Enjoy the house, enjoy the city, but after you leave, i have to return here, so please show as much respect as you would to your own home. The art throughout the home is to be seen not touched, and destroyed.

Nicholas was a great host during our weeks' stay at his beautiful, clean apartment. He accommodated us for a late check-in by sending a friend to greet us, show the apartment and hand the keys. Nicholas communicated with us through text and was always available. The location in Harlem is very convenient. My wife and I would stay happily at his apartment any time again.
