhood, calm, but still with enough shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

The Apt. is small but it's in good condition, and all the necessary stuff are there including wifi access. Location is very convenience, restaurants, 7-eleven, and MRT are within walking distance. Jun 27, 2019대체로 좋았어요. 비행기 연착, 택시 대기줄 때문에 도착예정시간보다 훨씬 늦어서 미안했어요. 아쉬운 점이라면 예약 전에는 답장이 빨랐는데, 게스트 수 변경 요청(일부환불) 했을때는 몇일씩 걸렸던 점. 그리고 생각보다 집이 좁아요. 저흰 2명이서 사용했는데, 최대 3명까지는 쓸 수 있을것같아요.
Jun 27, 2019The place is in a great location. Lots of good action right off of aberdeen st and you're right there in the middle of SOHO/LKF. Lots of bars/restaurants etc. Definitely a tourist spot which was perfect for us. As far as the space. ..pretty tiny tbh so it's just as well we didn't spend much time there. The shower is spacious and great and the water is piping hot. Andrea was swift and helpful with all enquiries.
Jun 27, 2019What a wonderful place Andrea has, a cosy 2 bedroom located on the 14th floor(actually 8) across from the PMQ! It is centrally located right at the edge of SOHO just a very short walk to all the great bars and restaurants! Met Andrea who just flew in from the US and it was a very simple handover of the keys to the place. These are 2 air con units. One in the main bedroom and the other in the living room. There is a 711 just right around the corner for your daily necessities like water or in our case, an umbrella! (Andrea does provide an umbrella in the apartment) Wonderful place. We will return!
Jun 27, 2019Andrea is s great host. The apt is well equipped with everything you need - toaster, microwave, washing machine, pots, towels, Cable TV with many channels. Shower has good water power which is not always the case in Hong Kong. Sheets and towels are freshly washed and ironed. Of course, you cannot find a better location in the heart of SOHO and 7 minutes to Central MTR. Walking distance from airport express too.

Jun 27, 2019This apartment was a great place! I always consider the location as most important, when you choose a place to stay, and for that, the location can't be better! It is just in the heart of Central and Shengwan, surrounded by cozy restaurants and bars but also close to the local HK life. It is also close from the midlevel escalator, so you don't need to worry about the steep hills. The apartment is a typical small HK style apartment, but it is clean and cozy with a good view over the new PMQ shopping area. (14th floor with elevator). The small kitchen was nice, and bathroom was clean as well. All linen and towels were also freshly washed. It was my very first airbnb experience, and even I was worried how it will turn out, it ended to be a very pleasant experience! I didn't have a chance to meet Andrea (A nice lady waited for us at the entrance, to open the door), but I really want to say thank you for smooth correspondence over mail, and very detailed explanation of the place and transportation. I felt she was just next to me when I needed her! Thank you :)

We had a small mishap and lost the key at a restaurant, and Andrea kindly met us (Very late/Morning) to make sure we got into the apartment. Couldn't have asked for a better host or place to stay. Jun 27, 2019Andrea responded quite fast and was really helpful with our early check-in request (as we took red eye flight and reached early morning), we got to meet her and she was nice enough to do a quick tour of the place. The apartment is exactly what you see in the pics. Typical Hong Kong small space apartment, however the mirror placements and decor helped a lot without the claustrophobic feel. Bathroom is spacious with hairdryer (which all of us ladies appreciate it so much). The neighbourhood is AWESOME, close to many attractions and great bars. But follow Andrea's advice and take taxi there from MTR station (Hong Kong or even Central) because with the luggage it was super challenging with the steep hills! If taxi driver doesn't get the address (we even got scolded by them, so much for Hong Kong 'hospitable' service), tell them "Aberdeen Street - PMQ". Easiest milestone is a pressed juice shop on the corner. 7-Eleven is just around the corner, Gage street fruit market is nearby, and we can just walk to famous food place (Tsui Wah, Mak's Noodles, etc). We even walked to the Hong Kong Macau ferry terminal. That saved us dollars for transportation :) Thanks Andrea for the memorable stay!

Jun 27, 2019Apartment is located near cafes, restaurants. You can't go hungry and you don't need to cook! The place is clean and any queries were responded promptly over (Hidden by Airbnb) . Check in and out were easy. Directions provided were clear! Enjoyed the stay.

We had some problem with keys as we arrived at the apartment, but she got it resolved within a very short time and ensured we had no hassles. Jun 27, 2019Andrea's place is perfectly located in Soho and within walking distance to all the city has to offer, including LKF. The apartment is cosy, clean, and has aircon in each room. It is not a huge apartment (this is HK after all) so if traveling as a group plan to be out for most of the day. Andrea was extremely communicative throughout the process and was even kind enough to loan me a power bank when my phone was dead. Highly recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Hong Kong.

If walking isn't your thing, it's quite easy to grab a cab from in front of the apartment building. The apartment is cosy, with a spacious bathroom. Andrea was also quick to respond to any queries and requests and check-in/ check-out was uncomplicated. We certainly enjoyed our stay here.

Jun 27, 2019우선 홍콩섬의 지리적인 특징부터 알려드리자면 홍콩섬은 언덕(a.k.a 엄청난 경사로 & 수많은 계단들) 및 비좁은 일방통행 도로, 보행자로가 많습니다 이 점을 유의하지 않고, 지도에서의 위치만 보고 이 숙소로 예약을 하였습니다. 짐이 크지 않고 무겁지 않다면, 살짝 돌아가더라도 (호스트가 미리 알려주듯이) 미드레벨 에스컬레이터를 이용하는 것이 그리 불편하진 않습니다. 그러나 짐이 크고 무겁다면 미드레벨 에스컬레이터를 이용한다 할지라도, 미드레벨에스컬레이터에서 숙소까지 이동할 때 비좁은 보행자로와 계단들로 짐과 사투를 벌이며 숙소에 가야할 것입니다ㅠㅠㅠㅠ.... 18도정도의 기온에 흐린 날씨임에도 불구하고 땀나고, 성격도 순간 더러워질 뻔 했었습니닼ㅋㅋ 이렇게 이동하는 것도 체크인 전 날 센트럴역에서 미리 시뮬레이션해보았음에도 불구하고 이렇게 힘들고 살짝 헤매었어요......ㅠㅠ이동거리가 꽤 되니(센트럴역에서 약 20분 소요,미드레벨 이용시) 미리 참고하셨음 좋겠습니다^^ 숙소 자체는 홍콩 현지인은 이런데서 생활하겠구나 싶어 좋았습니다 뭔가 체험하는 것 같고 ㅋㅋ 실제는 사진에서 보이는 것보단 조금 좁지만 여자 3명이 쓰기에는 전혀 좁게 느껴지지 않았고, 주방, 거실이 있어 진짜 집에서 생활하는 느낌이 들어 좋았습니다. 화장실이 주방 및 거실에 비해 넓었던 반면에 두번째 방은 딱 더블침대 하나로 꽉 차는 그런 방이었습니다. 주방에도 식기 및 주방도구들이 다 있어서 간단한 조리 및 과일 먹기에도 수월했었습니다. 드라이어, 수건, 옷걸이 등 필요한 물품들은 대부분 있었지만, 멀티어댑터가 없어 공항 통신사 데스크에서 빌려간 멀티어댑터를 사용했습니다. 주변 교통편은 버스는 이용하지 않아 잘 모르겠지만 대부분의 여행자들이 그렇듯 지하철이나 트램을 더 많이 이용할 것 같습니다. 지하철, 트램은 도보로 10분 이상 걸어나가야 하는데, 언덕이 꽤 가파르고 골목골목 돌아가야해서 주변 교통편이 좋다고 생각되진 않았습니다. 특히나 숙소로 돌아가는 길이 지름길로 가면 너무 힘들어서 미드레벨을 꼭 이용했었습니닼ㅋ 그래도 주위에 유명한 식당들 베이커리들이 다 있어 관광에는 정말 좋았습니다 5분도 안되는 거리에 린흥티하우스, 카우키, 신흥유엔 등이 있고, 소호도 가깝고, 밤에 란콰이퐁에서 걸어오는데도 많은 술집들이 늦게까지 사람들이 많아 위험하단 느낌 없이 잘 돌아올 수 있었습니다. 이제부터 단점인데, 여행 가기 전부터 호스트와의 연락이 잘 되지 않았습니다. 에어비앤비 메세지는 잘 확인하지 않는건지, 아니면 확인하고도 답변을 안하는건지 (아마도 후자라고 생각....) 호스트 답변률이 95프로라는 것이 심히 의심스러울 정도로 커뮤니케이션이 잘 되질 않습니다. 마치 자동메세지같은 말만 보내고 거기에 대한 궁금점이나 답변을 보내면 돌아오는 답변이 없습니다. 그리고 체크인 전날 체크인에 도움 줄 자신의 동료 홍콩 핸드폰 번호만 띡하니 알려주고 "도착 20분 전에 연락을 줘야 동료가 제 시간에 도착할 수 있다."는 메세지를 보내줍니다. 제가 여행을 떠나기 전, 에어비앤비 메세지로 연락이 안되어 불안함을 느껴, 알려준 (Hidden by Airbnb) 으로 먼저 연락을 했는데도 답변이 없더니, 전날 밤인가 당일 오전에 그런 연락을 보낸 것이었습니다. 보통 이런 에어비앤비를 이용하는 여행자들은 현지 유심을 구매하거나, 로밍을 해가거나, 포켓 와이파이정도를 가져가서 쓸텐데(아니면 가난한 배낭여행자라면 이마저도 아끼려고 무데이터여행으로 떠날지도 모르는데) 여행 일주일 전도 아닌 거의 당일날 홍콩 현지핸드폰 번호를 알려주며 최소 도착 20분 전에 연락을 하라니..... 저는 이 메세지도, 2시에 제가 미리 호스트에게 2시에 체크인할거라고 알려준 그 시간에 도착해서 미리 마중나온 사람이 없는걸 알고 에어비앤비 어플에 들어가서야 확인할 수 있었습니다. 다른 호스트들은 미리 이런 사항을 예약 시 알려주거나 최소 1주일 전에 알려주는데, 정말 여긴 연락도 안되고.............아 진짜 ................ 호스트와의 연락과 소통을 중요하게 여기시는 분이시라면 이 숙소는 비추입니다. 또 소통이 정말 안되었다고 느꼈던 다른 일은 1인 추가비용을 내가며, 3명이 이 숙소를 사용할 거라고 메세지로도 보내서 수건 최소 3개를 제공해달라고 해서 이 거에 대한 답변까지도 늦게나마 받았었는데 결국 준비되어 있던 수건은 2개뿐이었습니다. 이 점에 대해서 호스트에게 연락할까도 했지만 어차피 답변도 늦거나 없을 것 같아 포기했었습니다. 멀티어댑터가 없는 건 그리 문제가 안되지만(미리 챙겨가세요!) 첫번째방에는 전기코드 위치가...
Jun 27, 2019The location of this apartment is fantastic. Right in the heart of Central/Soho with a million places to eat and drink. Could not have asked for a better place to be based. This is fortunate as the apartment is not adequately equipped to cater in. The kitchen is very small (think cupboard rather than actual room). The rest of the flat is fine. Flats in HK are not large by any means and I would guess that this apartment is about average. Good bathroom. One good sized double bedroom with wardrobe and one double bedroom with no space other than the actual bed. The beds are extremely hard! The living room area is fine, not spacious but OK for three people (too small for 4). The sofa is comfy but do not think that someone could sleep on it (it is a two person sofa). Overall, I would recommend this apartment but that is almost entirely down to the location. The host was friendly and seemed nice however was difficulty to get in touch with prior to the stay. She did, very kindly send through two long notes about how to get to the apartment and what is in the vicinity immediately upon booking which was very useful. I stayed for 4/5 days which is about the longest I would have been able to have stayed.
Jun 27, 2019Andrea was such a friendly and accommodating host. Her place is located in the middle of Soho and in Hong Kong terms, an excellent location. It is located on a slope but there is always the mid levels escalator to save you from most of the climbing. Spacious and clean bathroom, comfortable beds, convenient location are just what you need for a good stay in Hong Kong.
Jun 27, 2019Location was ideal - near the midlevel escalator, so easy to arrive w. luggage without walking up too many hills! 2 bedroom apartments in this part of town is often hard to find, so we were pleased to book it. Easy access walking to Central MTR, Macau ferry, trams & buses. Apartment is just as it looks in the photos & while kitchen is small (as per most HK apartments) it is easy to prep simple meals & reheat leftovers. Host was quick to respond via AirBnB for any queries that arose during stay.

The place was great too, small as with most Hong Kong apartments but enough for three of us travelling. There was a small issue with the bathroom door but it was solved with a quick call - thanks for being responsive! Will definitely look to stay here again the next time we visit Hong Kong.
Jun 27, 2019The unit was clean, but a lot than expected. The photos were taken a certain angles which suggest the place is bigger than is perceived. The cable TV was difficult to manoeuvre. Washing was in the unit, but it did not work. Very easy to find. Very central.
Jun 27, 2019Traffic to the apartment is convenient and the apartment itself is easy to be found. There are lots of restaurants and store around the place. But the way to there slopes increasingly and if you reach the apartment with you luggage you will feel lil bit tired. personally I prefer another apartment of the owner's--the one few blocks away.
Jun 27, 2019We had a great stay at Andrea's place. The location couldn't be any better and the apartment itself is well equipped and more than convenient for up to 2 couples staying for a few days. Andrea was very welcoming and showed great flexibility when we arrived more than 2 hours later than announced due to a unexpected flight delay. Thank you vry much for everything, Andrea.

The apartments location is very central and there are many small restaurants, as well as supermarkets just around the corner. It was very clean and tidy and we really enjoyed our stay in Hong Kong. Jun 27, 2019This place was perfect for me. The location is wonderful... perfectly situated in Soho, easy to access yet quiet. The apartment is quite small (typical HK size), but definitely enough room. The bathroom is pretty roomy which is a plus if you're going to be sharing the space! Beds are quite firm but not as hard as some Asian mattresses I've slept on... one of the bedrooms has a fairly large closet with hangers and a hanging shoe rack, which was great for me. My favorite thing about the space is how bright and airy it is. It was a great sanctuary after walking around the city all day. The only drawback was how humid it was in the apartment.... sheets and clothes constantly felt damp, which was pretty unpleasant. However, this is obviously beyond the host's control and is probably typical of every apartment in HK during humid weather. Just a thing you may need to prepare for. Andrea was a wonderful host and provided ample, helpful information that made getting to and from both the airport and the apartment a breeze. I would easily stay in this place or another one of hers again!

Jun 27, 2019Very nice location, just across PMQ. Easy walking distance to Sheung Wan and Central stations. Just around the corner you have a convenience store. Internet connection is great. The apartment was spotless too and have all needed. Kitchen is small but functional. Mattresses are a bit on the hard side. Would definitely book again if I need to visit HK.
Jun 27, 2019The location is great, located in a very lively and convenient part of HK. However, the apartment was older and the rooms smaller than expected and smelled a bit musty. It was difficult to reach the host prior to the reservation, and we only got in touch on the day of our reservation. If you're mainly looking for convenience this is it, but if you're looking for greater comfort maybe consider elsewhere.

Jun 27, 2019First thing to take note of is the narrow and steep flight of stairs in front of the apartment block. Once you enter, you'll have to climb another flight of stairs before you reach the elevator. The apartment was much smaller than I expected but nonetheless true to the pictures, and cosy with just enough room for my friend and I. There's even a little kitchen. Although he had to endure a cold shower in the morning (despite flipping both switches as instructed), my friend reckons that for Hong Kong, this little apartment scores an A. The apartment is located right opposite PMQ. I can imagine how nice it would be to stroll through the building and enjoy a cuppa had we more time. There are shops, eateries and convenience stores all around so first-time visitors will have a nice introduction to the city just within the vicinity.

Jun 27, 2019My 3rd airbnb experience in HK, and by far the best. It's hard to beat this location - close to tons of great restaurants (Ho Lee Fook is literally around the corner) and nightlife. An easy walk to the pier and public transport. The apartment itself was great - not gigantic, but reasonably spacious with 2 nice bedrooms and a quite large bathroom by HK standards. The host was super helpful and made everything from reservation, to check-out a breeze. I'd certainly stay here again!

It's really nice in Central to have 2 double bedrooms but if you don't know Hong Kong you will find the living space and kitchen really small, we were 2 adults which was fine, 4 would be tight. The bathroom is nice and big. The apartment was clean and tidy and the few things I asked about were sorted out quickly. Thanks Andrea

Jun 27, 2019Good: The 2 rooms(queen size bed), living room(sofa, tv, aircon, wifi), kitchen, toilet(spacious!). Environment is quiet! The owner is responsive to queries and help. She even dispatch her helper to help us check in and explain the apt surrounding. Not so good: The Aberdeen street is VERY STEEP! Not an issue for youngsters, but it will be a challenge for family with elderly. It was a big challenge for my dad(80++years old) entering and exiting the entrance everyday. Overall: Still a good experience! Everyone should give it a try for this apt.

Jun 27, 2019Do not expect for a super big apartment here in Hong Kong. However, Andrea’s place is quite spacious compared to others, it can fit 3 to 4 people here. But for older people, it might be a bit hard to live here since the road is uphill. Andrea was a really great host, the communication is super easy! During my stay, the aircon is suddenly broken but when i contacted Andrea, the response was pretty fast and she did her best to fix it! Love the service & hospitality :) thank you Andrea, we’ll surely come back here when we visit Hong Kong again in the future

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is centrally located and easily accessible by public transport. Although many restaurants and bars are nearby, it is pleasantly quiet. The rooms are, as usual in Hong Kong, relatively small, but the bathroom surprisingly large. The apartment is comfortably furnished and all that is needed is available. The contact was uncomplicated and nice. The check in worked great. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the apartment unreservedly.

Jun 27, 2019Very nice location! Near Central, Hong Kong (Lan Kwai Fong, etc) and you're surrounded by good bars and restaurants too. It requires a little "hiking" though, as it is located in the middle of the hill. Landmark is PMQ - it is just in front of PMQ. So you may tell the cab driver "Central, Aberdeen Street, infront of PMQ" Andrea is a very good host, this is not my first time staying at her apartments. Always very good communication and she responses right away. Enjoy!

Jun 27, 2019The location is superb! We love lively Friday and Saturday in this neighborhood. Easy to find a bar and restaurant! PMQ is just next door, as well! But not recommend for elder because you have to climb so many stairs in SOHO to reach apartment. The room decoration is nice. But some wall and ceiling paint were peel off. But overall is great. Host a little bit hard to reach but the instruction is so clear. Therefore there is no problem during our stay. However, we wish to stay here next time! The location and price is unbeatable!

Jun 27, 2019We had a nice time staying at Andrea’s place, enjoying the coziness of the apartment and its great location. Also the value for money was the best we could find in Hong Kong. The only point of criticism would be that Andrea was not reachable when w had an issue halfway through our stay. It was bit too grave a problem so that turned out fine. However, it put a dent in the very good impression we‘ve had from our previous contacts with Andrea. If she worked on her responsiveness, that will further improve the good experience of staying at her place. All things considered we would come again!

Jun 27, 2019We stayed 5 nights at Andrea's place and it was very good. We haven't met her but we had no problem to found the key and to settle. The location is great (a lot of interesting spot at walking distance) and it's pretty quiet. The appartment is small but cute. It was perfect for what we needed. The only small problem we had was to use the water heater to take our shower. It was sometimes tricky and we had to try several time before having hot water. Anyway this place is a perfect place to stay to discover and enjoy Hong-Kong.

Jun 27, 2019The apartment is much like the pictures and clean. Bathroom is huge compared to other HK apartments! We had some trouble getting the hot water in the shower to work, but figured it out in the end. Andrea replied quickly, but not very elaborate. We did not meet Andrea, but check-in was easy using the code to open the door and we could leave our luggage before check-in time. Last but not least: excellent location in Central. Close to MTR stations and bars/restaurants around the corner.

Jun 27, 2019Andrea’s place is in the best location in Soho. Go to Any restaurant nearby...you cannot go wrong. The building was relatively new with a nice elevator, very spacious bathroom, and good amenities. There were a few small hiccups, but Andrea was quick to respond and solve the issues. We were 2 people staying in the apartment, but if you are two couples, it will be tight. Probably best for a small family with kids. The kitchen is mini and cute and completely usable for small meal prep. Overall, I would very much recommend Andrea’s place.

Jun 27, 2019This place is in the best location but needs maintenance before it should be rented. The A/C unit is currently being replaced because I requested Airbnb step in when it was not working. Looks like other guests mentioned A/C in the past but, it wasn't replaced at that time despite being under warranty. Other couple things to be maintained, broken door knob on bathroom door, holes in walls, dirty bathroom grout, and some lizards hanging around inside. Host was not very responsive when addressing these issues. Took ~24 hours to get a reply for our request for more toilet paper. Beds are super hard but I think this is typical for HongKong. Im used to a temperpedic. For some positives...the location doesn't get any better. Its in SoHo and a 2 min walk to LKF bars/clubs. Walking distance to most everything actually. There are 2 actual beds in 2 separate rooms which is nice for such a small and inexpensive place. The bathroom is a very good size for Hong Kong and the shower has good water pressure with hot/warm water.

Jun 27, 2019Such a nice accommodation, it was quite comfortable, accessible from main stations. Sadly, one thing I have to share to all is that please pay a lot attention to Andrea when communicating with her. Basically she is nice and kind but this time, even though one mistake happened by the poor arrangement of host side, I was yelled by Andrea over a phone... of course I am not a native English (Website hidden by Airbnb) was so shocked.... Hope that this behavior toward customers should be cleaned up.

The curtains don’t close completely because of the window-AC; and it gets super bright by 6AM The place was falling apart- the door knobs of all the doors were broken. It is much MUCH smaller than what it looks like in the pictures. For the price- it didn’t have much value...

Jun 27, 2019Andrea’s place was great. The location was perfect, near a lot of fun stuff to do. It is on a hill, so there was a lot of walking upstairs and downstairs. Also, kinda random but the shower was 10/10! All the other Airbnb’s we stayed at in China had low water pressure and not much hot water. Andrea’s shower was great, lol. The beds were a little hard, but it was still a great place because of the location. Also, it was very easy to check in and find the place. I would recommend others to stay here, mainly because of the location!!

Jun 27, 2019The premises needs attention- broken door knobs, the paint is peeling off and the wooden floors are broken. We could have lived with all of that, but the biggest fault was the hostess. Never mind the fact that we didn’t get any tips or recommendations, the host just didn’t answer when she didn’t feel like it. She gave us her number, but when we wrote to her via whatsup, she said to only contact her via Airbnb. I made a mistake and booked an extra night- she answered she was busy and she will write later- which never happened. We asked to stay later on our last day- it took her a day to answer. In other words- the host didn’t host us at all. We arrived after a long flight, exhausted from it, there wasn’t even a tea bag in the kitchen. She blamed other guests for stealing the power adapters when I’ve had 5% battery. Eventually we don’t recommend this listing at all.

We had all coffee and meals out but were happy to have a true 2 bedroom place to rest at night. Andrea was very responsive it was so easy to check in and out on our own . Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants a great place in an amazing location!

Jun 27, 2019Great mid-levels location. Streets are steep, but the mid-levels travelator is close. Two bedrooms, although note only the larger bedroom has a wardrobe. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Kitchen is as described - light cooking, with hot plate, microwave, and kettle. Who needs to cook with all those restaurants?! High floor, and with a low-rise building across the street, the apartment is bright and has a view. Shower works well. Didn’t use clothes washer, but there is one in the apt. Found the apt mostly quiet even though area is busy. Like the neighborhood; very nice stay.
